I was a long time T-Mobile customer before switching to AT&T. On September 30 I decided to go the store just to look at the iPhone 13 pro max they had on display, little did I know the kind of welcome I would receive by Anthony who ultimately convinced me to switch and worked patiently and ensuring I had a smooth transition . He answered all my questions as annoying they may have been he never stop being professional. I highly recommend this store if you are an existing or new customer.

5 stars for Yury and the Huntington location for AT&T. He was extremely helpful in switching me from my previous carrier, and getting me set up with a new device. There were multiple customers and he addressed everyone and helped them in a timely manner. Well done Yury top notch customer service.

This is a great store. They know what there talking about. The manager Yury and his associates Danish and Giancarlo are great people. I get my phones here every year. They always give me the best deal on my bill. One of the best stores AROUND.... Will be back soon :):)

I purchased a new phone on an existing account last week and subsequently found out that there were over $200 of unauthorized changes made to my account by the store emplyee, including adding an additional line and changing the basic monthly service plan. THAT IS TERRIBLE!!! This store warrants zero stars

I was looking for a new plan and came across AT&T while searching. My experience at AT&T has been pretty good. Store is quiet, clean and has great customer service. Managers well respected when asking multiple questions as well as the same question over and over. Purchased multiple apple products for my family and I. Will be sticking with AT&T in the future. Without a doubt the best customer experience Ive had with AT&T. Jay is knowledgeable, always pleasant (despite my giving him almost daily problems), and very time efficient. I have multiple phone for the people in my company and he keeps us running smoothly as well If there were 6 stars, I give that to Jay and the store he manages.

I have been a tmobile customer for many years and switching to AT&T has been a great experience. Fast and really good service being places that I never got service with tmobile. Unlimited everything(not free of course), I totally recommend AT&T being your carrier you wont regret!

AT&T has been a very good experience for me. Store is clean, there’s really nothing bad to say about it at all. The workers are very helpful, customer service is definitely amazing.

I just discovered that this vendor put in place an insurance policy for a cheap phone costing $9.99 a month, PLUS unlimited data for a non-Smartphone costing $15 per month. All told, costing me $450 since June, 2014. AT&T will only refund three months, and my bad for not reading the bill more carefully. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR; THEY ARE CROOKS!

Employee used CC# to Steal an IPAD.If there were a way to have 10 negative Stars I would fill them in,I had to put a Star otherwise this would not POSTDO Not use this Store At this store my wife buys an IPhone charger on 7/31/2017 with the Help of an Employee named Mike. . The Next Day while we were driving he asks up about an IPAD promotion and we say no thanks. Mike unknown to us uses my wifes CC and Stole an IPAD, The store claimed they took care of it and did notThe employee and Store Manager were fired New Management has provided Lip Service. we are still paying for an IPAD that we did not sign for. Every Month we are being Charged for this SO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE or you may end up experiencing the same Fate.There are more respectable locations in the areaI will Continue to Post this regularly until Justice is served and Remunerations are paid.

Good service here, I called up and spoke to a friendly knowledgeable rep, thats counts allot! Even before i go in to a place I called if it dont feel right dont go!

The guys in this store are criminals. They added a line on an iPad that I did not buy or want to buy, and charged me for it. I ended up having to pay an activation fee, plus $10 a month with a 2 year commitment. I had just switched to them from Verizon and was setting up an AT&T account for my new phone. I had never mentioned wanting an iPad and they never mentioned anything at all about it. Not only am I forced to pay for this, I havent even received it. Calling AT&T was no help at all, and now Im stuck paying for something that I never wanted, and they never even gave it to me anyway.

New management is the best and are ready to help you. Do not go anywhere else.
