This is the first time I use a shaper because I tried to buy some before and they were very uncomfortable. However, this shaper is amazing!! Is very comfortable and works very well in the areas where I want more support. I also want to say the customer service is the best!!!

I would never order from this company ever again..on their website it was false advertisement, which they have now changed since i said something about it..CYSM states the Slimming Compression Latex Body shaper is a level Ultra 4 compression, their highest level..which is what i wanted obviously but ended up receiving a level lower than that..when i was told i would receive compensation for this order on a previous phone call to them..they switched it up and only offered to send a shipping label if i wanted to return it..

I exchanged my shape-wear because it was the wrong size, but I feel like they sent me the SAME size just a sticker on the box with the “correct size.” Couldn’t even get my thigh in. I got a 2XL!

All the girls at this location are very helpful and knowledgeable. The jeans are great and If you find the right size the fit is perfect. The sizes vary but dont hesitate to call the stores the ladies know what size you need based on their experience and your regular size jeans 😊

I cant say enough about the company and the brand. I have been using their products for a few years now. The quality speaks for it self. I started in an XL body slimmer about 3 yrs ago and I am down to a size small so YES it works!! The body slimmers are incredibly comfortable and do not smell nor show under your clothes. My mom recently had surgery so I immediately bought her a shaper to help her stomach. I placed the order on line on Monday and received my item promptly on Wednesday now thats service!!

Horrible service! I received my garment yesterday and it was used. Has tiny tears and stains. I asked for a refund and was told to ship it back to them at my own expense. I asked for a shipping label since this is by no means my fault and received no resolution other than as previously stated ship it back to us. Do not purchase anything from this gross company with crappy customer service.

I have purchased several items from CYSM, all post surgery garments. Not only do I love the garments but I love the customer service even more. They respond to emails, promptly and with courtesy. They are extremely attentive if you visit the store and when they are helping you, you are getting their full attention which is what you need when your in such a vulnerable time. I read a review from someone about if you dont speak spanish you dont matter here, that is NOT true. I dont speak spanish and Ive been treated with not but respect every time Ive been there. They also have workout clothing which I cant wait to shop for. Great brand overall.

After I had my son my mother and mother-in-law recommended that I buy a girdle to help me feel better after my c-section and it did, I have a latex allergy and was able to find one w/o latex, since then I have bought another because it has helped me loose weight
