We took my husbands truck in to get his tailpipe fixed after one of our kids stepped on it, and it was cracked. After speaking with Alex, we also decided on getting a new Flomaster exhaust. After a week my husband realized the tailpipe had fallen off and was gone. He called Alex immediately after we realized this, and his response was Well that doesnt sound like something we did, and I just remember putting the Flomaster in. I later found our invoice to see that they infact had tailpipe repair/weld on there, and we did pay for it. We called back again, and this time he said, well it was rusty and I told you this was a temporary fix. If that was actually said to us we would have had him put a new one on. But he insisted it was an easy fix. As business owners ourselves, I cannot believe the excuses and lying that we heard from this shop.

These folks are excellent. Quailty service at a reasonable price. Had a friend, who is a mechanic himself, recommend them to me and was stoked on the quality of the work done and that they were able to get me in and out on the same day.

This place is amazing they help me to fix my truck a soon a show up at the shop, the price is good and service is excellent.

I believe it is called Automotive Excellence. Very dependable, honest and informative of what is needed or not, also reasonably priced.
