Everyone was very nice and respectful. From the time we walked into showroom trying to figure out what type of mattress and box spring to buy until the new items were delivered (white glove service) to our home was 2 days which is amazing !! I will recommend the salesperson Carl, to all I know. He has a wealth of information, not just mattresses but how sleep or lack there of, effects the body. Plus the 2 men who delivered, assembled new bed and removed old bed were fantastic. There arrived exactly the time they stated, were polite, respectful and knowledgeable on how an adjustable bed frame could fit within an existing steel bed frame..Each night we have had a great nights sleep and waking up with no kinks in the body which we had with our old bed. I stopped by Mattress Firm to purchase a new bed. I was contacted by a man named Carl. Carl was very knowledgeable in bed technology. After finding a bed I liked I asked Carl if he could work on the price a little. He didnt like me asking for a discount, he mentioned that it cut into his commission check. I didn’t feel comfortable with this guy so I left and purchased my bed at a different mattress store in Anaheim.

We had gone to 2 other stores prior to walking into this Mattress Firm location. We were the only ones in the store and maybe that attributed to the amazing customer service we received by Carl but nonetheless it exceeded our expectations. He spent the time to teach us about what it is we needed to get quality sleep. He asked us about the problems we had and took that into consideration when recommending what mattress suited us. Carl T. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping us pick a mattress. He was never pushy and made us feel comfortable while browsing. Mattress firm in general had a perfect selection. We had been to a few other mattress places prior and some felt like there were too many to choose from making it almost overwhelming and other only tried to push their “house” brand mattress.

My husband and I needed a new mattress and decided to try Mattress Firm for the first time. We couldn’t have been happier with the service and the product they provide. My wife and I were in search of a new mattress and spent a lot of time searching online, reading reviews, and watching Youtube to determine what mattress would meet our needs. Most of the places we saw offered a in home trial with free returns, but I didnt want to deal with the hassle of returning the mattress if it didnt meet our needs. So we decided to go to Mattress Firm and try out some mattresses in person. Carl approached us immediately to assist us and was very friendly. He asked us some basic questions about what were looking for, how we sleep, etc. Once he got those specifics he was able to narrow it down to what mattresses will meet our needs. I think we tried out 5 or so beds before narrowing it down to 2, and then 1 that stood out the most. We were able to get delivery the next day which was great. They provided tracking and updated time frame of when to expect the delivery. They arrived early within the window, set up everything and removed our old mattress and box spring. Weve had our first night on the mattress last night and it was great, I expect it to get even more comfortable once we break it in more. Overall Im extremely satisfied with our experience and mattress buying experience at Mattress Firm.

Great service. My wife and I walked in around 7pm about a week ago on Monday. Steven was kind enough to help us and he was extremely knowledgeable. We tried a couple mattresses within our price range and within 20 min we were out the door. He didnt try to upsell or push us past our price range. These are the kinds of people that gain life long customers. Our mattress was delivered to our door for free within 2 days. After letting the mattress break in about a week now, I can say that it is a great memory foam mattress and my back has never felt better. Our last mattress from a different place had given me back pain for about 9 months before I finally gave in to buy a new one. One week of sleeping on this new mattress and no more pain. I am glad I chose this establishment and will be back for all of our mattress needs.

Visited today during memorial day weekend. This is usually a very busy time for mattress stores. Our consultant was Alexander Ojeda and he was extremely helpful. He walked us through every part of the selection process, including pillows, and accessories. We took a bit of time trying different mattress and then retrying them. The service team were super patient while we weighed all of the options to fine the base, pillow, and mattress that best fit our needs. Check out was made super easy as Mr.Ojeda handled most of the paperwork but clearly reviewed everything with us along the way. 100% satisfied with our experience and would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their sleep.

When I walked into this location I was going in to find a purple mattress and quickly learned I didn’t want a purple mattress. I was greeted by an associate immediately upon my visit. Coming from Alaska shopping for anything is overwhelming especially when it comes to finding a new bed. I’m 7 months pregnant and my husband has shoulder and hip pain that we were hoping a new mattress could help ease. I was greeted by Donna who mentioned she was newly hired but didn’t have newbie experience. She asked me questions that pertained exactly to my needs. But what really wowed me was her level of sensitivity for and caution to keep me safe during a pandemic while being pregnant. Certainly when going to public and to a business during Covid can present limitations but not by Donna. When it came to the process of getting closer for me to check out Donna introduced me to Alex. She let me know that together her and Alex would be checking me out. It started to get busy but I never felt like I was left waiting. The communication was clear and I appreciate that. I love Alex didn’t just take over where Donna left off. He walked her through the process and I will always support a business who cares deeply for their employees. It didn’t stop there though. This morning I called the branch because I ordered something that my husband didn’t agree with and the manager Carl took care of the entire situation. What was my emergency Carl just handled and not only did he say he was going to make it right. He called me back telling me when the credit would hit my account and if I needed anything else to go back in there. When you’re thinking of spending money on a new bed this isn’t your “let me hustle your money store” I saved $1400 by be specific about my needs. I highly recommend this location.
