Great place for women. Mens clothes seemed extremely feminine. Strong pass for me

Not my kinda store but it was well kept And clean. I feel like this location isn’t as big as the others I’ve been to

Located inside the Walt Whitman Shopping Center right off of Route 110 servicing Melville and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. No public Restroom. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.

The store is extremely dirty! piles of dust and dirt and fingerprints everywhere. for the prices they charge they should have somebody cleaning the store, even the check out counter had piles of dust.look up at the ducting and black water sprinkler pipes, 2-3” of dust.

This place is bad for my bank account. Once u step in u just cant stop shopping. Amazing deals, great staff, quality products and a great diversity of products

Very nice store (clean and smelled nice), very nice staff, and the displays are creative. The prices are a bit high but they had some good deals.

Urban was cool once upon a time. Now its all old memes and stolen ideas. But hey, you can Shazam the music and its all pretty cool.

For a pricey store on the mall, you would think their customer service aka sales associates would be viable and helpful. They have a second floor accessed only by stairs from what I could see (there wasnt anyone around to ask if there was an elevator) so if you have any issues walking up and down stairs like I do, its a definite negative or if you have little ones in a stroller good luck

DISGUSTED. Have been in many urban outfitters and this one in particular didn’t have many larges. Very disappointed that this store does not accommodate all body types.

The counter girls talk to much and ring people up slower then turtles. If thaTs the speed they work at they need 3 more register people.

Ive never felt so strange in a store before until I went to this Urban Outfitters. Not a single person working showed an ounce of interest in their job or assisting me in a friendly manner. I was almost being ignored. Some girl who was working didnt even realize I was standing in front of her and needed a fitting room because she was too busy texting. I thought I was speaking another language. Its not that hard to make people want to come back to your store.

Regarding the Kent State Sweatshirt: this thing sucks so bad I cannot begin to fathom what idiot thought it up and actually had the balls to market it. not shopping there ever.

Love their clothing but the service is slow.

Apparently my credit card works everywhere else except here and after being embarrassed by the staff I get to go back to have them remove the tag that he failed to take off. I couldnt shake the feeling that the employee did not think that We should be shopping here. Epic fail!!👎

I came to this place before and never again would I go to a store where I was beyond ignored and nothing was in my size, its not my type of store Id rather go to a thrift store to be honest and their employees do everything but work their job and please customers....
