I was so blown away by the amazing customer service at this Casper location! I was looking for pillows and wasn’t sure of what I wanted and one of the representatives was so nice, helpful and patient with me. I wish I knew his name but thank you so much!

Very nice sales people, and they had our bed in stock!

I dont remember their names but they were both awesome guys who helped us choose the Wave Hybrid. They even allowed us to price match twice after ordering thanks to black Friday deals. Its been just a few days sleeping on it and its the best sleep Ive had in a long time. For me I think its the hip support they add. My lower back pain is completely gone. My shoulder pain from sleeping on my side is gone too.

Modern store for mattresses and pillows

The customer service at this location is wonderful!!! They carry great products with better affordable price compared to others in the same mall. Bobby was amazing and very insightful. Definitely recommend this place

First time in a Casper store. Was pleasantly surprised. I am used to getting pressure put on you to buy mattress and there was absolutely none. The rep was extremely helpful and explained everything. No rushing you through the store. Mattresses were more expensive than what I thought they were.

I was looking for a new mattress when I came upon Casper at the Walt 2Whitman Shops and couldn’t have been happier the sales people were so helpful and amazing they helped me pick out my new mattress and even delivered it to me the next day helped set it up and made sure I was happy! The 90 day trial use was also a huge help but it’s been 6 mo the now and I’ve been sleeping better than I ever have! After reading many reviews especially on BBB we made a decision to try out Casper Mattress located at Walt Whitman Mall (Huntington NY). The staff (especially Dan) were very friendly and knowledgeable about their product and other mattresses in market. I never felt pressured to buy or make a decision without doing all of our research. After trying mattress and read BBB reviews we decided to get the king size Casper Wave with mattress cover and 2 king size pillows. It has been 3 nights and I can confidently say this is the best mattress I have ever had. I have back and neck pains from an accident from over 20 yrs ago and I have never slept better. I highly recommend this product and the staff at Walt Whitman Mall.
