Over a month without delivery from Sparkletts. In the past 6 months 10/12 scheduled delivery dates have been missed. Sitting on hold for over 3 hours today. Customer Service is the worst. Avoid at all costs. We have 30 empty jugs sitting in the office waiting to get picked up still.

The last 2 deliveries were missed. Was on hold for an hour and then it just hung up on me. I finally got through today and apparently they do not have enough drivers, yet have continued to call and text me reminders to put out bottles that never get picked up. Would have appreciated some transparency but I guess thats too much when everything is automated and they just want your money and dont care about actually giving good service or customer relations.

This location has a convenient self service PRIMO water refill machine outside that cost only 40¢ a gallon for refill... make sure you bring your own clean bottles.

Unreliable delivery. Changed weekly delivery day without notifying. Frequently missed delivery date without trying to make up delivery Then just didn’t delivery for over a month. Cancelled service and scheduled pick up for the 8 empty bottles that never got picked up bc the missed deliveries. Never showed. I have called several times been on hold for hours and can’t get anyone to pick up. Have sent emails with no response but now get junk mail from there customer service email.

Since Sparkletts became Primo, water delivery has become unreliable in my area. I gave them over a week past the delivery date to deliver. After 2 escalations, the delivery dates would just pass. I cancelled service and they still havent picked up the water bottles after 2 weeks from when they said it would be picked up. It was also annoying to see Primo trying to get new customers at Costco. What is the point of trying to get new customers if you cannot service your existing customers.

Honestly if there was a no star option Sparkletts would be getting it. I have been waiting for a delivery for at least two months now and and when seeking any help or information as to where my order is Im left on hold with average wait times of up to 3 hours long and then, to top things off, Im hung up on! How your still in business is absolutely baffling to me- Your customer service is a bismol!!! Ive been lied to and given false promises multiple times now. The delivery is for my disabled mother who cant go to a store and purchase the water herself let alone carry it and install it. If your supply is delayed or the company is experiencing shortages then relay that information to your customers because your approach of ignoring our calls or telling us false information to avoid conflict or confrontation is seriously making matters worse. Im paying for a service that doesnt exist and you should honestly be ashamed of how your treating your customers. All I want at this point is to get a hold of someone who can cancel my services and refund me for the months I was charged and never recieved a drop of water!!!
