Fortunate enough to live nearby so I’m able to drop off my glocks to get work done. Had them work on three of my glocks and all turned out awesome. Been running them hard and use them for off duty carry. They look great and zero issues! People complain about the length of time for the turn around but you can’t rush good quality. I want to buy more handguns just so I can send them to DWS. Great work and great team!

Great shop ran by great people. Ive been running a DWS slide for a few thousand rounds and am very happy with both the cuts and the customer service. Was lucky enough to shop in store and I have yet to meet a company ran by people as polite as the crew at DWS. If youre local, highly recommend checking out the new shop. I would highly recommend the company to my friends, The quality on this slide is amazing, and the turn around time was top notch. Was quoted 6-8 weeks, but received it before the quoted amount of time. This company is good to go, Gen 5 MkVI Responder cut with Holosun HS507c cut is what I went with and am extremely satisfied with the company and the product I received.

I initially called DWS to inquire about lead time on slides and fortunately for me the team had exactly what I was looking for in stock and at a discounted price. DWS also stacked a veteran discount on top of this purchase making it an even sweeter deal. I opted for in store pick up and when I arrived at store I was greeted as family by Sonia. Total turn around time from purchase to pick up was two weeks tops, I can not say enough good things about this business. Today I went out to shoot my pistol for the first time and ran 300 rds through without any issues… DWS team is top notch

The side cuts are fantastic.The customer service is pathetic.I spent $500 on a side cut, and waited 3 months.They lost my $125 night sights, and I can’t even get them to respond to my emails and calls, much less take responsibility.If you use this company, I suggest you buy a slide, but do not send yours in.

Amazing quality work done by the guys here at Dynamic Weapon Solutions! You can trust them for your optic and slide cuts easily. Once I got my RMR mounted and zeroed I have not had any issues with accuracy or reliability. My pistol shoots laser beams thanks to these guys. And the cerakote work for the slide is top notch. Overall extremely happy with their services and will use them again. Turn around time was quick and I couldnt have had a better experience with them. Trust them and never look back!

I have absolutely no idea how this company has the reviews that it does. Rather than me tell you my long winded and disappointing story about dealing with this company, who lacks any idea of what customer service is. I recommend you look at the long list of complaints that have been made on the Better Business Bureau’s website. You will notice it has a resounding theme, one of a lack of proper corrective action when they have made a mistake. Had I done this, I never would have ordered from this company.

These guys were very helpful throughout the entire process. They sent email updates keeping me in the loop and called as soon as it was ready. When I went to pick up, they swapped all of my slide internals to get me up and running with my new slide.

Great customer service. DWS will take the time to explain what they can and cant do with your slide so you dont have unrealistic expectations. I brought my G48 slide in to be cut for a 507k optic, the optic didnt fit correctly - brought it back in and they were able to get it fixed under warranty in less than a week. I just bought my 2nd slide from them for my G19 to fix the 507c optic. Some slides are a bit expensive for my budget but the quality of work is so good that its absolutely worth the price to have a quality slide on your next Gucci project!

These guys rock!!! I own an off-road truck shop and have used them several times for Custom Cerakote Work on Shock Bodies and have never been disappointed. These guys deliver on time, every time. Custom colors, no problem, which is what I like to hear. I do and would recommend these guys to everyone looking for top notch Cerakote work.

Excellent Work! Very happy with the optic slide cut, straight serrations and dynamic black cerakote. Everything was very reasonably priced and the quality of work is exceptional. They also affixed the optic and sights for me which only took a few minutes. Be sure to pick up a channel liner if you are getting your slide cerakoted because it will be needed for proper reassembly. Just bring it in when you pick up the slide and they will add it to the assembly. The customer service here is great and they know what theyre doing. All in all, I highly recommend DWS.

DMR is family owned and operated and EXTREMELY professional. I took two glocks in to get slides milled out and rmrs installed. They did same day service and did exactly what they said they would do. I would HIGHLY recommend DMS to anyone and will be returning without a doubt!

Great customer service! I ordered a slide from the on Black Friday when they got absolutely swamped with purchase orders and had a lot to keep up with. Took a while to get my slide but they kept in contact with me and were transparent about everything along the way. Unfortunately when I got my slide, it wasn’t exactly what I ordered, there was a mix up due to me changing my order around in the beginning, but they had me send it back and they cut, cerakoted and shipped out a new slide straight away and I got it within a week!! I couldn’t be happier with this thing! Look SO CLEAN! If you order products that are in high demand from a company that is in high demand you’re gonna have to be patient... but I gotta say it is worth the wait!!

Just Placed an order for a Third Precut Slide from Dynamic Weapon Solutions.This is my third time ordering a slide from them.I email their staff back and forth because I cant decide on a cerakote finish, needless to say they help me out and reply to my emails each and every time.The Lead times are to be expected when a company is growing.And In my honest opinion,It has Always been well worth the wait.

I just got back my 3rd slide back from DWS.. and it came back sick. Went down for the same day optic cut special on Father’s Day they knocked it out and then decided to have them do some multicam cerakote which came back insane. Love the work these guys do and the customer service has always been top notch for me.

Ive bought a precut slide. A had optic cut done by them. Got the optic cut sooner than what I was told. Cerakote came out as expected I wanted a color swap they easily edited the order without extra delay. It was worth the wait.Unfortunately the firing pin on the precut slide broke somehow when I first took it to the range. I did not receive any email response back regarding this issue. Contacted via Instagram. They warranty their products and offered to replace it. If I were to do another build I would definitely buy again. Thanks!

Guys & Gals. I have 2 glocks with work from the team over at DWS. The MRK III REAPER fit & finish is flawless same with my G19 G3 Defender. The feed back and customer service from the team is bar none the best. I’ve never had a hiccup from these guys with a response. Can’t recommend them enough.

Ordered up 2 optic cuts with rear sight in front of optic for a g17 & g19 slide. Got 1 out of 2 slides done right. Slides were not packaged well on return shipment. A few sheets of bubble wrap in a padded flat rate envelope. They offered credit to do another slide but at this point would you send more guns hoping they get it right? I simply asked for a refund on the work they didnt do, rear sight infront of the optic. Been asking for a refund on the rear sight in front of optic for a week and crickets. At this point i dont expect anything from them and will just get a chargeback for the g17 slide they ruined. 1 out of 10 service. Still 1 out of 10 with rice.Edit: finally got a response after this review went up. They chalked it up to mistakes happen. *shrugs* to their credit they offered to replace the slide they messed up on or full credit toward another optic cut. But after the poor response time via email, poor install of sights and damage in transit I wouldnt trust them to do more work. got my refund and wont be back.

Made an order during their Black Friday sale in 2020. Lead time was expected to be 12-16 weeks per their website. Fast forward to March I send an email in regards to an update. Email isn’t answered until 3 weeks later and apparently they are moving buildings so it is understandable however I wanted another update on discovering this happened to many before me and messaged them again and the person replying said “you realize it hasn’t been more than the lead time?” At that point it was way overdue and I requested a refund and they said it would take 2 weeks to process, another month goes by and no refund and I’m forced to chargeback on my credit card. During the dispute process with my credit union they message me saying the slide is ready in late May just so that they don’t get the funds taken back out and they can settle the dispute. I refuse to support a company that has a track record of maintaining this level of service. Check out the many horror post floating around about this joke of a company.Edit: Also they advertised exactly what I ordered as in stock a couple months after I ordered on social media as ready to ship and they didn’t want to ship it to me unless I paid an extra amount to buy it out right.

Terrible company do not go them for any work. Stick to the big name companies that are actually reliable and ship your product. Customer service is also unreliable, they promise to ship products but never follow through.

I had a couple bad experiences with them at first. But after talking to them and them giving a perspective of how they get over 100 orders a day. It made me understand a little better.They fixed all the issues and miscommunication we had. Wish there were no miscommunications or issues from the start, but stuff happens and humans make mistakes, I am glad they were able to own up to their mistakes and fixed my issues.I’ll probably bring another Glock slide in to see how it is.

Great work and solid warranty. Originally got the slide milled and ceracoted in woodland camo. The ceracote chipped and they happily redid it. Got it done in just a few days.The lead time was a little long but I dropped it off in the height of covid. Overall, happy with the final result.

First off I will say my experience with DWS has been nothing short of amazing. I had several changes on my order, each and every time they were very accommodating and helpful! ANYTIME I messaged them on IG I got a response within a half hour(usually minutes) from the owner Pedro. When I called in and spoke to Sonia, she was the most helpful, courteous and sweet lady. I cant remember the name of the other woman who helped me on phone but she was just very helpful too. I ended up placing my order on black friday and got it about a week ago but that was not there fault. Sourcing parts and changes on my end was the delay.. I say that to say this.. WELL WORTH THE WAIT!! I could not be any happier with how clean this thing came out and how awesome it feels to shoot. Having an optic cut and not using the MOS plate adapter is huge for me. Down to the smallest details that the website doesnt pick up in pictures, this thing is SICK! Even the cerakote is clean and perfect! Usually with a multicam patter its hard to avoid buildup of the paint and causes issues for many rounds...not this one! Thank you to anyone involved in making this and getting it to me. DWS, you guys have a great team. I will be using you again and recommend you to anyone in need of milling or cerakote.

Was searching for some upgrades to do for my ugly Glock. Found this local company and thought it would be great to get quality products locally. Lots of options so it was hard to pick and ended up going with cerakote for Mark 1 aggressor slide, Mark V rose gold barrel and frame cerakote. Took a little longer than expected but the result was enough to negate the time spent twiddling my thumbs. Would buy from again!

I sent in my slide for an RMR cut and cerakote, I disassembled my slide and provided my own channel liner and sent it in via UPS and it arrived from NorCal to SoCal in 2 days, they even sent me an email stating that they received my slide. Their stated lead time was 1-4 weeks, and they met it with one week to spare. I received it today and I must say the quality is A1! The cerakote looks phenomenal, I will definitely be contacting them again for future projects.

The first and one order I received from DWS was great work. The 3 additional orders have been a nightmare. I have waited 8 months for in-stock pre-cut slides that only needed cerakote, with no resolution. The communication and customer service is by far the worst in the business. Multiple slides and optics were supposedly shipped 6 weeks ago and have been trying to get the tracking number for all six weeks. Finally they said that the orders were lost and rather than completing any of my orders, they were refunding my money 8 months after the orders. I have been in contact with them many times and always got the run around. For over a week now I have been trying to get some type of receipt via email to verify the amount my card was refunded since it takes up to 10 days according to them. I cannot get this information. The communication is basically non-existent, I highly do not recommend them. I tried dealing with Sonia who never knows anything about the orders and even the owner Pedro, who is very nice but obviously no idea how to treat customers. Sorry I had to make this review but others should know what to expect. They also delete any complaints off their social media rather than dealing with the customer.

Horrible customer service. They asked me to buy and send a channel liner in order for them to put the slide together before shipping back to me. Did that and still received the slide stripped and something stuck in my channel liner. & ordered black cerekote finish and got back grey. Never again
