THINK TWICE about going into any sort of business with this company. They contacted me to buy my laser because they found me on the manufacturers website as offering service with this laser. High pressure tactic into signing an agreement upon the agreed price. Gave less than 24hrs deadline to sign the agreement. I signed the agreement and returned it. I asked for a signed copy from their end and was given the run around. The manager that signs the contracts is out of office for the rest of the week. Following week still no followup. Still not there to sign the contract to finalize it. 3 weeks later still nothing but they set an urgency for you to initially sign it. Here we are today and they are backing out of the agreement because in those 3 weeks they were able to find another machine from someone else and offer them less than what they offered me. But theres nothing I can do about it because they didnt sign the contract on their end. They keep you dangling by saying no we will buy it, it just takes time to set things up. Ive never seen an offer not go through when we say well buy it. Worst snakes out there. Id also be careful in buying equipment from them if this is how they go about trying to obtain the equipment to sell.
