They cancelled on me the day of the appointment to get a window estimate. Sick installer. They rescheduled for the following day. Ok i can understand that. Things happen, people get sick. But After they come out to do an estimate i never heard from them again. Left few messages and no response, no estimate, no follow up, no anything. Terrible business. Would obviously never use them again

I recently ordered a Milgard replacement sliding screen door ($149) from C&M. The new door did not fit properly due to the Milgards new part ordering system. Patrick went the extra mile to resolve my issue and came out on two occasions. He installed the new door and took away my old door at no extra cost.Truly First Class service!
