It was easy to set up the account online. I needed a temporary space to store a bunch of tools between work vehicles. Everything turned out great. Nothing was missing and the temperature the building made me feel confident that all the rechargeable batteries for the tools wouldnt be damaged in any way.The staff is friendly and is easy to work with. just be certain you read the instructions when you rent the unit or give the team a call so you have a better understanding for how the pricing works. If youre going in expecting to get the one month free make sure youre doing the right thing to qualify for it.

This is probably one of the better storage places I’ve ever used. The place is always very clean. The wonderful woman that works there Debra is very knowledgeable And helpful. If you’re looking for a great place for storage in the Huntington area this is the place to go.

Via telephone I was quoted one price for a vehicle storage,but once in the store the price doubles,even by providing an audio recording of the phone transaction and the amount quoted Extras pace Storage wouldnt honor their own quote.Not a good business practice.

Had a great easy experience with finding my unit, signing up and having the account setup over the phone. Their website also provides neat examples and animations on how much space an actual unit has, as well as what you can expect to fit into each one.

Working with extra space was amazing, the office I work at recently changed buildings and when we needed to close out our unit here they made the process as easy as it could be. We had access to a truck loading bay and moving tools to help empty the unit and we had no hassle getting all of the paperwork in order, we were even able to close out over the phone! I highly recommend to anyone looking for extra storage.

James was great when we went to rent a storage unit! He really took his time to show us around and make sure that we were getting the best size unit for our needs at a really great price.

Great staff prompt service everything went smooth

After more than 10 years of storing my stuff there satisfactorily with more than $70,000 paid....this storage space changed hands, did not inform me, did not continue my automatic monthly payment and declared me in arrears in payment by 2 months and locked my storage unit during the one time I needed emergency and consequential access to my stuff. They could not offer emergency access when I needed it...which had costly and devastating consequence for me. I paid my back storage fee and I am removing my stuff and can not recommend anyone to this new company as their policies are not satisfactory and they did not consider me as an individual and valued long term customer. Foolish new administrators. I would not trust them.

This, from Marly Manning:An EXCELLENT rating is ruined by the required use of a proprietary cylindrical lock on the 3 x 3 units - ANYONE with a master key for those cylindrical locks has free and easy access to your units contents. That is an unacceptable risk.If your lock has been compromised by a master key you have no options to change your locks except to move to another storage facility.Were surprised your company wants to take the marketing risk for this proprietary lock requirement because all of the other storage companies weve ever dealt with allow their customers to change their locks at will.Proprietary locks scream master keys and your company has no control over who has those master keys or how they will be used. I was the first customer coming in. Last customer to be helped. Dont understand the attitude when I spoke up. Sat on the chair while the lady had a long conversation that lasted about 15 minutes. She was speaking with another customer on the phone. She claimed it was another customer. Customer or not it was ridiculous to sit there.
