I am very happy with my shopping experience. Customer service is great. There was 7 customers in front of me. A cashier open a lane for me and my mother who were waiting in line.

The prices are higher for more american things I see and use. They have good deals on meats here thats why I come. Overall this store is well maintained and stocked.

No other grocery store can match the well-stocked selection of American and Asian products than this grocery shop near the city mall! They had a great selection of Asian products, which is a plus to me because I was Asian, too.

I have heard that El super is always crowded but when I went there it was crowded and everything was organized neatly and it was clean. The line was a little bet long but it moved fast. I really enjoy shopping there.

Great Selection, And Even Greater Bargains

I am disgusted and disappointed! I shop here often, but today will definitely be my last visit. DO NOT SHOP HERE BECAUSE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH! Two woman were allowed to shop around the store without a mask. Every single person inside the store was possibly exposed. I believe management needs to address covid prevention guidelines seriously.

Really upsetting..They dont put sanitizer on bottle to clean the carts.. they use water instead in the bottle for sanitizer. this place is filthy dirty, recommended to take your own sanitizer . I dont recommended this store no more ....

This store could have been better if it had more cashiers. Good, I talk to the manager to see if he can open them up. And hes told me he could not be pulled many ways and the owner does not hire more people. So this is why I give my two stars. For the way he spoke to me and treated some of the people in the store.

First time at this location. The aisles were wide and everything was easy to find. The store was well lit and clean. The produce section was well stocked and everything was fresh. Although the store was very busy, I waited less than five minutes to pay for my items. The cashier was very friendly and courteous. Overall, a very good experience.

Great little store its got a hot deli and good drink selection you need a key for the bathroom.

The fruit/vegetables. Meat section really good staff but the ham and cheese section really bad costumer service two people and only one doing her job the other kept cleaning even though there was a line.And they do not pay attention to what they are asked. Plus instead of trying to get it right they argue saying this is what you order need more training

Waited in line more than 30 mins in ham and cheese section. I couldnt do it anymore . I have to leave. 3 more customers left the store too bad service. I wouldnt even waste my time going there . El super by Alameda and Florence.

I like fresh produce not passed due vegetables or fruit covered in fruit flies. This store is great if you have unhealthy life approach to shop. All there specials revolve around junk/processed food like chips, juice, soda, candy, etc. Lastly, the meats and poultry options do not seem so fresh if they are packaged, so i recommend getting a ticket like everybody else that is waiting to get fresher looking source of protein from the meat counter.

It was smelly in the butcher shop. But I go there for the shrimp and fish, that in my opinion is way better than other markets around here.

This place all ways been 5 Stars for us but tonight was a little bit unprofessional of the cashier the way she want to push people out of the door just because its 11:pm. The security was friendly so maybe the company can change that regarding the employees in the registers because one or two mnts.extra for the customers can help us to get ahead on the week because I work all day and sometimes its the last thing I do shop for the week for my family

It was my pleasure visiting this El Super. My mom suggested that I come for the cost effective produce. I shopped the rest of the store because of all the prices. At the end, transparency was the most satisfying. Not a penny too much.

Was good but only two persons working at the meat department and tomaney customers in line.

Customer service so bad. I need help with something and was about to paid so I asked the cashier sue kindly called someone. And the person she called was an elder lady who’s job is to get some from the store or help the cashier and she denied to help or make the situation better. She didn’t want to go back to see if there was the item I was looking for she rudely said “if it’s not there it’s not there” I kindly told her I didn’t know but she still kept going on with the same thing, “if it’s not there then it’s not there” nobody wanted to help out. Bad team work.

This Super Store is Great! It has everything you can think you might need at home. Or for any occasion needed. They have full counter service deli with all your lunch meats and all the types of cheeses you can think of.. They have a butcher shop fully stocked and attended by actual butchers! They also have a Bakery where Bakers make cakes for all occasions and cater to any desired cake needed. But heres my favorite! They have a tortilleria where they are actually making their own corn tortillas from scratch every hour.. Need not be said...... THEY ARE SCRUMPTIOUS! AND IF YOUR LUCKY YOU ARRIVE WHEN THEY ARE BEING PUT OUT TO SELL WARM AND SOFT.. NOTHING BETTER THAN A FRESH MADE CORN TORTILLA... YUMMY!!!!

Crowded

Their customer service is something that should be looked over. The cashiers their look miserable and treat customer as they please. You cant purchase and get money back or ever ask for your preference of cash back because they will either get upset at you for getting money back or even ask them to get the change that you will need. It has to be their way and cant even say anything because automatically its the customers fault for not notifying them. I suggest if your going in the morning dont get cash back the cashiers will have a fit.

Besides the cashiers being rude the produce is fresh. Always have what I need and on Wednesday they have all the offers, so make sure you arrive early before it gets crowded.

Lines were way too long with very few cashiers. Had to put my aint in line and I shopped. So he was still not up front by the time I was thru. So which meant she stood in line for 25 minutes.

Just because you are a manager, doesnt mean you cant get on the register to minimize long lines...3 lines open, 50+ customers in line, manager jus standing there talking (laughing obviously personal conversation) to a cashier. Slowing down her productivity.

Theres a lot of controversy over the quality of these stores and I truly love it. They always have fresh produce at very good and low prices. I love the bakery, they have affordable and tasty cakes (recommend the tres leches and the cheesecake with fruit on top, your welcome). Their sweet bread is great and the bolillo is too, their bread is always fresh because it is purchased and never sits there. I dont like buying meat and poultry here because I feel like it is not tender and the taste is not the same(might be just me). I love to buy freshly sliced ham and cheese from the section right across, but it may be time consuming that area always has customers and is under staffed (one or two employees, seen three like twice). Cashiers are always under staffed as well so be prepared to be in line especially weekends and Wednesday night. Otherwise, pretty good store.
