I would love to be able to rate higher. They lady I spoke with originally seemed very nice and helpful, but she couldnt answer my question and asked me to provide her with some additional info via email, which I did as soon as we got off the phone. She then was supposed to get with a manufacturer to get some info and then get back with me with the info. But I never heard back from her. I emailed again and then I waited about a week, I then called again and left a message with a young lady, for the other lady that was supposed to get back with me. She promised to have her call me back and I am still waiting a couple weeks later for her call....so communication is definitely an issue with them, but I honestly know nothing about their work because we never made it that far.

WARNING DO NOT US THIS COmpany . I waited 4 weeks to finally get a service tech to come out. When he finally did he said he has never worked on pedi. bowls. The reason I went with this company was so I would get some one who knew how to fix this make and model, and not some one who was just guessing. He spent his time one the phone taking direction on what to do. The worst part of all is that he tried taking apart my other pedi bowl and broke off the jet cover now I have 2 broken bowls. Because you have to give them your cc. card info ahead of time they charged me $395 for the service call (even though he touched and broke a perfectly fine working one) and then sent me an invoice for $854. to fix both. I would gladly pay to have the one fixed and would have expected the to repair the one their technician broke. When I called and complained he said they were old and going to brake soon anyway Horrible customer sevice. I will never ues the company again as now i am out $385. and now have 2 broken pedi bowls

One source has been servicing our equipment for several years and always provide excellent customer service. This company scams anyone they can. Contracted for repair, with minimum charge of $165 for service call. They had no parts available and could not repair, but charged my card $265 anyway, for nothing. I told them I would not give them a scathing review if they refunded $100. They have been unresponsive. Find another way. This company has no integrity.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! their customer service is HORRENDOUS! ive been dealing with them for over a year and NOT ONCE have i had an order or service call go right. apparently, this has been an ongoing problem with them, long before i arrived at this salon. when i place orders with them they languish fro weeks/months, unless *I* call to get an update. Im constantly told, Robbie will check on that and get back to you with an answer. I have only ever received a return call from Robbie MAYBE once. Today, when I called to check on order i finally spoke to Robbie who actually argued with me about his not returning a call, saying, there wasnt a reason to call if there was no new information. Considering i had NO information to begin with, they should, AT THE VERY LEAST, be calling me to tell me something. i am on the hunt for a new parts and service provider.
