Went in and Rosa was very helpful and welcoming. She helped me find all the products I needed for my issue. So far all products have helped as she said.

My trip to La Farmacia was very pleasant. I was overwhelmed with all the vitamins sold but the employee named Belen really helped me out. She was very patient with me and took her time to explain everything. She answered all my questions and went out of her way to help me with things outside of the products. I commented to her that I went to the doctors because of my anxiety attacks but their medicine was making it worse, she taught me breathing exercises and told me how I could improve my diet. I took the time to write this review because Belen truly helped me a lot.

Definitely recommend! I have been a long time client and the products work wonders as they have a variety for different types of symptoms/ diseases. All the young hard working ladies there are super amazing they greet you as you enter and are very knowledgeable about the products. I’m writing this review because the customer services in this place was horrible. I had called the doctor to get a recommendation on a condition I have and went to go pick up what she advise. I was assisted by Belen and she did not help or explain ANYTHING to me . When I asked about a product(on what it does), she kept saying “this is what the doctor recommend”. She did not explain what each product I bought does or what it’s meant for . I asked her 3 times about different products and I got the same response “this is what the doctor recommend”. I just bought the products because the doctor recommend it but if it was not for the doctor I would have not bought anything based on Belen attitude . The other young lady there was more attentive to her client and answering questions and explaining the products . I am so dissatisfied with the customer services .

My neighbor recommended the Farmacia Natural to me, so I decided to check it out, and the lady who attended me was an absolute sweetheart. I believe her name was Rosy, and I really did enjoy my experience there as well as the products they recommended me for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. Overall, I loved my experience and highly recommend this place to others, especially because the system they’re using to maintain covid safety was very well organized and secure which made me feel safe and relieved.

The lady on the radio help a lot if you know your problem or pain she has the right medicina she helped my boy when he was 5 or 6 he was diagnosed with astma but called her and tell her everything my boy medicine for at least 2 years previous had taken and spend in that time about 2 hundred bucks but it helps I switched the regular medicine to Natural and it helps no more astma no more nosebleed Im very thankful with Naida carvallo!!!

I bought la Dieta de la sopa. I lost the instructions of how to take the pills that you can buy. I called about this a couple times just to ewnsure I was doing this correctly and the other time bc I lost the instructions of how to take the pills. Both, times I got very bad energies and vibes from the ladies working there. Shame on me for being insecure and for losing the instructions but, shame on them for being so poor at what they are paid to do and that is guide people on what and how to take these products. Its been proven that many successful people have these companies and or are doctors and have these people working for them that give poor treatment and that is why people stop giving there business it really discourages you. I spoke to Kelly at the HP office and asked her about the pills she was very rude and short with her answers. I ha to keep on asking questions like if I knew what I was doing and just wanted to waste my time calling. Dont treat me like Im probably that bunch who are afraid to speak up, those poor bunch that dont have an education and dont know what there rights are.... Never treat an educated person like you probably do all the time... How do I get a hold of the Dr. Neida Carballo she must really know who is selling her/advertised product....

I would like to share the satisfaction of the products that I have used, especially the Immunotrum Smoothie. Whenever someone in my family takes care of the doctors help, I always call or go with the girls to the pharmacy since they also always visit us. They serve very well and all are very prepared. But sad because there is only one hour of radio program.

All the products that the girls at the pharmacy have suggested have helped me a lot. Especially the collagen is wonderful ... I recommend this place 100%.
