VERY impressed by their customer service! We were sent to Great Western due to a warranty repair on our equipment. Never spent a dollar there before yet they went ABOVE and beyond, picked up the machine, delivered the machine and even gave us free product. Weve spent tens of thousands at another store nearby and never were treated like that. We will definitely be giving Great Western more of our business. We try really hard to give great customer service as thats very important to us and know just how difficult that can be to deliver. Quality and integrity. Quality products and a knowledgeable staff with integrity. I first found this place when it used to be located in downtown Huntington Beach. It was 1993 and I was just married and looking for a new vacuum cleaner for the small house we rented. I stopped by and received a friendly greeting as soon as I entered the front door. They spent time showing me all of the vacuum products inside the store and I left with a brand new Sanitare SC886 model. I have purchased numerous cleaning products over the years from this store. It is now November 16, 2019 and I just finished vacuuming my house with my original Sanitare. As I vacuumed today, it brought back memories of the day I purchased it and how great the customer service was, which prompted this review today. May the Lord continue to bless this business and its customers.

Best janitorial supply store in Orange county. Great prices, very friendly and helpful staff, and they have the best selection of in-store janitorial supplies and equipment that I have ever seen. I have saved thousands of dollars on supplies, chemicals and equipment for my company since I found this business. I seriously cant recommend them enough.
