Darin who handled my flooring is the best. Everyone who works there are so nice and helpful. I had new carpet and flooring installed 3 years ago. The install came out great. Fast forward to March 2020. I had a water leak and the carpet had to be pulled back, section of the padding had to he removed and the baseboard had to be replaced. After repairs Bixby came out to lay my carpet back down, replaced necessary padding and installed new baseboard. Cant even tell . Came out great again. I highly recommend Bixby over the big box stores( you know who they are).

We dropped into the Bixby Plaza store to look at some wood flooring for our home in HB. We met Darin at the showroom, who was very helpful in educating us on all things engineered hardwood. After a few iterations, we selected a Provenza product and are very happy that we did. We love this floor. Darin was extremely responsive and nurturing though the entire process. The installers were top-notch - very hard-working, creative, and true craftsmen. The crew was very communicative and supportive in making sure we understood the process and kept us informed every step of the way. Enrique and Chris were a joy to work with. Darin visited several times to inspect the progress and updating us on any issues that surfaced and needed attention and resolution. The job was completed in a week and we are 100% satisfied. We will always use Bixby for all of our flooring needs in the future.

My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with the truly amazing job that Jan Young of Bixby Plaza Carpets and Flooring did for us. We had new waterproof vinyl flooring installed throughout our home and Gus and his installers did a fabulous job. Gus also did the skirting on our stairway as well as our baseboards. Our home looks completely new and amazing! And special thanks goes to Jan who went above and beyond to ensure that it all got done while we were away on vacation. She is a wonderful problem solver and kept us informed and up to date with phone calls, texts, and pictures. We just had our upstairs flooring redone by Bixby Plaza. We couldnt be more pleased. Bixby has competitive prices, strong selection and outstanding installation.I received several estimates for our flooring and Bixby was among the most competitive for the quality of flooring we wanted. Not surprisingly, the big box stores and Costco were the least competitive.Bixby has a large selection of flooring - tile, laminate, carpet, wood, vinyl, etc. Moreover, their staff is highly knowledgeable about the products and how they perform. We worked with Darin Fishman to select our flooring and manage the project. He was professional, patient and really knows flooring. We must have borrowed at least a dozen samples to try at home that ranged across a number of different product lines.We were highly impressed with the installation. Darin knew we had limited time due to work schedules, so he schedule a 5 person crew to get our flooring done post hast. The crew was led by Carlos and they did an outstanding job. They completed our entire upstairs and stairway in three days with high quality results. This included taking out our carpet and padding, leveling some minor imperfections on the floor, moving furniture, installing the flooring, putting on the trim and cleaning up after the installation. The crew put up dust shields to prevent dust from attacking clothes in the closet and floating downstairs. The flooring and installation has transformed the ambiance of the house and makes it feel more upscale.We highly recommend Bixby Plaza for ones flooring needs - pricing is competitive, they have plenty of selection and the installation is fantastic.

The carpet I chose was of superior quality at an excellent price, far nicer than I thought I could afford. The installation crew was great and did an amazing job. He and all his staff were very friendly, professional and extremely helpful at every step along the way. when we thought we had identified the flooring we wanted we were reluctant to buy 1500 sq ft of the product based on a single sample. Wow! What a great local business. Went in store on Tuesday @2pm. The helpful staff helped my 10 year old son, who was way into picking out carpet. Made a choice, measured same day and now installed by 2pm Thursday. Great product, great service and fair price.
