Hello, Im here to tell you an incident that happened at 1:45pm today on July 26th, Monday, 2021. As soon as I arrived with my dad, I noticed a white gentleman walk in with no mask being helped at the front counter. However, as soon as my dad and I walked in, we were accosted by one of your employee who told us very rudely that we cant come in without masks as he was walking out. He even said that though its not LA county, its a requirement for the store. As he said this, the elderly white customer who were being helped (maskless, mind you), overheard this commotion and tried to defend us. The employee was even arguing with my dad in the parking lot. Later, I asked the customer as he walked out if they forced him to wear a mask, he said no; that we should take our business across the street to FedEx if thats how they are going to handle customers poorly. Is it because we were asians that we were targeted? Ive lived in Huntington Beach for 24 years of my life and have never witnessed such a thing. I went to school at the local Marina High School and even had a lot of caucasian friends. Never once did I thought the color of my skin/ethnicity would cause people to react differently.I know how the store will respond though. They will say We have to enforce our policy as we have multiple signs posted at the front door. Okay fine, its your establishment, even though its not a food establishment and were not in LA county. HOWEVER, at least be equitable when enforcing your own store mandate to everyone you encounter, not just because of how we look or our appearances. My dad and I are disappointed that this incident happened because we thought it was 2021, and that people would not be as trivial as this. Even though we had masks in the car, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. No way will I be able to stand being in there after what just transpired.

Every time Ive come here Ive had a wonderful experience. They are so nice and helpful. I was just in today and had an odd request that they handled with no problem. I also was clueless about printing and didnt give them all the correct info so had to have some stuff reprinted (it was completely my fault) yet they fixed it no problem and were super nice about it. I love this place so much!

Pretty good in general but when i asked if they could add page numbers to my document for me before printing (since I created this doc on my phone & dont have access to a computer at the moment), they wanted to charge $10 fee since it was a .pdf doc meaning it would take more work (prob convert to Word & add page #s & then convert back...takes a few minutes). But I asked What if I send it as a Word doc? The nice gal wanted to say sure no problem, but the cranky gal listening behind her said If we have to do any manual editing its a $10 fee. Adding page numbers to a word doc is a 1-click job.

I guess all the good reviews were from a year or longer. I was just there, and Im here to say the customer service is atrocious. I dont care if theyre a little cheaper. The lady there was rude, and acted like she didnt want to help. Its ok though, Kinkos across the street. Id rather pay a whopping $6 extra, and be treated with respect. Thank you Kinkos.

If you need anything copied or printed or need specialty items, make sure you go to this shop. They are amazing!! ESPECIALLY DESIREE AND HELENA!!! I cant give them enough kudos. These ladies know their business and are beyond friendly. I hope the owner doubles their pay. :)

I have been using this location for years. Today I had to get handouts for my fathers funeral printed. They couldnt have been more helpful or considerate. It’s kind of ripoff they put sign mention that from 1000 to 5000 pages 4.5 cents and I printed 1200, when I paid they asked for 7.5 that’s really ridiculous.
