DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR GROUND EFFECTS NEEDS!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALL AROUND COMPETENCE!!! I ordered a kit on EBAY. When purchasing the exact specifications of my vehicle was in the notes to the seller. They sent the wrong part for a different vehicle. I couldnt return with the shipping label they sent me because the post office said it was too large. They said that I could buy the right bumper for a discounted price because the eBay garage isnt always accurate and I should have read the details. So I called directly and ordered from customer service. Wrong part again!!! Its now been around 6 months from my original purchase and I have yet to receive a response from email, phone or mail.

I got a front lip from them and even drove all the way to LA just to go get the lip since they were charging me $129 for shipping. And the lip itself was for $150. It didn’t even last 20mins. This is what happened when I took my car onto the freeway. I emailed them and they said whoever installed the lip, didn’t install it the right way and we can’t do anything. They have the worse parts I have ever purchased. If I were able to rate them in the negatives I definitely would.

Everything you would hope to avoid in an online transaction is what Express Aero Kits represents. Dishonest pricing? Check. Dishonest about inventory? Check. Dishonest about shipping fee? Check. Dishonest about shipping time frames? Check. You will spend a ton of time spinning wheels to get what you need from this company...and then never get it. Learn from my experience - the extra $$$ you pay from a competitor is worth every penny.

This company, Express Aero Kits, sells ship product coming from Duraflex body kits. Their kits are terrible a complete waste of money. Kits are ship material and do not align with factory specifications. When you file a claim they will take like 6 months asking for pictures, this and that to then say that I have to remove my duraflex hood and the factory hinges and springs, place the hood on the frame, take a picture and then reinstall factory hinges and springs as well as the hood. All that work cost about $350 and the hood only cost $250. Forget it. I give up. Never buy kits from duraflex or express aero kits.

Very good seller, fast shipping, but all Duraflex products are garbage, they dont fit, most of the parts has tiny crarcks, you need to sand off everything and spend tens of hours to make it fit, i throwed away front bumper because somebody blind or drunk made it .

I ordered from this company 05/15/19. I received a part for the coupe version of my car, went through a huge process to have another shipped months later. The day it arrives, what would ya know? another wrong part. I get a whole story of how the mold was wrong which is a lie as the bumper fits the other car great. So now I have to pick a different bumper, I decide on a bumper and pay the difference to have a matching front. Shipping day once again and I only have a rear bumper. I ask what the status is on the front and they tell me I need to go through the whole process of bad parts again. Days later with no communication I get a sudden reimbursement for the bumper they never sent without the option of still buying a bumper, saying they cant send out the order they promised once again. Bottom line, dont buy from this company, they dont seem to have a clue on what they are doing, what is in stock, or how to communicate decently with a customer. If you do it may take over 5 months to finish one deal for you as well.

Wrong front bumper sent! Completely wrong fitment. Promise to refund but they continue to drag. Please spend your money elsewhere. Do not waste your time here. These guys know nothing about customer service. They are in service to make a quick buck and line their pockets. I repeat DO NOT BUY HERE I wish I would have done my research and read the previous customer reviews. Please do not make the same mistake I did. I personally didn’t have a good experience. First I was told 2 months to manufacture a simple rear skirt or lip. At the 3 month mark I had to contact them asking where the product was? Which makes me think they didn’t even start production until I was bothering them about the product. I was told next week or the start of the following week. This continued until month 5 and a half when the part was finally finished. Then when it went to send threw ups there was a missing invoice. For over a week nothing happened. I had to do the running around calling ups and contacting express aero kits. The only assistance I got from eak was emails saying “they could contact their rep”(I herd that a lot) Eventually the part showed up just past the 6 month mark. When I FINALLY had the product in hand it was poorly made. Air bubbles along the bottom. Extra material I had to cut off. I would have sent it back but I’m so tired of this company I just never want to deal with them ever again. And I had no more time to return it as they completely destroyed my time table for the repair. I will never use this company again and would suggest you look else where if you want a good product that doesn’t take 3 times as long to make as you were told it would.

The name itself is a joke. I ordered something about a week ago from them and no effort to contact me that whole time. I thought to myself well they must be busy getting it out, the date that eBay says I was supposed to have it by passes so I call them and they cant even get it. Their effort to let me know this was definitely express. Meanwhile I see it for sale other places, its not my fault if between the time I ordered it and the time you got up and did something about it the price went up. Thats your fault. On top of that now I have to wait for the refund to happen. I think this is really about that they didnt know the price went up from the supplier and they expect me to eat it. Your lack of effort to inform, your price difference responsibility. I get the vibe that these guys just dont care.

Just ordered a hood for a 2000 f150. Out of the box it looked good, only thing missing was some mesh for the scoops. Simple email and a couple pictures later, mesh was at my front door. Very happy with the product, looks great, will recommend and purchase from again in the future.

Please stay far from this business. Bought a hood from them and it didn’t fit. Even tho they claim they have gaurenteed fitment. We spent 200$ extra dollars to try to make it work and with 2 body shops telling us it was junk we decided to call them to ask for help with the situation. They gave me 3 weeks of run around and over 50 pictures sent yet it still wasn’t good enough and they would rather have a bad name then help their customers. They told me to deal with the manufacture because they don’t make the item. They just sell it. Had to go through PayPal to get money back and pay almost 300$ to ship it back. Only for them to decline it at the door. We now have to go to court to get the money we are out. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

This place is awesome. I was growing weary of being sent defective batteries from other stores advertised on ebay! After going through many other stores on ebay to get batteries for my ecig that were not defective when sent, I found JD who said that he checked each battery that I ordered to make sure they were working properly. I got four batteries that were like new and working properly. I cannot thank JD enough after a very frustrating experience on ebay. I would recommend them to anyone for excellent and courteous customer service and quality product.

I bought the wrong type of earbuds from Express Aero and did not notice until after they had shipped. I contacted them as soon as I found out and we quickly worked out a return. However, in the end, I decided that the return process (free to me) was a bit of a hassle and decided to keep the earbuds. Aero Express pleasantly responded to all of my emails within 12 hours, was very professional and polite every step of the way, and did not mind the sudden change of mind or the fact that I did not read the whole item description before buying. Id happily purchase from them again.

I purchased a rear bumper lip for my lexus is250 (see pics here) and when I pick up item box was crushed and item was cracked in corners, the lady at delivery place even put on slip that box was crushed, I contacted seller immediately and open a damage claim, and after almost 3 weeks later they emailed me and refused to refund me because according to them only the box was damage .... do not loose your money buying from here ....they do not refund your money if your item is received damaged....

Very good quality and they always inspect parts before they ship to ensure it. I purchased aftermarket fenders through them and they look amazing.

They have too many scripted reasons to defend their poorly made products and arent willing to help their customers the way a reputable company would. They look to volume sales rather than customer service. The quality of the product is poor and they defend it by stating it needs prepwork before paint. Prep before paint doesnt make it fit or make the thin fiberglass thicker so it wont break upon installation.

We received a damaged hood from them. I refused the shipment. I called over and over for a month, with them saying they would get back to me. They either needed pics from the shipping company, or they hadnt received pics and it already left the shipping company back to them so they had to wait to receive the hood and check it out. NO CALL BACK EVER. We finally escalated it to a claim through paypal. It took that to finally get our $556 back. They are a horrible company selling horrible product. I bought through ebay, and for some reason most of those reviews were positive. If i had looked on google reviews I would have never purchase from them. I have now left feedback there, and a review here.

They took my money over 2 months ago ( Over $1,500) and promised delivery in 7 days, then a week later I called them for an update and was told some of the parts were on a 4 week backorder. I was annoyed that I was not contacted about this but I did agree to wait. After 6 weeks still no update I called back and was told it would be another 4 weeks, at that point I asked to cancel my order, after trying for 3 days they finally agreed to allow me to cancel part of the order and they shipped me the one item they actually had. The 1 item did finally arrive, Now another 2 weeks have passed and I still have no refund, They have stolen $1,500.00 and for the past 5 days they are ignoring my e-mails and phone calls. Stay away from seller! Ordered a Dodge Challenger Hellcat Hood, received it damaged. They sent the wrong return label to return it, and when I told them I cant use that return label since its designed for small packages (checked with post office and eBay to make sure the label was wrong) they said I was responsible for shipping it if I wanted to use UPS, FedEx or any freight truck. After they ignored my emails I called eBay. Thank God I purchased it through eBay and they took care of it. Unless you go pick up the part, do not have it shipped to you. Pilot(freight truck that delivered the hood) said that it happens all the time with Express Aero Kits where the customer receives damaged parts, no big deal. Well to people like me it is a big deal and a headache to try and solve.

This company said they would refund me for a hood about 6 months ago, making up excuses the whole time of how they cant process my refund. I still havent gotten a refund to this day and still dealing with lame excuses, about to get an attorney.

Very bad experience with this company, the kit I paid had to be flexible, and I received a rigid one, all the pieces are deformed, and for that reason they do not fit, do not fit in the car, and do not fit all the pieces together, I ask for a solution and they disregard it, it is a shame that a brand like Duraflex is stained by an incompetent distributor with little desire to work for his client. Because of my experience I do not recommend them, nefarious customer service. These photos are part, I have raised them are a Toyota Supra silver and the black pieces that do not fit, in total I have more than 120 photos and videos where detail is seen deformations and do not fit ....* I do not recommend * very disappointed with this company, after spending $ 1900 I have to invest in the mechanic to rebuild the entire kit about 25 hours of workshop.
