Ive known Frank for about 5-years, knew what the Boss Auto Group was all about but didnt quite understand until my wife and I picked up our new vehicles through him this past week. I will never go to a car dealership again; unless its for service. My wife wanted out of her 2011 Kia Optima and since we lease her vehicles and she doesnt really care what she drives, I figured Id call Frank. Within a matter of days, she was out of her lease and in a brand new 2014 fully-loaded Kia Sorento for not much more than we were paying for her stripped-down Optima. We picked up the vehicle from Franks office and the process was 1-2-3. That went so smooth, I told Frank I wanted out of my 2012 Challenger SRT-8 and into a Mercedes. I didnt actually think it was going to happen, but I figured Id take a shot. I was afraid Id lose too much money on the Challenger. Within less than 2-days, I was out of my Challenger and driving a fully-loaded 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 4MATIC. Best of all, I was out of the Challenger free and clear and I didnt have to lift a finger to sell the vehicle. All of this in less than a working week. Frank also tolerated an endless amount of phone calls from me. I never waited on-hold or got bounced around. When I called, he was there and if he wasnt, my call was returned in a matter of minutes. This entire process was so easy and straightforward, Im looking forward to calling Frank when were ready for new vehicles. I cant thank you enough. For the first time ever, my wife actually loves what she drives. We both absolutely love our new vehicles and genuinely enjoyed the car buying process through the Boss Auto Group.
