A great In-And-Out Burger along Beach Blvd, Huntington Beach, CA. Usually busy most hours, very busy during the peak hours. Staff are always friendly and polite, they seem to wear their uniforms with pride as they are always clean. The restaurant is always kept clean as well. Even the bathrooms are clean, something you don’t often see in chain stores. It is a credit to the staff and to management and the corporation for training excellence making your dining experience pleasing. Oh, did I mention the burgers are fantastic too?

This In-N-Out location is very nice. The drive thru wait usually very long but it’s better when you come to the store in person. Staffs are very friendly and the dining area is always clean.

This restaurant is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. everytime I I need a good lunch, this is the place that comes first to my mind. Great and food and a large list of dishes.well mannered staff, and pleasant vibes. Not less important, the cost is modest. I praise this spot with no hesitation.

My burger was so good as well as my French fries but when the first layers were gone, look at the burning little pieces. I wonder why InNOut served those little burning fries to their customers? Ohhh just seen the red words of Fresh Potatoes 🍟fresh🥔⁉️

In-N-Out is a Cali thing to experience. The food is decent, but this rating is mostly due to the staff and how they operate the restaurant. They handled our complex order for 6 people with ease and made sure everything was received correctly. We went during dinner and while everything was crazy, staff handled customers with ease and were very nice!

As normal the food is awesome but cancel finding a place to park if you plan on dining in and forget about going through the drive through. The lines are like waiting for a ride at Disney land before covid.

Good service. Great food, of course. Parking lot isnt great, but it works to get in and get your fill of a classic So Cal burger.

In-N-Out is always the best option for fast food. But the reason I would only give this location 4 stars is they always seem to get something wrong. This is my local in-n-out so I’ve been plenty and I would say at least half the time they get something in my order wrong. I don’t even do a complicated order. But ultimately they are extremely busy always with a line wrapped around the corner. And I’m never dissatisfied with the quality of my meal. Only disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. With that being said, it doesn’t stop me from going back.

I love to go places where you feel welcomed, this is the case here. Customer service was great and the food was delicious!!! I also loved to see how the team maintained the outside tables clean!! Highly recommended

Whether you live in Cali or just visiting In-N- Out Burger is a must go to. Im not sure how to describe there delicious, melt in your mouth burgers, or golden crispy fries, to do them justice but anyone whos had In-N-Out knows just what Im talking about. Dont miss out if you ever have the opportunity because you wont be disappointed!!!

Customer service is always on point no matter what location you visit. It took a little longer than we had hope but that was unavoidable due to high volume of people. Food was wonderful.

Went there for lunch around 1 on a Friday. Dont waste your time going in the parking lot or waiting in line for your order, just park in the Walmart parking lot. It saves a lot of time and aggravation they were about 45 people in line in cars which seems senseless to me. Inside the lines were like three people deep very quick. Food was great as usual. Staff was right on it when I pointed out that there were no more ketchup cups.

Best burger 🍔 hands down you’ll ever eat in the state I really wish the had anything close to this in Pennsylvania I traveled 2,000 plus miles to just indulge in the Excellence.

Ive been coming to this location for years and years. Always had great service and more importantly great food. It does get very busy during lunch and dinner hours. Drive thru line usually moves very quickly.

I love this spot! They serve first-rate dishes, their menu is decent, The cook in that spot is a real pro, I love very much eating all their dishes. The dishes are always of high class, the service towards the visitors is very good too. I often go to this place and I was never unsatisfied. I highly recommend it.

Its In N Out! Not much needs to be said, really. How can it be anything but great.I do have to publicly commend Ryan for doing an outstanding job. He made eye contact and annunciated very well from behind that mask! He made sure to speak loudly and clearly amidst the noise from the kitchen and customer areas. He was very thorough in repeating my order, too. He not only took my tea order, but asked if I wanted lemon and how many. Who does that? Not many! This is not just fast food. Its In N Out. Ryan did a pretty good job in his representation of the company. I called corporate to let them know!Oh, and friend liked being able to see the fries being cut.

Was as delicious as what people said. It was very crowded but the service was provided super fast! Looks clean. I took out my order, and it was weird because the burgers were only half-wrapped individually. I liked most of it except two things. First, I asked no pickles on two burgers out of four. But they gave me the diced pickles mixed with the source. Cant easily remove. Secondly, the French fries came with too much small peices:(

We went to the grand opening of this location on Beach Boulevard. It was quite by accident actually, because we didnt know it was open yet but happened to look across the street and we saw cars in line. They had a lot of extra staff on hand, probably because theyre all training, and helping with the load of potential customers theyll probably have. It looks clean bright and cheerful sitting right there on Beach Boulevard, because theres not been anything there for a very long time. Ive lived here for years and its nice to see this location get a nice overhaul. Staff are super friendly, which as we all know is one of the better things about In and Out Burger, is that people actually smile and thank you and youre so polite which as you all know also, is not so much the case everywhere else, LOL. Honestly a lot of other places should take In-N-Out Burgers lead on how to treat customers -they are always excellent. And the food was very delicious as you would expect, nice and fresh! They were also giving out free hot cocoa to children. I thought that was very cool of them. I tried to convince the gentleman at the window that I looked a little old for my age and could I have some cocoa, but he just smiled and laughed at me oh, he wasnt buying none of it! Cant Blame a Girl for Trying! Had a good experience here.

I was there last week hired by an out of state divorce attorney to follow an older gentleman that was thought to have been unfaithful to his wife. Well we ended up at the burger place and wow! I didn’t realize it until I started to edit my footage, that I was being filmed by a little counter- surveillance team. Good job guys! You pulled together nicely and you were very quick about it. Cant go wrong with in and out. So good. I dont eat meat anymore, but I still go regularly and get the grilled cheese, fries and a chocolate shake. Hits the spot. The lines are long, but dont be intimidated. Youll have your food in less than 20 minutes regardless of how crazy the line looks.

The line was super long at drive through but they are super efficient and the wait was not as long at other places. Worth the wait anyways though.

Super busy. I feel the wait was maybe a bit too long especially for fast food. By the time my son got his food mine was cold.

A great place to hang out late in the night. The bathroom was cleaner than I thought it would be. The burger tastes great and I love the sauce. The fries are awful. I hear from California natives I need them well done and animal style. But really the fries are awesome.

I would give five stars for flavor, But only one person working there was wearing a mask. I wont be visiting again during the covid pandemic. 😕

Everything is as expected from this In-N-Out. Perfect burgers, fries and drinks. Only downside is that it gets super crowded during lunch and dinner time. The drive thru takes quite a while during peak hours especially so I would suggest parking and going inside because that will be faster than waiting in the drive thru.
