Wow, very impressed with the overall QUALITY and service. Ive never had perfect UPS shipments until now. I shipped out my packages and I had my fingerprints done here, it was super fast and the service was great. They offer reasonable pricing and great customer service!

Honestly the best customer service at this location. The girls working here make sure your packages go out the same day. I have another drop off I can use on my way home. But they arent reliable. Nor do they know if the driver has picked up or when he will be picking up. So I drive an extra mile to come to the Huntington Park location because they know exactly when my packages will be picked up. Ive been coming to this location for 2 years now since I started my own business. Like I said. Best customer service.

These ladies are truly exceptional. They are very friendly and well spoken with all of their clients. They show a high level of professionals when working with their clients. I hired them to crate a few of my products and everything arrived in perfect conditions. Their printing services are very much so worth every single penny! Although, I noticed a bad review from another person saying they charge a lot for copies I beg to differ, their prices are competitive compared to Staples and or any other local print shop. If you need anything these ladies will do the best to accommodate you in every way possible. - I will be returning back for more services in this location! Oh and not to mention they are both abel to Notarize your documents with a high level of professionalism. Thanks so much!

Great customer service. It was my first time shipping through UPS and I was a bit worried but the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I was helped by the manager and she answered all of my questions, it was a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

I’ve called out of work two days waiting for UPS to deliver my packages. I sat in my front window, with my whole door open waiting and they are saying they have made attempts. This is the absolute the WORST customer service I have ever received!!! No accountability, none whatsoever.
