I just got my first set of ASV levers and I love them (have used them before but never had them on my bike).I took a tumble and already need a replacement but Arvin from the warranty department has already got me covered and replacement is on the way. Excellent customer service!! Sadly I have a problem with fitting on my 2021 S1000RR !Break side problem is fixed and fits perfectly but on the Clutch side doesnt!That little red adjuster hitting the Turn signal house and also the selector ! Tried everything but we couldnt get enough Freeplay out of it and since I put lots of horsepower in it it wouldnt be safe with a clutch which grabs so violently plus I could damaging my clutch! I am sad because such a beautiful lever ! But I have a fantastic Customer service and hope they can solving the problem ! PS : I kept the break side!

Ive been an ASV customer since 2007 and used their products on 3 separate bikes. I was looking to do something unique with my 2021 Multistrada V4. NO other company even offered an option to do what I wanted color wise outside of ASV and the product offering is already top notch in build quality. The best part has been the service. There were a couple of very small...but important issues that arose and Bryan from the ASV team responded to me in MINUTES every single time I reached out. One of the issues was user error but Bryan remained patient and made sure I was sorted out. Rest assured...there will be ASV levers on my next bikes as well

During my lever install, I lost the microscopic allen screw that secured the adjustment wheel. For a few weeks, I had to carry an eyeglass screwdriver to adjust my brake lever. SKETCH.A&J Cycles put me in touch with Arvin at ASV and he quickly sent me a brand new set of screws. Big thanks to Arvin for the quick response and the even quicker hook up.

Gorgeous brake and clutch levers! Before I decided to buy the ASV levers I researched the other options very thoroughly and went with the ASV levers, even though they were far more expensive than the others, because the folks who had put ASV levers on their bikes all raved of the high quality and beautiful aesthetic of ASV’s products. Well, I couldn’t be happier. The online pictures were nice but don’t do justify to the incredible build quality and stunning attention to detail of the ASV levers. I’m a fan for life! Highly recommended.

****Update****Levers are still having issues. Returned the levers to ASV which arrived at their location on 7/14/21. I sent an email to them which I have attached. No response yet. Hopefully they will keep their word on the full refund. Ill update if my clutch goes out soon.7/19/21 refund is processing. Still ended up with $75 store credit..WARNING for 09-14 Ducati Monster 696 owners. I have a 2014 Monster 696 and the instructions for the install is “old” according to the staff here. After I followed their instructions, the clutch lever was not fully disengaging so I rode with it for approximately 50 miles before being able to use the correct parts provided by them. Hopefully my clutch doesn’t go out soon….Finally got to installing the correct pieces and it still does not work like it should. For being a $200 set of levers I find it very unsatisfactory. Only reason I not returning is cause I received a gift certificate and can’t cash it out so my only way to redeem it is through ASV.Don’t get me wrong the levers loo and feel nice but I would never have purchased it for $200 if I didn’t have the gift certificate.I emailed them and their solution was to return it for store credit… I only have one motorcycle so basically I’ll be out money if I don’t use it. Also, they did assist me via email but their final solution for me was to “include zip ties” for future customers. Hope this helps someone before they spend $200+See pictures for the zip tie I installed to make the neutral kill switch come in contact with the levers. I’m sure you can bend the OEM bracket but I do not want to do that in case I switch it back to OEM levers if I sell the motorcycle.

I had a shorty f4 lever’s spring bracket break on me. I submitted a warranty claim, 24 hours later I had a new replacement free of charge in the mail on the way, they didn’t hesitate to make sure I was taken care of. Thankyou Arvin Rodriguez from ASV warranty department!

I own a set of c6 levers for a 440ex. Recently wrecked it and the lever held up fantastic although the adjustment screw somehow snapped off inside the back of my hand. 10 stitches and a broken finger. Very weird accident. I emailed ASV about a replacement screw and had a tracking number within a couple hours. I love the product and the amazing customer service. I highly recommend them.

A+ Customer Service!!! I ordered two levers for my dirt bike and when they arrived they had the wrong color dials on them. I send s message to ASV late on Friday afternoon asking for the correct color. I had a response in less that 10 minutes acknowledging my issue and with a tracking number to new part that they overnighted for Saturday delivery. Everyone will make mistakes but to handle my issues so promptly and with no questions asked was nothing short of amazing by todays standards. Thank You ASV!!!

I was changing the dial adjuster on my brake lever and the small ball bearing fell out on the floor. As I couldnt find it, I contacted ASV support to see if I could get a replacement part. They responded right away and sent me the part. Truly fast and excellent service!

ASVinventions is an absolutely amazing product and an amazing company.I bought a set of ASV bike levers on the advice of my bike dealer, who recommended the levers as they use them on all there training bikes with great success they may bend but never break.The reason I needed them is I have small hands most levers are too far away for safe operation ASV are fully adjustable. I was lucky enough to find ASV limited edition levers in PinkSo now for the sad bit I managed to drop my bike twice in one weekend once in a Ford and once when moving the bike.The levers didn’t break but I found the adjustment wheel would not move easilyMy pink levers were limited addition and I could never replace them. I was heart brokenI contacted ASV they agreed straight away to fix them but then a miracle happen they found the very last pink clutch lever left and have sent it to me free of charge.What an outstanding product and service could not rate ASV higher

I recently ordered 2-sets of levers for my son’s 250’s and they arrived within days. They are super easy to install and look great. While railing a rut, my son tucked the front end and the folding lever folded, however the finger pull part of the lever hit a buried rock and bent in a circular motion. I emailed customer service and Bryan responded with a RA number. I sent the lever to Bryan and within a few days, I received the replacement lever back. Super quick turnaround with minimal down time. Bryan’s customer service is exemplary and I highly recommend buying ASV products! Thanks!!

I bought a set of BRC550 and CRC550 for my KTM 1290 SuperDuke GT.I had a bit of trouble fitting the brake side, but this was down to me not following the instructions. Had the clutch and brake levers on my 2015 GSXR600. Can’t state how great these are in a pair. Solid construction and smooth on the fingers. Amazing grip with gloves on. Curved for great grip as well. Recommend 110%!

So excited to get a set of C5 levers for my 2013 KTM Duke 690! However, I didn’t know that KTM started putting 2014 style controls on the late model 2013s, so the C5s I ordered didn’t fit. I called ASV and spoke with Arvin, within minutes of reviewing my photos he informed me of the problem. Had a return label emailed to me and the proper levers on order to me, all within about a 7 minute phone call! I’m just as excited about Arvin and ASV’s customer service, as I am about these levers!

I had a very great experience with Asv inventions. I have the c6 levers on my bike, and I dropped it one time while going up a hill and the brake lever bent. I sent a picture over of the bent lever and Ending up sending it in. Arvin was very helpful through the process and the experience was great. Can’t go wrong with ASV levers! I have all ASV levers on my 2016 Yamaha R6 as well as my 2017 KTM 250 SX-F, and i wouldn’t have it any other way. The products are very durable and rigid, as well as great looking. A lot of options for customization like lever colors, adjustable wheel colors, and even length! Customer service has also been helpful the 2 times I’ve needed their help. Quick responses and never had issues with returns/exchanges when i accidentally purchase the wrong product. 10/10 recommend ASV levers for all your toys!

Only levers I’ll put on a bike. Quality is just beyond other makes, they have that tough as boots feel which is what you want when your hard on the brakes.I lost some bits changing from one bike to the next, Bryan hooked me up with what I needed and posted the spares from the U.S to me in the U.K.Not just a great product but the after care is there, and that to me goes a long way.I’m a life long customer, hopefully so will my Son be too.

I ordered levers for a 1997 yz250 that i didnt know has a 2001 master cylinder on it. Bryan worked with me after i gave him the dimensions of what i have and got me what i needed!

I have a 2011 Ducati Monster 796 and purchased a ASV brake and clutch levers on lines from a company in Philadelphia. The brake lever went on fine with no issues. The clutch lever however didn’t fully engage the clutch even after it was all the way released. I played around with it myself with out any luck. I took it to the Ducati mechanic who looked at it and ended up taking the entire clutch apart to make sure it was not the clutch and was the lever. He then replaced the clutch lever with the original lever and everything worked good. I then called the company I bought the ASV levers from who helped some but was not able to give me any working suggestions. He then said that since I was in California the company ASV was not to far away and I could call them for some additional help. I reached out to them on a Saturday and left a message and also left a message for Bob in parts. Well Bob called me back that day and we talked for a little and I explained the issues I was having. He suggested I stop by the next Saturday so he could look at it and maybe see if he could figure out the problem. The next Saturday I drove down and with a few minutes he asked about the adjustment I made to the lever, which was all the way in since I have small hands. He put the ASV lever on and opened it up and it worked great. I test drove it and it all worked just like it was supposed to work. Also the week before I and a small spill and the brake lever got some road rash. Bob saw it and grabbed a new one and replaced one with the road rash. I am really happy that now I have 2 levers that work exactly how they are supposed to and so great full for Bob taking the time on a Saturday to help me out. I would definitely recommend the company because it is great to purchase products from a company that stands behind what they sell with more than words. Thank you Bob for your help and time.

Ive bought ASV levers for several of my bikes in the past and cannot fault them. Far better feel and adjustment than any others. I also recently bought a CBR that came with a set of ASV levers that were not fitted to the bike. Unfortunately the clutch lever was missing the spacer for my bike and would not fit properly. Contacted ASV and got a prompt response saying they could send out the part needed straight away even though I was located in the UK. Part arrived today, excellent customer service.

Mr Morales of ASV Inventions has created one of the BEST motorcycle product lines out there. I have now put their levers and grips on 4 motorcycles and I will not ride anything without them. Its the FIRST upgrade I do with any new or used bike. They also have a line of tools that you can throw in your bike bag and always have in a pinch. Excellent products and even better service. Awful customer service. Sent me the wrong levers. Emailed and called their support multiple times for over a month, finally got them to take them back and give me a refund. Instead of giving me a refund like they said they would, ASV sent me a new set of levers. 2nd set is THE WRONG SET AGAIN. Its now been two months and Im out over $160. Never again.

I had a very positive customer service experience with ASV recently which made me realize I should write them a review. Ive held the opinion for many years now that ASV levers are the best on the market. I have them on two of my three current bikes, I had them on my BMW before that, and I had them on my Speed Triple before that. They look great, feel great, and perform great. On top of that Ive literally never had an issue with any of the ASV levers Ive owned, so Ive never had to contact customer service.Im currently rebuilding a bike and of course wanted to put ASV levers on it. I was a bit over budget so Id been watching ebay for set. Two days later a set popped up in great shape. I had to have them so I pulled the trigger. They showed up in really good shape but were missing a few key pieces and it wasnt apparent in the photos. I was able to find some of what I needed on ASVs website for a very reasonable price, but could not locate the Ducati push rods that I needed. I sent customer service an email letting them know that I had just made a purchase, that I needed these other two small pieces that I could not find, and that if they were able to somehow get them in the package I would happily pay for them.Customer Service very promptly emailed me back and asked for my order number as well as the product number stamp located on the levers themselves. I emailed them back with the needed info, and within two minutes received an email stating that everything I needed would be in the package when it arrived.Couldnt be happier, and super excited to get these beautiful levers on my Ducati project!

I bought a set of F2 brake and clutch levers, the order remained at awaiting fulfillment so I called customer service. A very nice gentleman looked up my order, he was able to get me a similar set that was received within 2 days. Great product and great customer service!
