My daughter purchased her first car from Carster for her 19th birthday. Carster sale person was very professional and made the process easy and found financing for her also. They kept their promise and held the car for a $500.00 holding fee until we were able to get down there to test drive and purchase the car. They didnt sell the car to a person offering cash. They provided the carfax and we took the car to the Chevy dealership to get the car inspected before the three day return period. The inspection came back all good. Very trustworthy car dealership. I would recommend this dealership for their outstanding customer service.

Dealing with Nick and Carster was an absolute pleasure. Great Customer Service! Honest & upfront car dealer. We filled out the credit application online to purchase the car which we saw on Autotrader. Nick called us immediately and got us approved at a decent rate based on on our credit. We came to pick up the car. It was in great condition. All the paper work was done in less than hour. There were no extra charges like other dealers in the area. CARSTER offered us some extra options to protect our ride which were optional. Overall a great car buying experience. I have bought 5 cars in my lifetime. I have gone thru 4 major dealers, and carmax (the latter being my worst experience). I never thought I would get a car at a third party dealer that wasnt a chain. The reviews were promising and the car my wife and I were looking at was within our budget. Overall, 10/5 stars!Car buying is stressful. You have to sit for hours, negotiate like no other, and basically pray at the end you didnt get screwed. Nick was different. I have to say, the reviews were nice, but I was still skeptical. I arrived on time for my appointment and Nick showed me the car. A 2013 Honda CR-V LX with less than 50k miles on it. We were looking at upgrading from our 2018 Impreza since it was a lease, and it was super cramped. With 1 child now, and another one coming with 2 dogs, it was time for something bigger that wasnt a van. We looked at the option of trading in, but for the first time in my car buying history, the rep didnt want to do it, even with negative equity attached to the loan. He knew money was tight and he wanted to make sure I didnt go underwater with the loan to keep my payment manageable. He said its better to just turn it in at the end of the lease which is in 3 months or $1050 in payments compared to the negative $3000 wed be paying. He also said we can wait to buy a car until then, but wife needed a car now so went thru with it.As far as financing, my credit is shot. Below 650 and just bought a house, I wasnt looking good. Wife is 770, but she is about to have a baby so no income and I bring in around $7k a month. Luckily, Nick was able to work with us and even though it took a while, he got us a smoking rate! Finally, my wife wasnt with me since she was tired from the baby, but I told Nick I can come by tomorrow to finish the docs. Instead, he said he would hand deliver the car to our home in chino hills, and he would bring the documents so she can sign them there! That way she can rest and just do everything in the comfort of our home! He came on time, super professional, and even had fun talking with our son.All in all, I got there at 2:45 and was off the lot at 5:15. He arrived at 8 PM and we were done at 8:15. Not only was it fast, but I never felt pressured, I never felt lied too, and Nick was a human being first instead of a salesman. This is huge for me as coming from Sales myself of over 10 years, I can tell you that is one reasons car buying is so uncomfortable. Its the fact that we dont feel heard, we dont feel needed, and we feel disposable. Nick treated me like he was selling a car to his long time friend of over 10 years, and not only got us a deal, but made us super happy and comfortable with the purchase! I will from now on go to Nick first for whenever I need a car, and will be sending everyone to him who need cars. Thanks again Nick!

Bunch of decent cars.Nick there was very helpful, and he tried his best to get a good offer for us, but he couldnt.Also the price offered on the internet was different than we got there; because of a GPS tracker installed in the car increased the price by nearly $1,000, we didnt want it,and he told us he cannot remove it, thats why we had to leave.Update: Now that you replied me with a lie, you lost 2 stars from me.As long as its optional and not mandatory, why did you just offer me a $100 discount on the GPS tracker, and that was the most you can do.I asked you to remove it from the car, so that the car value would be reasonable for us, and we could accept the APR% you can get for us, but you told me you CANT. Its not optional then, right?
