This place. I always spend too much. Too many amazing choices, selections. Friendly teammates. Mask is mandatory, didnt pay attention. My apologies for my ignorance.

Store was very clean as usual- this was a bakery run for some after dinner treats. The baker was there even in the evening a d joked with us about the difference between the Morning Glory muffins and the Top of the Day muffins... which after about 5 minutes of colorful conversation came down to walnuts. That’s it. We had a good laugh and some tasty treats.

Great place to charge your car and yourself

Usually have a good experience to shop in this store. Due to work I only able to shop at late evening. Today I came about 8 pm and employees removing the deal price from all shelfs before I have chance to look to it. I asked manager and she said its normal practice because employees leave at 9pm. Store open till 10 pm and people cant know about any deals at store between 8pm-10pm.

Our go to place for great quality fresh fish and produce. Great baked goods, cheese and cookies. Its about an hour drive from here, but we always stop for lunch in the area.

They have some really great products. The store was clean and organized. Th e customer service was good.

Disappointed again. Ever since Amazon took over, its become just another grocery store. The staff seems unhappy every time I go to Whole Foods and I cant blame them. They used to care. What did Bezos do to this company???? Everything sucks there now. Everything. I wasnt interested in low prices, but rather great products! Even the pizza sucks! The coffee bar is never open when I get there. They no longer serve the tea I liked so much. The variety of sodas available in the cooler by the bakery sucks. I dont look forward to stopping by WF anymore unless I absolutely need to pick up something. Amazon - you ruined a great thing. Congratulations!

During the time of Covid-19, this market is taking measures with hand sanitizer, gloves, and social distancing to ensure the safety of guests and employees. Also, a wonderful selection of holistic medicine, produce, meat and fish, cheese, ready to eat foods, and baked goods. Love the variety and emphasis on organic and local goods!!

This is a beautiful store. It is in a good location off of Highway 77, and I love that Sur La Table is next-door. This whole foods is very clean, well lit, and the assortments of healthy food is excellent. Some of their food is more pricey, but you pay for quality. The seafood department is spectacular with everything looking fresh at all times. The hot meal service buffet is fantastic, and the Parking lot as well lit.

I am a frequent shopping at this Whole Foods and they have killed it with Customer Service! Every time is great and fast but today, I had a great conversation with the worker while he was helping me find the perfect avocados and then when I checked out, the Lady who helps me was engaging in conversation! GREAT GREAT GREAT PLACE!!

I can’t speak poorly of ALL the employees at Whole Foods but I can tell you I certainly am never shopping at this location again.I just moved to Birkdale in June from the West coast and I am disgusted by the lack of Southern Hospitality by about 1/2 the employees. I travel constantly and expect to stand out in tiny American towns but I haven’t experienced this in Birkdale until now. Some of your employees need to work on how they treat EVERYONE.

I would commonly say this is a typical Whole Foods. But this store is a little smaller than others. However, I really like it. It has most everything the other stores have, but much more quaint. There is a nice wine selection, with a wine tasting bar. The meat department is very nice with very high quality cuts. We will be back.

One of the only Whole Foods where I can go in and find exactly what I need and get out without buying the things that I know I don’t need 😅 the produce is always fresh and pretty and the store stays super clean! I’ve never had a bad experience here.

They have the best cakes in North Mecklenburg and do great, customized ones. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to order one when I lived in the area. I miss not having this store in Florida! Great clerks to work with in the bakery! Thanks for all.

Love this Whole Foods! The staff are nice- they adhere to the mask rule (which is good to see they respect their customers). The selection of foods is amazing- produce is well stocked. The seafood department offers a wide variety of fish and the prices are good for organics/wild fish.

This is a tiny whole foods market compared to others I have been to. The selection is not as wide as other stores but they do have most of everything you need. Been here multiple times and find the shelves empty on certain visits.And we all know, Whole foods= whole paycheck is never wrong! ;) Good if you are here looking for particular items. If you plan to do all your shopping here, better be rich 😎

Been my go to store since I moved to Birkdale village in 2019. I live 20 minutes away now & it’s still my go to store. Have never bought any thing I wasn’t pleased with on any occasion, from meat to seafood, to produce, to cheese, to oils, to pastries. I never have to look for anyone when I have a question someone is always right there lol. It is very rare I need an ingredient and they don’t have it. Great selection of skincare, flowers, local wine & beer, especially for such a small store. Seriously I shop here at least 3 times a week & each time it’s a stress free experience where I look forward to seeing which of my favorite employees are working! Thank you to the staff, you were the most consistently positive part of my 2020 in quarantine 💙

The store is become core to my food shopping routine. Since being acquired by Amazon, prices are competitive, product quality is consistent especially with produce.

Great service and great selection of food, though the price is little bit pricey. The selection of meat, juice, and vegetables are great. This particular Whole Foods didnt have burgers though like the one in central Charlotte.The seating is not very good, as it is not really well modeled and designed. The outside seating is also very few. Parking space is just enough, thus could get crowded at times.

Great store to find organic and non-gmo food! Prices are on the high side but lot of sales are there on various items which makes it reasonable. The whole foods brand Pizza crust is good. The salad bar is decent but overprized.

All the employees were all helpful here, wasnt that impressed, first time at this location, smaller WholeFoods than what Im accustom to . Dont get me wrong it was nice and clean, got typical WF stock.

Whole Foods of Huntersville NC, is highly recommended for any health enthusiasts, gourmet foodies, and anyone seeking to advance their health. This particular location has a pretty good produce selection, which rotates various specialty items, they have the alkaline water refill station, for those who drink high pH H2O, they have a great selection of all natural hygiene products, and a nice deli.Their deli is one of the main reasons I shop here, with options for all eaters, varying from seafood, roasted vegetables, kale, grilled chicken, and so much more. I highly recommend their bakery, there are excellent choices for everyone, with items that are made completely vegan and others with conventional ingredients.Most importantly during my visit, is the friendly atmosphere of the employees. Everyone is wonderful, especially Lindsay who is always quick to assist, always friendly and professional. She is one of my faves. Definitely frequent this location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐EDIT: Id like to mention one of their employees, Petra, who is always up beat, high spirited, and never fail in seeking the customer satisfaction.

We’ve had to return chicken thighs and wings we’ve purchased from them because they smelled sour. This has happened a couple of times and will never purchase meat from them again.

We love this Whole Foods! The store is extremely clean, the staff, especially in the meat department, are all very friendly and jovial, and their produce is always well stocked and fresh. A total joy to shop here every time we go.

Right off the highway and able to get into fairly easy. This Whole Foods had a nice selection of items and wasnt too crowded when we went. The Staff was helpful and enjoyed the nice Amazon Prime discount that we had forgotten about when we checked out. Love Whole Foods.

I am very dissappointed with this store i entered at 7:50pm there was nothing in the hot bar, i asked why was everything put up and was told they close the hotbar at 8pm! But the store closes at 10pm and the burger bar there was noone there. I asked a store clerk was it closed i was told yes, then i went to a cashier and asked she stated it wasnt closed and that someone should be there a gentleman came from the back looking like he was the janitor not a cook! Very disshoveled and dirty appearance he had no patience very unpleasant, unwelcoming attitude. This was a major dissappointment because i expected better from wholefoods.

Bakery came through in a pinch. Super grateful they could turn out a cake in 2 hours on a busy Saturday.

Whole Foods Market is truly great. Just go to get the very special things that you cant find in your local supermarket. Youll pay for it but it is what it is. 🤷.

Management should review with their workers that are shopping for deliveries the 6 feet apart rule. My experience is that the employees are in such a hurry that they are not keeping 6 feet apart from in- store shoppers. Whole Foods advertises that they take this seriously, but the workers seem to be under pressure to move way too quickly. Make sure they comply to the 6 foot rule.

I was there on Friday and produce was awful. Every single item I bought was rotten. They have many employees filling on line order and stock replenishment was neglected. This is not the first time it has happened. The bakery also does not offer a variety of whole-grain breads. The worst Whole Foods I have ever seen.

Yesterday afternoon I was in the produce aisle grabbing a few things but had trouble locating few other items on my list. I noticed five employees in the produce aisle gathered in their deep conversation. I stood in front of the lady organizing the tomatoes, in hopes she would help me out, but she just looked at me then looked away and continued her conversation with her coworkers. Okay, cool. So I didn’t get to purchase a few items because those five employees were so unwelcoming and their conversation was way more important than anything. So I walked over to the fresh seafood to see what they have out but I noticed two guys behind the counter stuck in their own conversation. So I just ended my trip there. Upon check out, it would be helpful if they put a sign that says “ Card Only” or “Cash Only” because it would really save some time checking out without having to locate another employee to open another register. Whole Foods seems clean and they have certain items I’m unable to locate from other stores so that’s why I make the trip to Whole Foods. Employees stuck in their conversation happens more than often that they tend to lose sight of their customers needs which makes the trip more frustrating. But is Whole Foods worth the trip when most employees seem so unwelcoming to customers?

I always enjoy a nice visit to Whole Foods, however this one can be a bit overwhelming at times because of of where its located, not to mention that its the only one you can find for many miles.If I had one suggestion for this particular store it would be to order more popular vegetable produce like green beans, zucchini, mushrooms and certain herbs as I have visited several times in search of these items and have sadly come home empty handed because this store was out of them. :(

I never have any issues shopping at this location. Majority of the workers are pretty friendly, the store is very clean and I can always find what I need. They have also have a person at the door supplying masks, which is really awesome

Nice store. Prices are reasonable enough. This is the only grocer near me (that I am aware of) that sells bulk baking stuffs like flour, sugar, whole grains etc... which is my preferred way to get these items. So at minimum they have my business for that. The butchery is good too.

Awful experience. Wasn’t greeted wasn’t thanked and many prices incorrect in bakery which had barely any product on a weekday morning. Spoke to assistant manager who said, “well since you are never coming back I guess we won’t have a gift card for you.” Took 15 minutes to get an answer from the team and no accommodations were made for the horrible experience. Very unprofessional team members and quite an embarrassment to the brand.

Got salmon from there yesterday, cooked it to then find out they did not debone it.Great job!

Made me check temp for not wearing a mask. Obviously ridiculous procedure. The only reason I consented, was the incredibly kind manager who responded to my lawful refusal. She is the only reason Im granting 3 stars as well.

While the CDC recommends masks in congested areas specifically grocery stores more than 70% of the employees I passed did not have masks. Furthermore an employee packaging bread, had a mask around their neck but not on their face and the lady at deli meats had her mask on only half way while packaging my deli meat. In addition not sanitizing hands prior to entry of customers. All and all very disappointed in the lack of commitment to creating A sanitized and safe shopping experience for customers. You Could take some notes from your competitor Trader Joe’s who has done an excellent job at creating that safe space. Most probably I will shift more of my grocery shopping to their environment based on your lack of concern for my safety during this time

Had what I needed, in and out fast also great service

Rocky was more than glad to help me over the phone and in person in my search of non-allergenic cupcakes. Two hours before my daughters birthday party, Sunflower bakery informed us that they used the wrong flour for our cupcake order. My wife was panicking and we needed help quick. I called Whole Foods and Rocky was fantastic at showing me where to find options for what I needed.

I ordered a vegan mushroom loaf for thanksgiving and when I saw it, I didn’t think it looked like the photo so I asked the man to verify it was the vegan loaf and he said yes. After opening it up today on thanksgiving, we realized that it’s mushrooms, spinach and BACON! Needless to say, we threw it away.

I love this Whole Foods location. There was only ONE time that I had a problem and I dismissed it immediately because EVERY OTHER TIME it has been 5 stars! Food is amazing! The staff is PHENOMENAL!!!! They appear to really really really enjoy their roles within the store. Theyre ALWAYS HELPFUL! They will stop what theyre doing to help! I love love love great customer service!

Bad overpriced spoiled Chesapeake shrimp salad.lt was old and bad and they still sold it to customers. Bad food shouldnt be sold.This store makes to much money . Give your customers what they pay for not spoiled food.Greedy for money.Check your food before you sell it.

Great place for quality CLEAN foods, but they still need to work on pricing. Alot of products are only found here which is fine... get what ya pay for, but they still have a large mark up on common items as well. The burger place inside use inferior beef which is ridiculous...not even grass fed.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out there was a whole food a somewhat reasonable drive from my house. The cashiers are friendly and informative and the deals are awesome. My mother and I were able to get an amazing deal on shrimp because she was a Amazon prime member. I think its really nice that they have special deals for prime members.

Probably the slowest cashiers I’ve ever seen. Long lines to check out. Nice selection of products for a smaller floor plan.

The food on the hot bar is wonderful especially on Sunday lunch.. The beef brisket, paleo chicken, brussel sprouts, rosemary potatoes, kale and cabbage are really really excellent. The staff are excellent and helpful and always working hard to help customers! During this time I’m really missing this treat! To all the staff still working thank you and be safe!!

My wife and I love Whole Foods. We visit Whole Foods when traveling often because of the great healthy food options. We were disappointed when dropping in this location at 7:30pm on a Saturday night on the way home. The buffet was half empty. The juice bar was closed. The smoothie bar had a machine down so it also wasn’t an option. It is a smaller location but it was missing a lot of our favorite food options. The cashiers and workers were friendly but it just seemed understaffed.

Who has visited Whole Foods and doesnt love it? This location offers customers a gorgeous back patio to enjoy their hot foods or burgers. If you want fresh baked gluten free treats, homemade granola, organic fruits and vegetables or just some fresh pressed juices this location is great. We eat clean and healthy and I can always find new ideas for meals here!

Quality is average, very pricy . Also managers are not helpful at all and you can tell they all have poor customer service at this location. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all .

You can go in for groceries or stop in for breakfast/lunch/dinner at there MANY food spots...Breakfast Bar, Pizza, Beer, Pasta, Buffet variety, Burgers, Sandwiches, Salad, etc. Insider Tip: Go during the breakfast bar hours and grab cooked bacon for the week!I thought they had some great deals and many of my favorite products/brands. I try to shop local and they support local too. It is still a big box store, but I think the biggest draw for me is the cooked items to grab for a quick healthier lunch or dinner. They also have lots of seating indoor & out if you want to eat there.Im a fan.

Of the 3 top tier food stores, ( whole foods, earth fare, & fresh market) whole foods is not my favorite. For some reason there is an unpleasant overwhelming odor throughout the store, very similar to earth fare. Only plus I can tell for whole foods is the ability to use Amazon prime.The fresh market wins hands down in my book.

I still appreciate the store for its organics, but its gone downhill in the past year. For some reason the bakery has gone more mainstream adding way more icing to cake slices.The HOT BAR is NOT GOOD compared to other WF locations. The food is overcooked, dry, or burned and its always the same dishes.

I love that it has many vegan grocery staples and variety there however I’m always so disappointed at the selection on the hot bar. Lately I feel like I barely even see vegetarian anymore let alone vegan. I work close by and used to look forward to grabbing lunch off the bar but unless I want an expensive (however, delicious) salad I feel like otherwise my quick options are pretty much obsolete. The Whole Foods in Durham always had a great variety as well as vegan crab cakes at the counter but I never see those either. Staff is always friendly and if you can deal with the constant crowds, it’s a great store.
