Rude reception. How disappointed I was after being referred to Frankie, the owner, for a detail job. The women that work there…the faces of this business, didn’t acknowledge me when I arrived. They seem like they hate their jobs. Without eye contact, one pointed to a dirty clipboard, telling me I have to fill out paperwork without even knowing why I was there. I told them I was referred to Frankie for a detail job, and that I didn’t need bodywork. They told me they need my insurance info and no one will speak with me unless I fill out paperwork. No eye contact. They could care less about their customers.

Never use this company. They try to hold on to your car so you have to pay extra days in storage fees. They are a bunch of crooks.
