This came out better than expected. It is a high quality tent that is worth spending the extra money. You could tell that this was not made in China. The graphics are vibrant, the carrying case was great, zipped open instead of having to fit it in feet first. Velcro walls and zippered sides were too good quality. The printing process was great. Colors were vibrant. It rained the second day and we stayed dry.

We love our Instent (aka Vitabri) 17x17 Hex Tent for the roof so much! It finally allowed us to give parties into the evening on the roof by the beach. It allows us to have shade, wind protection, and keeps the warmth in from the fire pit. Its amazing and we couldnt be enjoying it more!

Not good quality at all. I feel a complete waste of money. One of the screws was stripped. Two of the elastic bands to help hold the canopy down was torn. Then as we folded it up to put away 2 of the metal pieces have broke. Literally within 48 hours. Please dont be disappointed with this. I thought spending a little extra would be beneficial. Im upset with the quality completely.

Every aspect of working with Instent was excellent. The first thing was their website. They had pricing and easy to read and find descriptions of exactly what they provided. After we decided to go with them, it was getting close to the date of our show, but they got everything done and shipped to us in time. The quality of the tent and structure was top notch and the graphics were amazingly clear. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Also, Andrew was great to work with.

If I could leave no stars I would. First they printed our tablecloths logos upside down. Then, they printed flags with a Pantone color I gave them, which came out about 10 shades lighter. They took it back to “inspect” and manipulated a pic in dark lighting next to the Pantone to show me it was correct. Why would I go through the hassle if I felt it wasn’t our band color? Yet, it was basically light blue vs. dark. You’d think after paying thousands to this company they would make it right. There are too many other better companies that would and do.UPDATE: The tablecloth was not sewn it was printed, so you might want to get facts straight before you reply. We ordered a custom 10x10 canopy for our swim team. At first I thought it was expensive, but after receiving it I know now it was well worth it. The frame is very durable yet light and the fabric is what is most impressive. It is just as durable and light but also cool to sit under unlike some other canopy material. Also, the canopy looks exactly like we designed it and weve received many compliments.

These are the best Pop-up tents I have ever used. I volunteer for the Boy Scouts and was running a recruiting event at our local rodeo in this month July of 18. We set up a BB shooting range and I had set up a safety area with ropes. I tied the ropes to the Poles of the V3 Instent and then to the fence at the edge of the rodeo grounds. A horse trailer needed to drive through our back area and tried to go under the ropes, however one of the ropes caught on the bumper of the trailer and it pulled on the rope. I had the tent staked down good with the foot bracket that comes with the tent which are also super heavy duty. The tent had a a bunch of people in it which could have been bad had the horse trailer and truck pulled over the tent but instead the rope, which was 3/8 nylon snapped. That is a huge amount of force on the tent and it withstood! It did bend the pole a little but another cool thing about these tents I found out is you dont have to buy a hole new structure like most pop-ups, you can just by individual pieces so I just ordered another leg. This is the first time I had used this tent and now am probably going to order one for my company. If these things can survive a truck pulling on them then I figure they can survive anything else.
