This lady think she own this f....ing mobile gas station.

This poor as gas station doesnt even have change for a hundred that is sad I will never put gas here again in my life and a angry big lady told me that she does not have to have change

Very rude customer service, the over weight lady that always yells at every single customer that walks in through that door leaves unsatisfied. I tried pumping gas saw my 100$ bill and didn’t even bother to check to see if she had change, it’s a gas station they are supposed to have change. Your better off going to another gas station for cheaper and better customer service.

Cashier At 3am telling me he cannot assist me as a paying customer because he’s busy I thought he’s job was to attend paying customer to maintain business running I will report to owners and hope they seeing this themselves.

You can’t use the exxon/mobil app here!! i don’t carry my debit card when i work so i use the app to pay.. but this location doesn’t accept it..

They have a better selection of beer now but they lock up when the sun goes down and the baseball field lights in back of the store make it look like daytime 24/7 It feels like Alaska lol. On the other hand..the workers are cool Ive known them for a long time

Walked in here at 9:35am on 6/6/19. I asked the cashier, a heavy set, light skinned Latina. I asked if I could get $50 on #9. She says she can’t take my $100 bill cause she has no change. A man literally walks in right after me and pays her $50 (2 $20s and 2 $5s) and walks out. I ask her, know you have change can you take my bill? She said NO because I won’t have change, that’s all I have. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! She refused to help me even after she got the $50. Omg if this is not the definition of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN WHAT IS?! Again, she TURNED ME AWAY! I still can’t believe it. And I read all the reviews, so many complaints about this woman and she’s still there. Wow! Keep scaring customers away by not listening to us!

At this gas station a fat lady works they morning shift.What whenever i put gasoline in my car and her by air,she always says that the air machine does not work,it is by law of the state of california that the gas stations have to provide free air to the customers.Im thinking about reportin these inconveniences to the state of california,the lady is a rude person.

Great place to fill up. The pumps accepts debt and credit cards and you can get rewards points if you enroll with plenti. Plenti is free to get. Is hardly fill and you can get a soft drink with the inside store.

Bad customer service 6:33am in the morning rude lady telling me she had no change and she was not going to sale anything to me White looking lady. As she explained herself to me she rolled her eyes. And she tells me in others words that she will not have any change at the Time. So even though I stood waiting so I ask about the lottery and she says that the it was off line. I see the monitor and it sed singed off. Then she say do I understand what she was saying to me really. Im not stupid or ignorant. I was only asking she didnt need to talk to me that way. I myself work in a gasoline station and I know how to talk to the customers but that clerk on the register have nothing good about customer service. Thats just disappointed to be treated the way I was today day Thursday August16,2018. Dont understand how she is working im not perfect but i will never come to this Mobil gas station ever again.

I was there to get some gas but I got a call so I was talking on the phone when all of a sudden this worker bangs on my window to move my car out of the way so I finished my call and tried turning the car on it wouldnt start so I opened the hood to see what it was thats when the worker came back and told me let me push the car I told him no thanks so I went inside to pay for the gas and he refused to sale me gas and I always go there I wont go there anymore.

Fire that heavy set cashier shes rude !! How do you put gas on the wrong gas pump and not want to give me a refund ? Shes rude and lazy she does not need to be working there fire her ! Also how do you not have change for $100 ?!

I like the fact that the gas station is near my house, but just hate it when I have to go inside and see that mean rude cashier lady sorry Mobile your loosing clients sometimes I just prefer to drive a little futher to another gas station .

Just went there and the cashier has a horrible attitude and not nice at all the other day my husband also went there and had a bad experience with her she was being rude to a older lady and my husband speak up for her and she got even worse totally lady if u dont like to offer good customer service u shouldnt be there at all 🤦🏻‍♀️

Today at 8 am the girl I work today ran me from the gas station because she was using Facebook. I used my order and he told me that if not, it seems to me that I was going to another place. When I left she closed the doors with a key so she wouldnt take video of the lousy treatment she gave me
