I pre-ordered my Pixel 6 pro within 2 first hours of its preorder release. I did it through best buy so I could just pick it up day of and not deal with the Google store delivery. Big mistake. Phone released Oct. 28th and here I am Nov 3rd with no phone and no clear idea of when the store will even have a phone for me. Customer service just gave me the run around when I asked for a clear answer of when to expect a phone. In store associate (not her fault) had no idea what to tell me. No one has been any help and instead of being transparent with their customers I was given annoying vague answers or told my phone was in transit to the store already. Also didnt get the notification that there would be a delay with the phone until 6pm the release day evening.
Store not stocked as well as before. . . . its to be expected. Employees were VERY attentive
Poor customer service, geek squad will lie to you, and store manager Cindy Tellstone won’t call you back if you have a problem. So good luck if something does not work. They sold me a $4000 Sony TV that was a lemon and will not take it back. Don’t buy from Best Buy or at least from this store!
Best Buy advertised some good prices on gaming Desktops. And to my surprise they actually had a few. Alot of companies claim they have gaming machines when they arent. I bought a true unlocked CPU with dedicated graphics. Was a great price with a knowledgeable salesman. Only thing is they need to restock many sections. Otherwise would of gave this store another star.
Had a problem with my Dell computer and they fixed it on the spot because I had the warranty that I bought through Best Buy I would definitely buy another computer there and I love the Tech Support
I went to Best Buy and bought an Alienware computer that wa displayed in the store for my kid. The display had a fancy light up monitor and lit up mouse that matched the computer. The representative that sold it to me specifically told me I would be receiving the keyboard and mouse with the computer. When we got home the keyboard and mouse were plain black and cheap, not what was displayed. So disappointed after spending way more than I wanted to at the store. Called back a rep at the store and my complaint went in one ear and out the other.
My son loves this place, I dont know why but it is fun to take him there.
I received outstanding service from Ritchie of the Geek Squad in Huntington yesterday. He patiently helped me restore programs and files after a laptop disk replacement, and saved me hours of work. All with a smile and “can-do” spirit. Great customer experience!

Best buy is the best store to get electronics fast. Sometimes the price is cheaper online but its always a hassle to wait for delivery.I would recommend getting a best buy rewards card. Rewards cards are the best way to maximize your value and keep track of your purchases. If I didnt have my rewards card I would not have any records of anyof my purchases.Thanks best buy!
Excellent service. They ran out of an item at one store that i had ordered online and an employee called someone at another store that did have the item and they left a register open past closing time so i was able to get it. I shop here often and have built an amazing home theater with a modest budget. They have sales all the time and open box items that work perfectly. With under $1000 I shake my neighborhood haha i definitely will continue to shop here.

Place looked like a ghost town, only about 3 customers in the store and yet no one asked if they can help me. I went in looking to purchase a Samsung Galaxy 3 watch looked for help went over to watches and still no one came. I will try one other place then possibly go to the best buy in riverhead, they usually help you right away.
The Best Buy in Walt Whitman Mall helped us when no one else did. We had an old, not smart TV and had a lot of things plugged into it including dvr, vcr, and cable, red, yellow and white plugs. When it died, we wanted a TV we could plug it all into. At the Levittown Nassau Mall, we could not even get a sales person. At PCRichards, the sales person showed us all kinds of adapters we would need. But at Walt Whitman Mall we stood by the $6000 TV and got a salesman right away. Eric said, Oh, you want a 32 TV? You can plug everything into it. And it has a built in firestick. If you use our credit card you will get 10% off. Thank you Eric. Crisis averted. Just in tme for English Premier Soccer season to start!

Andrew (Home Theater) and Richie (Geek Squad) were the best! Richie helped with my soundbar issue (it wound up having to be replaced, covered by my Geek Squad plan) and Andrew helped pick out a new one. Excellent service, much better than the average Best Buy experience.
Terrible...I had to turn around and go back in...it didnt seem like they cleaned my windshield at all...and I was paying for their most expensive service too! They took care of it tho but u had to stand there and tell them.ober and over that they missed a spot here, there everywhere. There was another customer there who said Id rather wash my car myself thats how poorly they cleaned his car.

Was looking to buy a tv and walked in around 6pm, took almost 30 minutes before I was acknowledged by a worker. The first worker I asked for help told me to go ask someone in magnolia center because he was busy. The second worker acknowledged me but was busy with another customer and said he would help me in a few but never came back. Finally an employee assisted me in purchasing a tv and was very helpful and knowledgeable and would have rated higher if not for all the time I spent in that store trying to get assistance. Once helped it was a good experience and their delivery service was great. On time and sent accurate delivery status notifications plus the driver called to tell me he was near.
This is one of the nicest Best Buy stores Ive ever been in! Theyre extremely helpful, and I was able to get in and out quickly after they help me find exactly what I was looking for.

They do not answer the phone. Terrible customer service. impossible to get help. Delivery is a joke. They told us we would receive an email the night beforehand with a 2 hour time frame. No email. It took over 30 minutes to speak with a human and was rudely told they were busy and they had no contact info for the driver. How do you not have your delivery drivers contact!?!?
I wouldve given NO stars....went for a purchase and got ignored, even though the place was relatively empty, a certain employee saw me, and simply went the other way...suffice to say, youll never see my money again. (By the way, I got what I needed from Walmart, your loss then, and henceforth
Went in to look for a laptop. Made a few choices based on what was in stock after looking on line. The salesperson was very helpful and we ended up making a purchase. Good sales people here. Store clean and covid friendly (they follow the rules).
Be careful buying appliances here. The installers they sent took one look and said it was beyond their skill level. I got someone else to install the dishwasher and it ran once, now it’s throwing error codes and won’t run. Good luck getting somebody on the phone. Just don’t buy anything from them that you may have to follow up on ever. Barren retail wasteland with zero customer service, like every other corporate box store.
Got myself 2 new 32” screens. And paid below $220 for both. Now if this is not an amazing deal I don’t know what is. If you are not in need for something like emergency, Best Buy have amazing deals. You just need to find them when coming to Best Buy.

Its Best Buy lol... Its organized, theres always someone on the floor to help you, even if you have to wait for them to finish helping someone else and if you need an electronic device theres a 99% chance they have it in store. If they dont, they can order it for you.
I went into the store when literally no one was there and was ready to buy a laser printer for cash and no 1 was to be found to assist me in deciding which 1. I am very disappointed as Best Buy is 1 of my go to stores for all my electronics. So I shall buy my printer on Amazon.

During difficult COVID era, and. with special sale event...Huntington Store was epitome of best practice protocol protection!....Than there was Joe, and his easy going nature and exceptional expertise, solving my phone issues in short time span...I was so concerned I would need to leave phone for diagnostic testing.. I couldnt ask for, or think of, a better treatment of clients. Thanks and Blessings on the heads of all who were working so hard to try and keep a sense of normality in our lives

It’s much better to order online then have it pick up because the employees there don’t know that the item is available they will tell you it’s out of stock only to find out it’s available when you order online.
All staff inside seemed to view helping a customer as an absolutely terrible thing, only the greeters spoke to me.

Dear all, this store has the worst managers ever!!! We pay $1,100 for a LG 65 Nanos 90 TV, we got the TV on 12/3 and did not get time open it till 12/12, Sat to open it and put it up. A crack in the top center. So we brought it to store. The store three managers denied it saying we damage it. The box was not damaged at all. They kept saying it and asking us to send it back to manufacturer. Please do check your TV before taking it out of the store. Hopefully, we can get the refund. I dont know what to do. God please help!!!

The worst Best Buy store ever.... i ordered my husband an ipad and they had the wrong info.. so the salesman changes it to my correct address but only the billing! meanwhile i have purchased several things from Best Buy and the correct address is stored already ! not sure what he did but the package is going to my old address. We spoke to best buy 10 minutes after we placed the order they told me there was nothing they could do until the package is delivered! we called several times they cannot help us.. ups cannot reroute package it will now be delivered to my old apartment.. good luck no one picking it up out of the lobby. If the clerk wasnt holding a conversation with his friends who were waiting for him to finish maybe he would not have screwed up my husbands gift. AND no one can help me retrieve the package until it gets rejected.. and that is an IF, since it is in an apartment building with several people walking in and out.

In store helpful and efficient.Could have just been the day, but tried to do curbside on Saturday and sat on hold for 30 minutes on the local store phone number. 2 separate calls 15 min each, gave up (the prompts said less than 3 mins both times). Didnt have mask with me and son was sleeping in car seat, otherwise wouldve went in.
Ordered an item on line. Picked it and was out of the store in less than five minutes. Great customer service.

Stay away from Assistant Store Manager named Erik. Extremely rude, a lot of sarcastic tones. When he first came up to me, he said What do you want? at the pickup section. At first, I felt really intimidated because Ive never seen a manager in Best Buy talk to you like that. I kind of shrugged it at first because it was pretty busy at the time, but when I talked to him about my order being delayed, he pretty much was like giving extreme snide tone remarks and kept blaming me for the order delays saying my payment must have been fraud, when I clearly told him that I came for pickup because online agent told me to try visiting to see if I can pick it up while it may have arrived. He kept making tones like uhh yeah? and other statements were like what do you not understand? with an attitude. Yes, I understand that the shipments do get delayed due to the holidays, but his tone was extremely unbearable and unprofessional for assistant manager as an attitude. Afterwards, he asked so are you done or not? when he refused to look further to help me to see if item was in stock or not. If it was an error on my end, he didnt even talk to me with a professional tone. He could also have asked Try checking tomorrow, instead he was like I could just cancel the order for you. What the heck? Is that how a manager behaves in this Best Buy?I always had issues with employees not coming up to help customers in this store, and when I ask someone for help, they respond back to me with we cant help you but I finally had to say something because I am extremely infuriated with how this assistant manager talked to me and handled this situation.Managers including assistant managers are representing their teams and the company. They should NOT be making customers feel uncomfortable even if the place is busy. It was really disrespectful of the way he talked to me.There were few other supervisors and lady manager that was always helpful. But I am leaving 1 star for this. Perhaps in the future if the store actually trains their assistant managers to treat their customers in a better way, Ill change my reviews.
Very quick service from entering to exit we were taken care of had to do a pick up along with a bit of shopping and I must say the attendant in the pick up area made it comfortable got my stuff and out the door great service.
Prices can be steep, but they are reasonable for the most part. Geek Squad is helpful with pc issues, just make sure you get the protection plan or else they might not help you.
I purchased a fire stick and drawing tablet for my daughters. I found both within our budget. The sales guy was very helpful.

Supervisor at customer service I believe her name is Amanda, she was a great help and super down to earth. We had an issue with an item ordered during covid and tried to return. Went through hell from may till now. Went to pick up a tv I ordered and she was able to rectify the problem. The world needs more people like her.
I bought a laptop 5 days before Covid hit and Realized it was the wrong laptop and was the student edition. I contacted them to return it but their store associates told me that there will be no returns only in store pickups. Then I find out Best buy reopened their doors and I contacted them to see if I could return it and they told me that their return policy just ended two days ago and theres nothing they can do about it. Its not my problem they shut their stores down for 3 months and then didnt give people any heads up of when they would be reopening. Its the last time I deal with Best buy

I bought a computer from here. Had an issue with it, Geek Squad would not touch it saying it’s a “custom build”, even though it was bought from them!!! And it was not a custom build, since I walked in and bought it right off their shelf. Stay away.

This best buy has transformed a lot over the years. In my opinion it has been for the better. The organization of products is better and more intuitive. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. We used to get harassed by sales associates at every turn of the aisle, but that is no longer true.Overall a great store to pickup electronics or just speak with informed staff about projects / options.

My twin brother and I came in looking to buy an iPhone 11. We had stuck with an iphone 6s for far too long and it was time for an upgrade. Once we got there, we were helped by Mobile Consultants Sarang and Robert. These guys made the experience of buying a new phone even better. They were super chill and helped us with whatever questions we had. Sarang provided the goods by helping us transfer all our iCloud data and placing screen protectors on both our iPhones, all while entertaining other customers in need. Sarang and Robert are extremely great at what they do. Keep up the excellent work guys!
