Super fast in responding to my order I placed it a week ago and it took only 5 days to be available for pick up thank you guys for your customer service and speedy service. I decided to post this since I saw all the negative and that people only take time to post negative comments never positive ones so thank you guys very much.

I was cheated out of $2,188.67If I could give them a negative 10, I would.On 6/15/20 I purchase body kits for my car from them for $1,636.00 for my vehicle. Someone ran in my car before I had a chance to install the kits. I got in touch with Josh from bodykit.com and explain the situation, he told me to go ahead and return it to them but I would have to take care of the return cost. I went ahead and spent another $552.67 to return it to them. A few weeks pass and I haven’t heard anything back about my refund. I contacted josh via email and ask about it, he told me that I need to contact another company call Extreme Dimensions, that’s where he ordered the kit from. I found that kind of strange because I thought that bodykit.com was the company I order from since my invoice and my credit card statement says bodykit.com. But nevertheless, I contacted that company and was told that all my shipments were damaged and I need to contact the shipping company to file a claim. So I ask what would happen now if I’m gonna lose both my refund and my shipping cost and can’t seem to get an answer on anything. Extreme Dimension is saying bodykit.com should be responsible for it, and bodykit.com is saying Extreme Dimensions is responsible for it. I really don’t care who is responsible or not all I want is my money back. I’m not gonna sit here and get cheated out of $2,188.67. And they sit there enjoying my money. Trust and believe I will but this on all my media profile and all review site until I get some justice. It’s just fair.I’m trying to answer his question. He’s making it sounds all good on here. 1 st off no one has contacted me. I was the one bugging them for almost a month before I get in touch with someone. 2nd you send that RA# to me after (Extreme Dimensions) call you guys and told you that you are the one responsible for the return. 3rd. The picture of the kit you send me is not the same kit I send back to you guys. I purposely put marks on all my kits just Incase something like this happens. I was warned about you guys but still went along with it. Smh. 4th. The receiver who received the kits had sign for it saying it wasn’t damage. Since I posted The last review I’ve been trying to get in contact with them with no success. A big company like that. All they do is flex their muscles on the working class because they have a little power. I need my money back please.
Read the reviews first almost fell into this scam
Ordered a front bumper kit 114908, and received a box with the correct number on it but the completely wrong bumper. Called them to get an exchange or refund but they keep dodging calls and emails. Its been over a month and they keep blaming the manufacturer. I did not purchase from the manufacturer, I purchased from bodykits.com so they are the ones responsible for rectifying this situation. I need my money back. I went on facebook to express my dissatisfaction and quickly saw EVERY single post on their wall is about how they are a scam. This website/business should not be allowed to conduct business. They are stealing from so many people and $300-$500 from a lot of people add up.
