Got almost 4,000$ worth of work done on my truck here . To come back and pick up truck to find 2,000$ worth of new damages on my truck. As you can see my mirror was smashed and there was a big dent in my hood. They insisted they would “ check the cameras” which I would love because then they could see that the damages were not there when it came in, and they never did. The manager Matthew gave me a whole bunch of attitude when I asked about having them repair it. My truck was damaged in there property and they are taking no accountability. Now I have a broken mirror and dented front hood on my diesel f-250. Go give your business elsewhere if you don’t want to deal with headache. I hardly ever write bad reviews but it has come to the point where it is needed.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had an my entire life!! Beware of this place at all costs!!! Brought my car in here for suspension service considering they knew what they were doing. When I got car out alignment was worse than I brought it in. They take absolutely NO!! Accountability for any mistakes they make. The good reviews from here must be based on oil changes and tires only they are horrible at all hat they say regarding suspension. I brought it in somewhere else and the issues were worse than they were before almost double the price. Stay away at all costs!!!

Our truck was brought into this mechanic nearly 2 months ago it was a diesel truck and am not mad about the work they did on my truck more so that when I came to pick up truck after spending nearly 5,000$ on it I noticed a dent in the hood. Manager Matthew was nice at first but when he realized I wanted them to pay for the damages he said he was going to talk to corporate. After nearly 2 months of talking to people they want to take no accountability. What a horrible business I suggest you take your business elsewhere unless you want a headache.

I stopped in Huntington Beach last week for a training course. I was about to drive back to Vegas when I realized my tire was low & had a big screw in it. Luckily there was an Allen Tire Co. about a mile away. I made it there at 5:30 pm right before the store was scheduled to close at 6pm. The manager Keyara Santana helped us out within 5 minutes. She notified us they would be closing soon & got one of the mechanics to assist us to make sure our tire could be patched & fixed. Thank God the mechanic was able to assist us! I wish I would’ve gotten his name too, so I could list him on this review. Not only was it reasonably priced to patch the tire, they were so helpful & still had us out by closing time & we were able to drive back to Vegas!! I couldn’t suggest this company more! I will be keeping an eye out for them in Vegas for all my future tire needs!!

Matt and his team blew me away with their courteous service and professionalism. Pricing was the best in the area and Matt gave me a tire and brake education befitting a scholar. There are a lot of choices in Huntington Beach for tires oil or brakes.Allen Tire for the win!

Super communicative, honest, affordable work. Matthew in particular was incredibly helpful and kept me updated daily while my car was in for time consuming repairs. They work hard to find the exact problem instead of replacing stuff that doesnt need to replace.

Me and my boss share this truck and he brought it into get it fixed as the shocks broke on the truck. After he got it out he noticed a big dent in the hood and his mirror was smashed out he asked Matthew to check cameras but the manager Matthew refused. Now we are left with a dented truck with a smashed out mirror after we spent almost 4,000$ what a terrible establishment.

I have been entrusting Mathew and his crew to service my vehicles for well over 15 years. They are thorough, honest and reasonably priced. They explain what the repair entails and provide options such as OEM, alternative manufacturer, rebuilt, new, repair or replace, etc. They always perform above expectations. I first came here because a Ford dealer on Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach promised to replace my tires on the Taurus I owned many years ago. I went to that dealer on a Saturday and only then did they inform me that they could not obtain the tires that day as promised. I drove a few blocks to Allen Tire without giving them any previous notification and my car had new tires installed, wheel alignment and balancing completed in under 2 hours and for less than what the Ford dealer had originally offered. Allen Tire do much more than tires and brakes and you would be wise to have your vehicle serviced here too.

Great service and professional care. While preparing for a trip in my motorhome I was having it serviced and the mechanic told me it needed two front tires badly. I asked if he could get them and he tried. Since the tire is a special size made only by Michelin he couldn’t find any distributor that had them and found out that Michelin had them back ordered nationwide and not available for months. I panicked and started calling every tire dealer around. I contacted Matthew at Allen and explained my problem and he jumped right on it. He called around the country and couldn’t locate any but called me and said he had a lead on some and would follow-up the next day. He called back the next day and said he found some but would have to get his main office involved because of the scarcity of the tire. He called later and told me he’s got someone on the way to pick them up and I could come in the next day. Both Matthew and David were great and the next day when I came in had the tires installed without delay. Topping on the cake was that I was expecting to have a premium put on the cost of the tire because of the scarcity and the trouble to get them but no such thing. Got them balanced and installed for the normal price. Highly recommend Allen tire and Matthew to solve all your tire needs.

I now go to their Beach Blvd location which is close to where I live.. Great prompt service that continues to improve each time I return for new tires, alignment and tire rotation.

These guys were so good to me and I couldnt be more grateful for the work they did on my truck. My back breaks(shoes) and drums were the biggest pain in the butt to change but these guys worked really hard and got it done. They are honest and very affordable. My wife & I just took a drive down to Carlsbad, a couple days after purchasing a new set of Cooper tires that Matt recommended for my small SUV, and oh my goodness - what a difference! The smoothest, quietest ride I can remember - maybe even better than when the car was brand new! I had gone to see Matt last year before heading out on a 6,000 mile road trip, wanting to make sure the original tires on my car would be OK, and Matt checked them and confirmed we were fine for the trip and then some. As a matter of fact, I went to have him check them again a month or two after the trip, and he advised that I had several thousand more miles on them, and of course that allowed me to postpone the expense until we actually needed it; thats the kind of genuinely honest customer care we all hope for but that sadly is not very common in the automotive marketplace.And I went back to Matt for good reason: I had my first experience at Allen Tire over 15 years ago, after my wife experienced two blowouts within the first 9 months of her new (at the time) car - a vehicle for which we had purchased a platinum extended warranty; and it turned out that the Platinum package did cover pretty much everything - EXCEPT THE TIRES! Matt helped us out, recommending a Toyo tire, and weve been going back to Matt and Allen Tire ever since, and wont go anywhere else for tires.Thanks Matt!

Free repair of flats, if you bought the tires from them. I thought its a rare occurrence, but happened 3 times now. Prices of tires are the same as any other big store chains. Make an appointment if you dont want to wait a long time.

Matthew and the other employees are so friendly and amazing. They are honest and do great work! Cant beat their prices either. We have multiple cars and we get them all taken care of by them. They are officially our favorite place to get our cars fixed at!

My daughter took her car down to Allen tires today because she had ran over a screw and her tire was drained of air. The shop was busy but as always, Matthew the manager, and all the of the team took great care of her. They patched and rotated he tires (since she, being 18, hadn’t taken the car back into Allen to get them rotated since they were put on). The service was great, efficient, and didn’t try and sell us something we didn’t need.This place is really a gem here in HB. Definitely recommend it every time someone asks for a reputable tire place.

Always have a good experience here. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. It was quite busy when I went in and Matthew handled everyone with kindness. I didnt mind waiting simply because he acknowledged hed be with us as soon as possible.

Very disappointed with Allen Tire. We were looking to replace 10, yes, 10 tires between two trucks (we have a regular truck and a dually) and wanted a specific tire for one of the trucks. After Allen Tire said the tire was back-ordered, that was the end of their attempts to find the tires and no followup on a recommendation for the dually trucks tires. We sent Allen Tire a link via email that showed where the tires were available and no response. We called Allen Tire to follow up on the email and was told the person that we were speaking with was on vacation through the rest of the week (the communications taking place Monday and Tuesday). We asked if there was any reference to our inquiry for tires, any service ticket, any note, anything about our communications and nothing was located. Needless to say, the ball was not only dropped, it was punted, along with our projected $3,000 in tires purchase (we dont skimp on our tires).We took our business elsewhere and within 1 hour, we found another (and reputable) Huntington Beach tire shop that not only located the tires we wanted, but ordered them for delivery within 48 hours.

Called them at noon, they had the tires I needed in stock and at the price I have found online. I dropped my car off and it was done in a couple of hours. All the staff were very friendly and the store was clean, excellent experience all around.

Matthew at Allen Tire has always provided great service and honest communication, and the work on my cars has been phenomenal. Ive had repairs done, new tires, and flat tires fixed.He has guided me through everything that was wrong, and which things to prioritize and which things either could wait or are just a preference thing on my end.I have never been pressured to purchase anything beyond the necessities. I came in about 6 months ago for an intense rattling and clunking noise at my left front tire on my 350Z which I knew was something completely terrible. I mentioned that budget was tight to Matthew before anyone looked at the car. He explained the wide range of best case scenario being about $250 worst case being $2,000 (which with suspension and steering parts not being cheap, plus labor, I understood how it could easily climb up to the thousands) I told him if its on the low end I would repair it. If its on the high end I would garage it for awhile.TURNS out, a few things had rattled loose they tightened everything that needed to be tightened and replaced bolts that had rattled completely out. Thank God this wasnt worse and caused me to get in an accident. All in all I was out of there spending less than $75.00 for the repair, and 12k miles later its still driving great!- Sincerely one satisfied customer

Stay away from this place in Huntington Beach! Even one star is not deserved.They destroyed a wheel hub of car by completely stripping its threads.I only found that out when I got home after noticing a loose lug bolt freely turning. Next day, after seemingly having tried to repair the hub, they told me that the threads were completely gone and the needed to be replaced. Yet they refused to cover the cost for a new hub; I ordered the hub and they did not reimbursed me for it.The technician must have had a extremely low level of professionalism on safety and dishonesty - Company is responsible for such poor quality and the necessary education.Supervisors tried to evade to take full responsibility on their failure.Even after the repair, four warning lights including ABS, Engine, etc came on. This also was found out one the way home. What a poor job!

They do good work and can fill the tires with nitrogen here. The manager, Matthew, is very knowledgable in regards to every aspect of this business.

From my personal experience the crew at the Huntington Beach location has treated me like family. Matthew the service manager is probably one of the kindest and most professional mechanics I’ve ever met, and his crew are also very professional and awesome to be around. I cannot say enough GOOD things about my experiences with Allen Tire on the corner of Ellis and Beach Blvd. Matthew, the General Manager of this store, and his crew are the reason. Theyve always taken care of my cars (all 7 of them over the past 6 years) and the work has been impeccable and theres never been a return trip to make adjustments. They are up front about the work they are going to do and always call me if they find additional problems to get my approval (no hidden charges). Matthew is always ready to discuss the reasons for the work and makes suggestions if he sees ways to save me money. I am not related to anyone at Allen Tire (as some reviewers suggest thats the reason for the 5 star ratings for this business). They have great customer service. I get my oil changes done here. I was just there today and something was loose on my battery and they fixed it for me and didnt even charge me for it.

Needed my tire patched, got a flat. They were able to do it right away and gave me several quotes for other things while I waited. They were slammed when I came in but got me right in. Nice people

I am a long time Allen Tire customer, on the recent Cesar Chavez holiday I took my 25 year old Lexus LS 400 in for coolant and transmission services but learned that the car needed a new radiator. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Allen Tire could replace my radiator, they gave me a quote for the work, which I later discovered was considerably less expensive than what others wanted to charge, and so I called back the next Monday, told them that I would be in the following Saturday for them to do the work,I took the car in that Saturday and 6 hours later, which they said they could do, my car had its new radiator, the transmission was serviced, the final price was a little lower than what had been quoted and I was one very satisfied customer. I will continue to be a loyal Allen Tire customer!

Theres a reason this place has so many 5-star reviews. One of the few auto stores around that you never feel like youre being pressured into buying equipment or services you dont need. Matthew is awesome, and my family has been coming here for years, without ever having any issues with the quality or speed of service.Just an example: Last year, one of my tires got a nail in it, and it was so deep that the tire itself needed to be replaced. These tires were only 2 years old, and my original tire insurance literally expired only a couple weeks before (I bought them in August 2011, and this was right at the beginning of September 2013). Since the insurance had JUST expired, Matthew and the guys at Allen Tire replaced my tire for free, when, in all fairness, they couldve charged me.Needless to say, Allen Tire is truly a pleasure to deal with, and anyone whos near HB should be going there.
