I haven’t gotten an electrician to install the fan yet, so this review is for the excellent customer service I received from Michael and his staff. I’m in Texas and I came across this business in NY because they and they alone, had the ceiling fan I was looking for in stock. It was shipped quickly and I can’t wait to get it installed in the next few weeks. Thank you for getting me what I wanted in such a timely manner and for your extreme helpfulness!

Could not have been more pleased with my experience at Lighting Gallery! This place has been there for years and i finally started some home projects we’ve been putting off. Started with a new foyer light, and that’s lead to Kitchen lighting and next up outdoor!The staff was phenomenal, offering lots of options both in the showroom and via their web site. Walked into the Lighting Gallery and was immediately greeted and felt so welcome. I was never pushed in any which way, but they pointed me in the right directions and helped marry different lights between rooms. They were extremely safe (given the pandemic) and had masks, hand sanitizers and guards up to keep personal space. Really happy to have met Romina and Linda today and will be a repeat customer.

I have been here a few times and have had wonderful experiences each time. Romina is incredible, she is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I first came in looking for a chandelier and Romina went above and beyond. In the store, she showed me different options, and then found books of different brands for me to look through, tagging ones that she thought I would like. After leaving, she emailed me additional suggestions based on what I was looking for. She ended up finding the perfect piece for me and I couldnt be happier. In addition to chandeliers, they have all other types of lighting fixtures. My most recent trip today was to find outdoor lighting piers. I had no idea what type or kind I was looking for and I walked out of the store with my order placed. The selection was incredible and again, Romina helped me choose one based off of my outdoor setting and decor. I will never go to another lighting store!

I have so many good things to say about Lighting Gallery and sales person Linda Walch. I went there with only the vaguest idea of what I wanted but I knew I could not spend a lot of money. The showroom is beautiful, much larger than it seems from outside and I was a little intimidated when I walked in - it looked so high-end.Linda quickly zeroed in on what would be good choices for me in my price range. She patiently went through scads of books and computer images with me until we came up with several great choices. She sent me home with printouts and told me to let her know if there were any others I liked on any website. We came up with beautiful, reasonable sconces, perfect for our small house.I never could have waded through so many lproducts without her and I would have never come up with such great choices. Linda is always patient and extremely knowledgeable and very very pleasant to work with.Right now she is helping me with ceiling fixtures. I will never use a different store or salesperson to buy lighting for my home. She is the best!

Not only does The Lighting Gallery have any style light you could possibly want, they also have the best customer service. I purchased all new lighting for my new house and Michael helped me with picking out each fixture. He also helped with me converting all of my existing lighting in my house to LED bulbs. Three months after I purchased the fixture in my kitchen, Michael called to tell me he was able to get LED replacement bulbs . He refused to charge me for these bulbs. I recommend The Lighting Gallery to everyone.

My mother purchased all new lighting for her new Condo ... when they called to say the order was in they stated everything would be labeled . When bringing the lights to the new condo nothing was labeled and the light bulbs that were purchased were not with the order. When calling the store they said were all ready and just to pick them up. I came in today and the woman at the desk said she was helping a customer and I would have to wait ten minutes . My mother was a customer as well that did not get her full order . Then they stated that these young boys would get them but they had no idea what bulbs then this older man said he would get them I am still waiting and he is asking the boys what they want to eat . Then the man is throwing the bulbs in the box . Terrible service ...

I was so glad when we found this store. Terrific selection of lighting, not the same old crap at the home improvement stores. Theres another lighting store down Jericho that I went to and they didnt even acknowledge I was there looking to possibly purchase. Michael is helping us with a significant project—and has helped many times before. he is extremely knowledgable about both the creative and the technical. he has helped with mundane things, like choosing the right light bulbs to make the offices more productive and cozy, and can also offer aesthetic advice, like how a fixture will refract light onto a wall to create a mood. the showroom is the perfect size too: large enough to have everything, but not overwhelming. highly recommended!

I would give this store zero stores if possibly. No focus on customer service. Walked into store, it was relatively empty. Walked around for 15 minutes waiting for some assistance. I saw one sales person on phone and another wandering around who disappeared when I went to ask for assistance. I left. Would definitely not recommend.

Beautiful showroom with many options to choose from. Anything from less expensive (Feiss, Elegant Lighting, George Kovacs) mid range (Eurofase, LBL) to top of the line lighting (Fine Art Lamps, Hubbardton Forge). Their customer service is second to none, and offers me a coffee every time I visit. I would highly recommend this lighting showroom to anyone that is looking for a lighting designer/specifier that is creative and knowledgable about the product they carry.

Ordered pendant lights, paid in full, it’s been 2 months, still no word if they will ever come in. Staff response is that it’s the manufacturers fault and I have no recourse. Never again.
