Brian the alignment tech knows what he is doing he corrected the alignment on my SS/1LE the Montebello Chevy dealership and 2 other firestone shops just brushed off and said was within specs (wheels on both axles were off by almost 1 degree a piece but in green). At the very minimum the tech takes pride in his work, the rest of the staff were attentive and took the time to understand my concern. Check this dude out if you have a performance vehicle.

Cheap and easy, very fast workers

Arrived at Firestone in Huntington park.For alignment on my van.When the van was done it was now making noise from somewhere in engine area.When driving. Also thry said that there would be a $50.00 charge.I ask to check my van again to see why now the van is making noise they said that some parts that where replaced where not any good.That they needed to have them replaced again.These parts that where installed by my qualified technician where new out of the box I visually seen them and old parts that where replaced. 2 days before I took Firestone the van.I had a qualified service mechanic replace my parts on my van.And Firestone said that they where bad.I took my van to my qualified mechanicAnd he showed me that someone had loosened a part my mechanic tightened the nut or bolt and now the van is fine.Horrible service :Very misleading to me the customer.Also it seems the technician there was not certified.My opinion.Will never take it back to Firestone Huntington park service station.

So on January 26 2021 my husband and i took our chevy in to get new tires.While we were there we decided to just the car maintained. But now the cars dash board is saying there is something wrong with the breaks and there is no traction and serviced is needed

I had called the day before asking for the champion fuel fighter AS tires which online says usually in stock, then called to be sure they were. I arrived at my appointment and was told neither of my 2 types I asked for were in stock but they had a 3rd type of tire they could do instead & be done in an hour. 90 minutes later I ask for an update & am told they not only hadnt started the job yet but dont even hire the tires THEY suggested in stock and were going to get it from another warehouse. About 2 hours in they realize they also do not have the engine filter either & must go back yet again to the same warehouse. Now several hours into my supposed 1 hour job they say I must also wait for the alignment machine to be ready.Then I get the paperwork after what I was both verbally told I was getting & from what I saw online. The price per tire went from $69 to $109 and the warranty I was verbally told dropped from 65k miles to only 50k miles.They also suggested I get a new battery for double the price I saw elsewhere.Beware of shady practices and inaccurate pricing, warranties, information, time lines, etc.I would not recommend this store to anyone that isnt hated.

Never buy anything here!!! Or have anything do to your car here!!!! They do not have the customer in mind. I came in in January of 2018 for tires and I left my car for a couple of hours came back paid over 700 dollars. Then came in 8 months later for my first rotation and balance on the new tires and what did they tell me to my horror!!!!!!!!! You need tires soon!! WHAT WHAT????? I just bought them in January! Its been 8 month!!! How can that be? They sold me the worst tires possible and no guarantee.

It is a rainy Sunday in L.A. and my FORD FLEX with only 4000 miles picked up a bolt in its tire. I could probably fix it myself but Firestone is just down the street. When I pulled into their covered parking area and well marked work area I was impressed. I was warmly greeted at the counter and they came out to look at it. The young man said it was gonna be about an hour and said I could wait in their spacious customer lounge....30min later they were call me by my name and my car was ready. A quick payment of $19.16 and (very fair price since they checked all my other tired too) I was out the door.

Incredibly trustworthy and make sure feel like youre part of the family. Love everyone at the shop!

A 2 hr job for tire swap + alignment elsewhere turned out to be a 4 and a half hour tire swap job (90 min job tops) with no alignment at this location here. Not the best service Ive had for an $1150~ job. Mindboggling to pay for such a premium price service to say the least.EDIT 4/2019Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was promised a 3hr/ end by day. Didn’t meet the goal once again. Was rather interested on selling us a set of tires. Claims modification were done the vehicle when car is completely stock. Starting to question real knowledge of workforce at this location. Send help Corp.

Giving it 1star because right the next day, the same issue occurred with my tires and I trusted that they had checked all tires. Had to go elsewhere to get the job done.The sales advisers were nice.

I brought my truck to get a wheel alignment for the $175 special.... As I was waiting I noticed that they provide other services so I added a AC service it was on special for $10 to get the ac system tested.... Jashua the tech that was assisting me said that my truck would be ready in a hour and a half.He prints out my invoice and my invoice said I owed them $248.98, I asked jashua that the numbers didnt add up and he stated that he forgot to input the coupon... Smh... He was quick to say Ill fix it when you pick up your truck....I left for a walk to make time and call him back with in the hour and half just for him to tell me its not even started, and there are 3 more cars waiting for the AC, Im like wait AC?..... I then asked him, out of this service what has more value, the alignment right.. why not start on that.... OMG long story short its been two hours and they havent even started like they promised 😡... Never again

The gentleman that had helped me was great, he took the time to chat with me and tell me he was there to help me and if my future needs were service he would help me every step of the way and would not make me feel he was selling me something I did not need. I have become to dislike auto mechanics for I feel they are just trying to steal my money but this gentleman looked me right in the eye and promised me that was not his goal. You know I never feel that way with any auto repair and I can tell you now that you have a customer for life as long as he lives up to his word. I like it when someone is real and honest and makes you feel like you can trust them. You dont get that kind of service these days anywhere, I think I finally found a shop I can trust and rely on!! 1st time here, applied for credit. Entered my info. When the screen asked if the info was correct, I noticed one section had an extra Zero, so I said no so that i could correct the error then submit my application. Then i was told i could not correct the error on the application and i would get a notification letter in 10 days when i was told I would get an approval in 5 min. Waste of my time and I hope credit doesnt get affected. Waste of time attempting to be a first time customer

I was disappointed because a since I made an appointment and even so they told me that my car would be in 2 to 3 hours, which case has to make an appointment? No good. This place is for one in a terrible location very difficult to locate. The people there have the worst attitude. The place is filthy the floors are dirty and they charge me $300 for 2 tires on a Chevy Malibu. Omg I will never again got to this place. You may ask why did I go in the first place. Well I had an emergency and not other place was open that late. To think I was going to take my car for service at a professional place of business when I come across all that I expressed the description above. Josh was really friendly and helpful. I came in for a wheel alignment but I also had a few mechanical questions. He was very patient with me and gave me some suggestions in car maintenance. I came in during a busy time but was still serviced fairly quickly.

Guy at front desk is cool and professionalHad an appointment and came in for freebrake inspection cause i know my ebrakes/handbrakes arent properly functioningWaited 2 hours to be told they wont checkthe ebrakes cause they have to the take thecalipers off unless i pay extra even though itssupposed to be included in the inspectionper their own website(front desk employeealso stated its included in check but thetechnician didnt want to do it). Theyperformed a courtesy check which includescabin air filter which is nice but i found outas i was driving home that the techniciandidnt properly reinstall my glove box after inspecting the air filter. I took itback to them so they can rectify the issueand the technician had a hard time owning up to his mistake. Honestly i could have done all the work myself but i thought this would have been quick and easy. It was a really big waste of time.

Was low on air and battery that needed a boost on my motorcycle - they helped me with both and got me back on the road - thank you!

Repairs in my opinion are overpriced and had to return for the same issue more than once. The only convenience is that they give you six months 0% interest on their store card for most repairs.

I came at 7 am thinking it was opened and no one was there, please fix your hours of operation as all the other tire places have reliable times.

Avoid this place. I was towed in due to a flat tire at 940 am. It took them one hour to look at the car and be told that they had ordered the replacement tire from within a town thats 15 minutes away. Two hours later I inquired what was going on only to be told again that the tire is on its way. Its an hour later for a total of more than four hours. Once again I have to inquire as to where we stand. Know Im being told that they didnt have the tire so they are ordering it from somewhere else. They should have known this three hours ago. Needlessly wasting my time.Also their waiting area is filthy and the bathroom has no supplies. Like I said avoid this place. Youll get gerked around as they waste your time.

Mr Fernandez the master tech did a excellent job on my car, I had take my car different places because they couldnt find the problem until I get here. I definitely recommend this place to friends and family

We originally went to Firestone in Cerritos on South Street, and basically got ignored while we waited to be serviced. Not even an well be right with you. Both associates were on the phone but one got off and walked to service door with paperwork he grabbed.So we took our business here and was quickly serviced. This store is like night and day for customer service compared to Cerritos.

I called at 5:53 because I had a flat tire. They close at 6:00. They kindly treated me and gave me the help I needed, compared to the bad experience of a previous fire in the forest city panorama that I arrived at. 5:15 and they told me that they were going to close and that I had to return another day or date the tire and return the next day for it. Then I did that and the next day I returned, they had the tire still unrepaired and they did not want to help me because it was almost time to close again. Fortunately in the north hollywood band they are responsible and professional

Took my car to get aligned and was there for about 5 hours and they told me around 5:00pm when they were already closing that they would not be able to align it because my car was lowered even though they told me when I first got there that they would be able to do it. Really needed my car aligned because I was going on a long trip and had to take it like that since everything else was closed by that time.

About two weeks ago I went in for a full synthetic oil change... I asked for my oil change light to be reset as well! Today, I called and Bryan (a rude employee), answered my call! I explained to him what the problem was and how my light had gone back on! I live 20 mins from the location and I told him I wanted a discount on my next oil change because they obviously didnt do their job and I had to drive back to get my light reset...he then said to me, if youre computer savvy, you could do it yourself!I thought to myself...Really?? did I just pay over 75 dollars to do this myself? worst customer service!

They told me me Continental SSR tires werent run flat tires. I told the guy I think ssr stands for run flat. He said no and that the dealership probably lied to me and he giggled like I was dumb. He told me he can sell me real run flat tires of a different brand. I told him that the Firestone in Downey showed me they had 3 tires in stock of the same brand and size here in Huntington Park as my own. The guy here said no and told me to come back tomorrow. I wont be coming back to this Firestone ever. The Firestone in Downey seemed much nicer and more helpful.

The service was terrible and the wait was too long there was nobody there but one other customer and it took over two and a half hours for a oil change and i feel was over changed for my oil change

Bad business, poor management, lazy workers never again am i taking my fleet vans to this firestone ever AGAIN . Wasted three hours of my time for them to say they needed to order parts (Brakes and Rotors) which by the way that’s what i stated when I checked my van in for service 3 hours before! I cant believe after 2pm they can’t do or perform a basic brake job they need the car over night bad business especially for fleet business vehicles ... Don’t take your car between 2-6pm there lazy and wanta go home early and they will tell you they need to order parts !

I needed an oil change and since this place is down the street i went. A few days later i noticed my car was leaking so i took it back turns out they didnt tighten the screws they re did the oil change and a few days later my oil pan fell off. This is the worst.

So yesterday I called to see if they had my tire in stock. Efrain (employee) said he did. I was like great ill be on my way, but I just had to double check the size so I asked him if it is the same size for my car. He checks and says, oh wait i dont have it, ill have it by tomorrow at 11. Ok, honest mistake no big deal ill go tomorrow. Today i get there and I meet with Efrain and he tells me that the tire was not here. The tire is not here? He gets on the phone and re-orders the tire from there wearhouse and ask if I am able to come tomorrow. Why would you tell me to come in today at 11 telling me that the tire will be here? It just didnt come. This employee needs to be damn sure that a product will be arriving if not at least give a better explanation to a customer. And i shouldnt be asked the size of my tire more than twice. Im sure Firestone has a pen and paper to note tire sizes. He checks the back and tells me that they have the same size tire but different brand. I checked the size and it is completely different. Come on, dude! Very unhappy with the service. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

I had an appointment and they did not abide to it. Kept me waiting more than 2 hours for an oil change. They are sneaky by raising your price quote on the second time that you come. Always busy with phone calls and they dont attended your needs.

They Have a great deal for regular and sindetic oil.

ASE certified, cant even do a proper gasket job. Was charged 1,000 for my car to overheat and all it needed was a bypass elbow replacement. Took it 3 times more and each time would leak coolant. Finally took it to another mechanic and got it fixed. They mustve​ wrote ASE certified on toilet paper.

Tried to charge us $5000 for a new motor because the motor had water... saved $4500 when I took my car someplace else and it was a timing belt issue... and even charged us $95 for a engine check service which never got done.. lucky we got our money back
