I was at this location Harbor Freight earlier today. A gentleman by the name Carlos helped me. He knew where all the products were and had great knowledge of them as well. He even assisted me with carrying items as I have a bad back and both my hands were full. Now that is great customer service. I would like to give credit when credit is due. The other associate Pablo was also very professional as well. He worked the cash register. Overall a great shopping experience at the Huntington store. 10/10

Harbor freight tools is a very nice store ! Bright lightening inside, helpful people if you cant find something . It has almost everything you need for the do it your self person . The one I went to is in Huntington . On Jericho turnpike .

I like this tool store. The price of the products are nearly 1/2 of home deposit products and its grade is compatible.

The check out person named Chase deserves to be promoted or given a bonus for being one of the most pleasant people anyone has ever met. Please dont get me wrong the rest of the staff are great! Ive never had an unpleasant experience in this particular location.

Chase is a wonderful employee! Incredibly polite and nice, I have spinal problems and wanted to get a miter saw. So accommodating. Grabbed the sAw and the blade I needed, rung me up, and brought it out to my car all in one go. So grateful for his hire.

Pretty good store

This Harbor Freight is very organized and has most items in stock. The service and options are usually superior to that of some other Harbor Freight stores on Long Island. Although there was a pandemic, items that were out of stock one week quickly returned to shelves. The cleanliness of the store is also noted.

Located on Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station. Lots of parking but you have to enter the store from the back so you might as well park back there. Good prices. Wide aisles. Clean. Well lit. If youre a tool geek, this is the place for you. Im giving only 4⭐s because the only employee in the store was the man behind the register. I couldnt find anybody out on the floor. That said, staff has always been helpful.

Was quite happy with what the store had on specials but noticed that many of the locations lack some of the items mentioned online. Was told that many of the items listed online do not exist at the stores as part of their inventory.

I had a great experience there. Everyone is so pleasant. I always get my tools from there. I only go to the huntington Sta, NY location. The great thing is you can always get or find someone to help you.

Wide selection of tools at very competitive prices. Some items not even found elsewhere. They also offer different level of quality from inexpensive entry-level to Professional with appropriate pricing. HFT offers special discounts and sales often and has coupons for even more savings. Staff here is helpful and friendly. I typically visit this store almost every weekend. A real favorite of mine.

Shout out to Eric at the Huntington Harbor Freight. He took my phone call and searched and found LED shop lights for me that I could not find earlier that day. He held them for me until I returned later that day. He even apologized to me for keeping me on hold while he did all the legwork. Thank you Eric and thank you Harbor Freight for hiring someone who takes customer service seriously.

Fun place

Harbor freight is a great place to find hard to find tools at excellent prices. Although they may not be the brands some are use to they still carry the same warranties. This staff at this particular location is very knowledgeable and huge help. Every question is answered and if said staff does not know the answer they find someone who does. Clean store as well

Lately at harbor freight huntington the have a couple kids that they don’t care about costumers the other day I was trying to buy a power washer a power tools basically I was planning to spend $300 and those kids didn’t care about me today I was trying again to buy something and one of the kids told me you have one minute left just at the entrance when we’re almost 10 minutes left we are trying to support our economic not depending from others countries but like that is difficult other than that I’m loyal to harbor freight

Easy to see right off of the West Jericho Turnpike servicing Huntington Station and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

Great service at this location. Called Hempstead and they were unwilling to check inventory of other locations. Called Massapequa and they didnt have the item in stock but directed me to this location. When I got to the Huntington store, the sales associate Chase, already had the item I was looking for at the register for me. Friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, polite, everything you would want in a sales associate. Sometimes you forget what good customer service is until you receive it. I hope everyone has a similar experience with Harbor Freight. The experience reminded me of your local hardware store or when Home Depot first opened up which of course has taken a turn for the worse over the years.

Someday....... I hope to buy my generator there...... If they ever have them in stock..... I find awfully difficult to buy a product, if that product doesnt exist in any of there stores. Going on four weeks, and not a generator in any store. Week five, and still no generators on Long Island.... Went to New Jersey, they had plenty. As if lately, Im not liking the whole attitude of Harbor Freight in general, if this kind of Crap happens once more, it will be the last. Ill gladly pay more for a quality, in stock product.

You can do very, very well at Harbor Freight, as long as you dont expect top-line stuff for such a low price. I am almost always quite pleased - and occasionally thrilled - with the stuff I bought there. The coupons in the ads and mailings are worth waiting for.
