Let me say, I definently am very particular about my instruments. So when I walked into Tagima Guitars I wasnt sure what to accept moving across country and every mom and pop place trying to squeeze every penny out of me and I refuse to go to guitar center where they exploit there employees. I wasnt going to purchase a guitar but just to have my instruments set up. Upon arrival I was greeted with a sales man who had the biggest smile on his face and was super warm and inviting. I told him I was there to see Shaun for a guitar set up. I left my beloved guitar with him and shaun got to it right away. While I was there the awesome sales man definitely had me thinking about purchasing one of there own guitar. Currently right now I had to pass (but now the idea is stuck in my head to give one a shot). The instruments are absolutely beautiful. Acoustics, bass guitars, and the electrics and there team knows how to set up the guitars just to my liking and I even brought in a second one just for a little touch up. These guys did absolutely amazing dialing in my intonation, setting up my action and fixing my electrical issues with both guitars. They did it for a fraction of the cost of other places and I must say I have recommended them to all of my friends and will continue to come here in the future. You guys definitely out did yourselves and I will be more than happy to be back in the future!
Workers are really cool and chill. They went above and beyond to help me unload their cargo. They offered me restroom and even water.
I work there I love it
