Had a great experience at HB Honda picking up my Rebel 1100. Danny took great care of me and was super friendly as was the rest of the team that he introduced me to.HB Honda is a low pressure sales environment. They are more interested in establishing a good relationship with their clients for the long run.Im very happy with their team and will be returning for service and accessories.

Walked in to check the selection out. We had our eyes set on a grom or a ruckus. Throughout the whole time we were there nobody came up and asked if we had any questions. We spent a good 15 minutes outside in the front. We went inside and the man at the desk mumbled a hello without looking at us. Another 10 minutes or so inside looking at the selection. We walked back outside to look at the groms. And still nobody to greet us. Sales litteraly walking out the front door. As we walked to our car there was at least 7 guys standing out back by the gate smoking cigarettes. It was our first and last time we will be there.

Picked up a Honda Monkey last year and got a great deal that other Honda dealers didnt even bother to match. Fast and easy.

We’ve called two times spoke to two different people Barry wouldn’t give us any information spoke with Arden today very rude and condescending and he is doing a disservice to your company. I wouldnt do business with your dealership if you were the last place around.

I was looking for a leftover 2017 VFR1200X DCT at several dealers. Most of them had ridicules markups and fees. With a plethora of leftover 2017 models to choose from, I chose HB honda. I asked them my out the door price, and they gave it to me for that price. No haggling, and no games. When I had a warranty issue with my rear wheel, they promptly took care of it. I have since sold the bike because adventure riding is jut not for me. Greg the sales manager cheerfully refunded my unused service contract money. Great customer service!

We bought an OHV from them and our staff member Barry has been an amazing help though out the entire process. Even after the fact rather than have us drive back to him when we noticed a missing item he sent it to us immediately and checked in on us the whole time. The sales rep (Barry) who sold me my motorcycle dropped any pretense of respect basically as soon as I got the bike. Came in to set up a service appointment recently and not only did he choose to address me in an insensitive, bigoted fashion inconsistent with my specific requests for him to do otherwise, he justified the disrespect with well, thats just how I know you, becoming incensed that I would *react to his disrespect at all*. I hadnt so much as raised my voice, but he got confrontational in front of the service department, telling me not to be upset at him when all Id done was flash an incredulous facial expression at my friend who was there with me. My friend was going to buy her helmet intercom there that day, but changed her mind after the exchange. It wasnt the first time that Barry had raised his voice at me, but it *will* be the last. Barry is a bigot, and I will be looking into getting my bike serviced at another authorized dealer in the future.EDIT: The owner of the establishment spoke with me regarding this incident and is making other assistance available to me. I am, however, leaving this review up as a review of my treatment from a member of their sales staff, and advise any members of minority groups to steer clear of Barry.

I would absolutely not recommend this company to anybody. Service is beyond terrible especially Arton and trust me the other employees in the company are snakes as well.I will make sure and post in every single site possible so as many people know not to do business with Huntington Beach Honda. I have never posted anything bad about a company before which says a lot about what I think of this company.This is just the start of my posts as these snakes and their ethics just ruined my families Christmas. I recently bought a NC700X and am very happy with the overall experience .Jim the Sales manager even gave me a 5 year extended waranty at 50 dollars over their cost . I think it was 350 or close to that, so I now have a 6 year transferable warranty if I decide to sell it .... I really dont think that will happen any time soon ! This bike is an excellent commuter bike, it averages between 50 - 60 mpg on the freeway at 75 mph . Of course you have to monitor your throttle and make smooth inputs to get this type of mileage . I plan on making a couple long trips so I will add the taller screen and a rear top case . By the way the valve adjustments take less than an hour and the only part you will need to replace is the valve cover gasket . The valve train uses a tappet system that is designed to make adjustments easy with only a few tools . This bike is the lowest maintenance of any I have owned, if it had shaft drive it would need almost 0 .... GREAT JOB HONDA !

Everyone seems pretty nice here. Seems like theyre pretty honest but its hard to really know when it comes to dealerships. The guys I interacted with in both sales, parts, and service were all very helpful and not at all pushy.

Good inventory, but there sales rep, older gentlemen was a horrible person to deal with. First quote was 2,500 on top of MSRP. Was not willing to work on price. Tried every sales tactic to get me to buy, claiming the bike in was interested was the last one and I wouldnt be able to find it anywhere else. When I told I him wasnt paying what he wanted he proceeded to take the estimate from me telling me to leave because he cant help me. Do yourself a favor and go down to Carsons Honda dealer. They immediately took off 1,000. Agreed on a price $1,500 less that this stealership offered.

I walked in today with a cash in hand ready to buy a bike and felt discouraged right away. No one ever approached me to ask if I had any questions even though I clearly showed interest in 2 specific models. I was really hoping to walk out with a bike. I am a serious buyer who had 3/4 of a down payment on hand but Barry was just too busy installing license plate frames to talk to me about the bikes. I had to awkwardly approach him and ask if he had time to answer some questions about the bike. And meanwhile he was bent over with his back turned to me, installing license plate frames, he asked sure what would you like to know?Rather than getting up and facing towards to give me his full time and attention.Dont waste your time here unless you want to be ignored for a full hour.

Went to del amo motorsports first and they had me waiting for 4 hours after agreeing to buy a ttr50. The next day came to HBhonda and they had me in and out in 35 minutes with a crf50. No hassle whats so ever.

After a couple of horrible experiences with Del Amo in Santa Ana, I came here to buy and mount a rear tire. I was quoted a lower price for the tire than I could find on Revzilla or J&P cycles.While I waited for my bike to be completed, I checked out helmets. The sales staff was very friendly and even found some discounts for me. Although I didnt buy the helmet, it didnt seem to bother the sales associate. He was pleased to be of service the costumer.They adjusted and lubed the chain at no extra charge (Del Amo does). Once I hopped on my bike, I noticed the wonderful Service Techs exceeded my expectations and had gone around and did extra things like greased bearings and tended to a stiff/ sticky kickstand, again at no extra charge.Needless to say I hope I dont need them often, but Im glad to know they are there.

Excellent service! This is probably the best dealership in orange county, i came here with a serious intention of purchasing my first motorcycle and was immediately helped by Robert. He was courteous and made the whole process quick and easy, all the paper work was done within an hour or less. I would highly recommend this dealerships and would definitely come back here again for my next bike. Big shout out to Robert again for making everything so smoothly and the staffs were super friendly too!

Well...Im not inclined to write a review positive or negative unless I feel the service I received was superb or down right rude. This review is about rudeness. Greg, Sales Manager as of 8-2019 of HB Honda returned my call about an inquiry I made about a 2016 Gold Wing. The call lasted one minute. He told me who he was and blurted out an out the door price for the Gold Wing. I told him it was a little more than I expected. He went into the normal speal on how theyre NOT making any money on this bike. I said...do you want to hear what Im willing to pay? Greg...then said it doesnt matter, but you can tell me. He was extremely abrupt and abrasive and made me feel like they dont WANT customers or my money.I understand any business is in business to make money. However, I think Gregs approach was crass, unpleasant and down right ill-mannered. I guess you can call me old school, but I think its important in any such dealing that both parties feel like it was a fair deal or they both won.I have owned multiple off-road and street legal motorcycles and currently own a Honda, Can-Am and Harley. Huntington Beach Honda lost a customer. Believe when I say...I will share my experience.

Every time I go into this dealership I usually come out frustrated. When I ask for a specific bolt that I have seen with my own eyes and they bring out something completely different telling me that this is the right and only bolt it’s frustrating. I have come out of this place with the wrong part/air filter before to get home and realize it wont work. Im gonna go somewhere else from now on...

Went with these guys for some very expensive parts because they had the best price. Parts turned out to be rather difficult to obtain in a timely fashion and these guys went the extra mile and provided exemplary service too. Its not often you find a place with the best price AND best service.

I stopped by on a weekend with all papers and check (I did the same for my 2 previous motorcycles) ready to make a deal and take the motorcycle home.From the start, Although friendly you will notice that they have very young and very inexperienced sales representants which I assume its because the owners can pay them much less.That being said, everything I asked the representant he had to take to his manager and then bring the answer-back, which I ignored as long they would give me a good deal but after so much back and forth I walked to the managers room to speak directly to him which after some negotiations we verbally agreed on a price but when I accepted and said ready to finish the deal he asked me to come back with cash the next day.I left knowing they would never have my business and ended up finding a much better price somewhere else, so I guess their bad service helped me.Thank you.

I own an ST1300. I have always had it serviced at HB because they work on STs regularly. Never the lowest price but usually fair. Brought it in for standard service and asked to have a plain 2 filament front turn signal bulb replaced while it was there. A $2 part and 3 minutes labor tops. They wanted to charge $62.00. Not sure what happened to the shop/parts department. I brought this up while I was paying and was met by a surely response from the clerk. I will find a different place to spend my money.

Had a motorcycle advertised for sale, looked perfect in the pictures but when I drove 62 miles to see this near new bike it was in horrible shape. It wouldnt even start! Over the phone I was lied to about work they had done and how it was ready to ride.

Customer service was fantastic. Young man named Jon answered all of my several questions and even showed me and gave me tips as to how to take care of my Honda equipment. Because of Jons willingness to help, I will go back to this Honda shop when I need service or parts. Thank you.

I bought my reflex 250 so many years ago. I was blessed with a CN250 Helix. I could not think of a better dealership to get my bike checked out. They did a rebuilt on the carb and check everything else. Thank you for suck a good job.
