Very high quality repair. I had a busted laptop hinge between motherboard/power jack, display, etc. I did some troubleshooting on my own, which had me conclude that the issue was fairly serious and I might be in store for a new machine. Jack gave me a quote, ensured hed do whatever was needed, and he absolutely delivered! Price was quite fair. Laptop was in the shop a full week, which was longer than I would have hoped, but I understood. Jack was quite responsive with my e-mail requests for updates. Quite happy with the quality of service I received. Would definitely come here again.

JACK IS AMAZING!! Look no further, this is literally the best spot. My boyfriend and I came from LA to visit my dad during a family emergency. During the trip our laptop broke, and we were emotionally prepared to not be able to use it. Randomly, we passed by the shop, and decided to go in. I have been doing business with HB Laptops for a long time, seems more than 10 years. They have always been very responsive and helpful. Helping and answering any issues I have had with laptops and desktops. They have helped me over the phone to resolve a few client issues, with never questioning if the clients device was purchased from them. It is a great feeling knowing there is someone local that is more than willing to help resolve your problems with out trying to just sell you something with out information about your problem. The prices for service and products have always been reasonable and fair. It is awesome to have local businesses in our neighborhood that are honest and care for their customers and community.

I was having trouble with a computer that I ordered pre-built online that an odd issue where it was missing sound software. I brought in my computer for a checkup and the kind gentleman who works on the repairs took the time to not only re install the operating system for me to see if that was the issue, but he also offered me advice on what steps I should take to communicate to the seller I bought from that the computer was having issues. Excellent service and staff.

I purchased a refurbished Surface Pro 3 and I love it.

These guys are just wonderful. They answered every single one of my questions with great patience and courtesy. Their customer service was outstanding as well as their professional ethics. Jack & Tony spent 3 days diagnosing my broken computer at no charge, and they gave me a loaner to use during that time. We determined that it was not worth fixing, so I bought a refurbished HP from them for $250.- It runs like a hot rod! Im very, very pleased. I would recommend HB Laptops to anyone looking for a computer but but you are not really a Computer person.Honestly we dont all need The fastest Top of the line, best of everything computer that our kids (Grandkids???) think we need.Me, I just want to write an email and maybe search through craigslist, eBay and Amazon for a good deal... But then Jack built it for me at HB Computers and UNDER THE BUDGET I set for myself!Im not using it for gaming, but the HUGE HARD DRIVE is a great place keep the pictures of those grandkids!

Small front area. Management has good customer service skills. Summer helper - not so much. Everything the young man said made me wary of their service. Took 1 day only. Purchased refurbished HP laptop for $200: loaded most my software & data. Wont load programs with malware attached. Returned my old laptop. I didnt want it, so he removed the hard drive, gave it to me & took the shell.

I have a 5 yr old laptop that I thought was dying. Its performance had deteriorated significantly and I was already shopping for a new computer when I decided to take it to Peter so it could be mildly salvaged as a backup. Im amazed! After fixing some programs and adding a little hardware (and probably some other things Im not computer savvy enough to know about), my computer feels like new again! Peter did a GREAT job and his rate was very reasonable

Went in for a key clip for my keyboard. The owner was very helpful. He found the correct clip and showed me how to install it properly. Not to mention he gave me a great deal for a bunch of them incase I break another one. A well spent 5$ to say the least.

Spilled some water on my laptop--ugh! I was really afraid of losing a years worth of photos which I hadnt backed up. And Jack and his associate fixed it ALL!!--it works better than it did before I spilled the water! I am so amazed with the results and pleased that I took my Macbook here. Definitely recommended!

BEST, HONEST, COMPETENT Computer/laptop Repair shop I have EVER experienced. I called with an emergency same day at 6pm and they took me in right away, fixed my laptop in less than 20 minutes. They were the most understanding, polite individuals I had ever encountered given their business. Extremely REASONABLE in fees they charged. Being knowledgeable about computers (enough to be dangerous), I walked into HB Laptops looking to upgrade my HP. There were a couple of customers ahead of me, both obviously repeat customers (good sign), and both seemed happy. One had a power issue, a situation of which Ive seen at large electronic retailers take advantage of, and another simply picking up a repaired Mac Pro.In both instances they were happy. With the power issue, HB Laptop simply provided a new cord...at no cost. They showed the customer that it worked and double checked a few items before that client left with their product...again happy...and without costing a dime.When I picked up my product, there were other customers there as well...and dang if they werent repeat clients and happy too. I purchased what I needed, with great advise, and I too am now a repeat and happy customer.Its not the most professional store front, more like a geek cave, but as honest as the day is long and very reasonably priced.Hard to find...use them.

HB Laptops will forever have my patronage. I went for a broken DC charging port that needed to be soldered. He charged me $50 less than other quotes and also replaced my broken LCD for free since he had old laptops lying around. To top it all off, he came to the store on a day they were closed to open the shop and return my laptop. I cant say enough good things about this place and the people that work there. Especially Jack - you da man!
