My screen cracked. Figured worth the shot to ask about a replacement. I did register the zagg protector I originally got on Amazon. I paid a good 60 bucks for that on Amazon. The rep here at the mall told me the warranty replacement was only ten dollars through zagg’s Warrenty program. He replaced my screen within seconds ( seconds I tell you! ) and it was applied almost like a robot did it. No bubbles no air pockets it’s perfectly aligned to the screen! This guy was amazing. I forget his name but it was Saturday at 1:15ish and oh man, I will go back for all my phone needs and I reccomend anyone reading this to do the same. Not because of any other reason than it being the rare retail experience of getting what you want, with a friendly smile, and in and out in 2 minutes.REGISTER YOUR SCREEN PROTECTORS this is a fantastic Warrenty program!!! Thank you awesome dude at the mall kiosk, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but you’re wonderful!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I visited this kiosk. They should be out of business at this point. Sam, if that is his real name, completely scammed my daughter and I into buying a phone case and a screen protector for $140 when on the zagg website the phone case is selling for $10!! And he had the nerve to not give me a receipt and tell me instead that it was going to be emailed to me. Apparently his printer was broken! I have not received an email regarding the receipt. Tomorrow I will be going there with my husband to raise hell. How dare that creep do this to consumers. The mall management will definitely hear about this - I’m fuming!! He’s a piece of garbage!!

I had a wonderful experience with Alvin at the mall today. He managed to replace my iPhone screen on record time. No questions asked.However, I did have rather bad experience with a bearded Indian guy the other day who refused to replace my screen protector. Just be wary of who is there. Make sure you get my boy ALVIN!

If I could give this a 0 star review I would. The man working there was incredibly rude to me and my mother. Words cannot express how rude and incompetent this man was. The place is incredibly overpriced and had the worst costumer service ever. The man was fidgeting with the back of my phone and When I asked for it it took him a while to give it back. Also, they claim there is a lifetime warranty after the initial $50 purchase, in which the customer pays $10 each time they want a replacement and they put your phone in the system to verify that you have the warranty (I was in the system and he acknowledged that). On my latest trip to the kiosk the man tried to charge me $50 when it should be $10 because of the warranty. He proceeded to lecture me and yell at me in front of everyone else at the mall and accused me of not listening properly. Then he went on to grab my phone and rip the screen protector off of my phone because I was unwilling to get scammed. Then after I asked for a refund he had to go on a call to ask if he should even give me my money back. He then went on to refuse to cancel the payment and could not give me the money back through my card. and instead insisted on giving us cash when I paid with my card and asked for the money back on there. Also after we asked where we could complain about the customer service and he was unwilling to tell us his full name or his managers name. All he would tell us was the company he worked for which we already knew because it is literally on the kiosk. Overall, I would advise everyone who is considering buying from here to never come to this place. First, it is overpriced anyway. They try to get you sucked in when they tell you that after the initial $50 payment it is only a $10 charge to get a new one when in reality you can get the same thing on amazon for $2. Secondly, this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and while looking at other reviews and talking with some of my friends that go to the same place its not just me. He was rude to my mother and myself. This place needs some accountability due to their disgusting customer service. You have lost my business and I know of many others that will also withhold their business from this terrible establishment. Also, if anyone that works there is reading this it was a man named Sam (at least thats what he told us his name was) who treated us so terribly.

Sam was excellent…I was in and out in 5 minutes to repair my cracked Zagg screen. Customer in front of me was a nightmare and Sam handled it very professionally.

ZAGG is always awesome with putting in screen protectors I recommend very highly & one worker named Sam is a very nice guy.

So I went to Zagg yesterday to get my daughter’s iPad screen replaced. It was working and had no problems. After Sam worked on it, it had touch screen problems, going on and off randomly. The iPad was working before the glass replacement and the first lie I am told is that this is an IOS problem. Sam tells me this over and over and I say that this was not happening until he changed the screen. Then he works on it again and calls me to say everything is ok now. Sam says he forgot to wipe some glue from the inside which is sticking the power button down. I go to the store with my daughter and it’s not ok. The FaceTime goes on and off and the screen keeps needing the password because it keeps going into sleep mode. Lie number 2 is oh it works only vertically, not horizontally. And I am supposed to be ok with this??? Oh, so he says this is easy to fix but he doesn’t have the right tool to fix it??? Now he tells me to go to Roosevelt Field for the tech who has the tool. At that point I ask him for my money back. I got back $130 but I already paid $50 for a new screen and now charges me $32 in service fees when he basically broke the inside of the iPad. I will be getting my money back if I have to go to Simon the owner of the mall to do it. I just bought a new iPad for my daughter at Best Buy. Back to civilization!!!

Crooks. A watch screen protector is free online and $7 shipping. Should be free if I do it in person. Went there willing to upgrade for $15 and they charge me $30 because they installed it without me asking, then I look and there’s hair and dust under it anyways. How does that cost $30 if a new screen is the same price and I have warranty anyways??

The guy working there is a crook. Overcharge and phone has nothing but bubbles. Wont be surprised if it comes off tonight. Corners already lifting .. Go somewhere else and get something else

Never ever a buy screen protector from this zagg’s store in Walt Whitman mall. It is opposite to the Apples store. They sell very cheap quality plastic cell phone protecters and they say they are the best protective glass. They charge $55, which is a very, very high cost, they get for $2 in lot from Amazon and say life time warranty and, When I went for a replacement, the guy at the shop was very rude, and not taking the response for what he sold. Very rude, pls avoid and not going to this shop is the best help you could do yourself.

5 days ago another customer Jerwin posted a review about this place & today I had exactly the same experience. The only difference was I triggered him to be more rude to me. He specifically has asked me to insert the credit card, but instead I saw touchless card payment sign & I tried that. He got really mad because I didn’t follow his directions. I was trying to do my replacement under warranty on Zagg.com & it gave me option of this place so came here. I didn’t even know that I would find this place on google. But I think just because he is representing Zagg he is “visible”. He is giving a bad name to the brand. I am really surprised, in a sophisticated place like Walt Whitman Mall a person like him is surviving even after such kind of behavior.

Bought this $50 glass screen protector for my iPhone with a lifetime warranty. Of course that doesnt cover the $10 installation fee each time it needs to be replaced. Right out of the box the screen protector was great, and lasted a long time. However, it got scratchy over 6 moths in. I went to get it replaced and it looked like brand new,but it broke again in a week! So I go back and get it replaced. Broken again in another week! Whats the point of spending $50 on a protector that needs to get replaced every week. Extremely unhappy! and the customer service was unhelpful

The top location to get your smart phone protected. I will absolutely not go anywhere else besides this Location because of the lady who works here. She’s always there and helping people out. Love the installation and their customer service. Also, Ive dropped my device million times and my screen has never broken. All thanks to Zagg and their excellent products along with their amazing staff.

I drive an extra 25 minutes to come to this zagg because of the horrible experience I had at roosevelt field zagg. The staff at this zagg are phenomenal but the girl, Megha, is the best one by far. She does the best bubble free installation compared to anyone else. I live closer to the roosevelt field mall but I have been treated very badly at that zagg and I recieved terrible service for the price we are paying! So I went online but I was having trouble installing my protector so I came here and since then this is the only place I will bring my phone. If you want the most professional and perfect service megha is the one!!!

Megha handled my problem with my phone so fast and efficiently I was in and out of there in no time which was a blessing with my busy schedule. I will always come to this location even though I have plenty of other options where I live and work.

I have been going to this zagg for about 3-4 years and I haven’t had a single complaint. The girl, Megha, does the best job and she is an expert at it. I foolishly broke my phone without a screen protector and she fixed it up and put everything I needed on in matter of minutes. Very reliable and definitely recommend

As other reviewers mention the cost of replacing the screen is cheaper than Apple for sure . The wait time is a lot less as well however its not worth the headache. I had my screen replaced only to find out that once it was done it was darker and the Multi touch sensors on the screen did not recognize my finger causing lag. I returned to zagg kiosk explaining what was going on. The salesman not only didnt care to hear my story but refused to see the problem when I showed him my phone. Never again save your money and time

The quality of the screen replacement on an iPhone 6 Plus was not good at all. The screen was replaced and a top of the line glass shield was put on (from another retailer because the Zagg kiosk prices were way inflated and don’t make any sense and do not honor their own parent company online lower price- who does business like that???). Also a fairly protective phone case was also put on. A month later the phone dropped and he screen cracked. Also even before that the touch screen was acting strange. As you took a call the touch screen would randomly place calls or digits.didnt bother contacting the kiosk. What will they do? Offer to do it again for same price?
