Excellent staff and they don’t cheap out on receiptsThey always give you receipts of drop of or Amazon returns . I have seen other UPS store don’t give receipts.They tape your package if in case you don’t get chance to pack .So far they have always parking available since they don’t keep their customer make wait so cars come and go .

Stop by to drop off a package to return to Amazon and was in and out the door and under 30 seconds along with my receipt pretty much.

I came here for passport photos and notarized copies. The staff was very professional and nice. I was done in under 15 minutes.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to ship a return at this location and they tried charging me $110 dollars to ship a pair of shoes! Another UPS store offered the same service for only $20 dollars. Watch out for price gouging. They asked me how much the pair of shoes were, which was none of their business and then cut that price in half to get to the $110 for shipping. Another worker proceeded to interject trying to justify the price. I immediately walked out and will never return to this location.

Phoned from Utah asking for this store to pick up my online auction purchases. They fetched and shipped it for a reasonable quoted price. Packing was exceptional. It was nice to relax and have the job handled professionally!

The staff here is extremely helpful. Jason, the manager has a great team. They always go an extra yard to help out shipping and packaging with a smile on their face no matter how busy they are.Would really recommend this store over others. Try them, you wont be disappointed.

I have been in this store a few times in the last week or two. Consistent excellent service. Today Jason helped me and he was great. Helpful, informative and gave me confidence that my package would get wrapped properly and get to the person safely. Thank you Jason for great customer service.

I made a mistake when shipping out an order for my job. I was in a slight panic cause the machinery I was sending out was expensive but Joe and Jason saved the day. Helped rectify the situation so quick and gave me an update on my package. Awesome work thanks guys!

I did not receive a notice for my package today as the website states.I receive packages on my front patioultie times a week, and have never had an issue with a secure location. I own a private home on a quiet street with a front patio which has been perfectly secure for leaving packages up til now. In fact, there was a package left from a different delivery company today. Not to mention there was someone home all day!

I am only giving two stars because the guys were friendly. On Friday 10/18/19 I went there to send a overnight letter critical to be on time. I paid almost $50 for Saturday 12noon delivery to a Long Island zip code. It wasn’t delivered and was not trackable !! I went to the UPS store and was told “error in scanning” slipped thru the cracks and the driver missed the scan.Only to find out when one of the parttime clerks who both were very apologetic; went thru the basket for next day air and found my clearly marked Saturday deliver NDA envelop still in the store. Not even given to the driver for delivery ! No refund available because no manager was available. I personally will deliver the letter and drive the two hours to drop it myself. NEVER AGAIN UPS OR MAIL BOXES ETC
