We went to get 1 mattress yesterday and ended up getting 3. Our sales Lady was so nice and helpful. She showed us a few, different price ranges and did not push anything. The sales were so good we bought 2 for our children too. We were able to take the 2 home and the other will be delivered in a few days. I would recommend this store to everyone.

I recently purchased a Stearns & Foster Estate collection from mattress firm. Nothing beats trying a bed and seeing it in person before you buy! I am so glad I was able to have a real conversation and get educated on the right bed for me in person. I love this bed! It’s the best sleep I’ve had in 5 years. The manager at East Northport store was amazing and so helpful. Delivery was flawless and the set up was fast. I can’t thank you enough for making the experience easy and getting me Into the correct bed type for me. Quality, and Service. I will be back again for the other rooms in my house. I got the adjustable platform too! Wow that’s a real positive game changer. Love it!

Elisa made purchasing my new mattress, etc. extremely straightforward and as affordable as possible.

Although I ended up purchasing my mattress from Mattress Firm, I got a quote on March 28, 21 but couldn’t get financing. I went back with my brother who was also purchasing a mattress for his toddler child which would last him his childhood at a different location. When it was my turn (Again I was at a different location from the quote) and within 3 weeks of getting it, they wouldn’t match the quote because I didn’t have the paper and he said the computer lost it. I left without the mattress. I went to another location closer to my home with the quote and as I made sure I picked the proper mattress for me ( I have a broken back with hardware and multiple herniated disks on both sides of the hardware) so it was really important to me. I picked the more expensive one that I Had initially gotten the quote for. I thought about it overnight as I tried 3 new ones (1 was $600 cheaper) and I’m on disability so I don’t have many funds left over). I go back the next afternoon and try all 4 beds again and I chose the more expensive that I had the quote for. The night before he said he would grant the quote if I opted for the more expensive bed. I only needed a mattress I had the matching box spring from the 1st mattress purchase from Sleepys years earlier when I had 1st broke my back. I go to the sales reps desk to finalize everything (my brother was putting it on his credit card so I could finance it through him), and now the sales rep Won’t grant the quote saying he can’t change it in his system. I thanked him and started walking out and he chased after me saying that “wait wait wait what do you want?”. I walked out, I went to the original location in a further town and the sales rep granted my quote and I told her I had a $50 coupon and she took an additional $49 off. I have a broken back but had to travel to 3 locations and 4 attempts to get a better bed (mine is just worn, I bought the same quality and brand). Even though I got a quote, they gave me the run around. Please note though that the rep at Dix Hills was the Only One who did Right by Me!! Huntington and Melville would NOT except the quote that Dix Hills gave me. I paid $1600 for just a mattress. The quote gave me $200 off and the mattress was $100 cheaper in March these other 2 gentleMEN, would Not accept my printed quote!! I’m happy I went back to the FEMALE rep who will now get Her commission on a $1600 purchase!! Smart Woman, the gentleMen refused to match a $100 decrease after MF increased the price $100 in April..Idiots. FYI I am a Woman they tried to take advantage of!!!

I had a great experience.We have also worked with Sheena at this location as well. Sheena went above and beyond to ensure my fiancé and I had the proper mattress. We both suffer from lower back pain and we were not sure what mattress to settle on. Even when we had to exchange our mattress Sheena went the extra mile to accommodate us. I was very satisfied by the customer service we were shown as well as Sheena getting to know us on a personal level.

Mike was very knowledgeable in searching for a mattress. He gauged how we laid down and then helped us find a comfortable, supportive, and affordable bed. Id happily recommend this individual and store to anybody in the area.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Mattress Firm yesterday. I reached out via the chat option on their website. A gentleman named Ralph texted me promptly and we began our conversation. My 2 year old is transitioning into a bed and Ralph helped me get the box spring that I needed. He also looked up to see if I was a repeat customer and provided me with a discount. Throughout the whole process, Ralph was professional, courteous, and attentive to the needs of my family. I have a delivery date already set up and received a confirmation email immediately. I would recommend him and Mattress Firm for any of your bedding needs!

The gentlemen that came to deliver our mattress were curious and clean!! They wrapped their feet in soft shoe covers to walk throughout the house. They moved the old mattress out and the new one in within 10-15 minutes!! Excellent!:)

Elisa is a wonderful sales person. Ive had a very good experience shopping here, even when I needed to exchange a bed for another. So far they seem a big Improvement over the chain of bed sellers that they took over called Sleepys. I highly recommend this store and Elisa.

My 7 year old mattress was killing my back. It wasn’t depressed enough to get a replacement from the manufacturer but I couldn’t sleep on it any longer. I bought it from this store when they were Sleepys. I called and spoke with Alisa who told me to come in and she would take care of me. I told her what my other mattress was and immediately, she understood the feel that we liked. She was absolutely amazing to quickly help us find another mattress that was in our budget. She offered to discount it due to the problem we were having and really went above and beyond to be so kind and helpful. I went in at 10:30 in the morning and left by 11 o’clock with the decision on a new mattress. They delivered it at 4:30 pm that same afternoon and I woke up this morning with no back pain. Thank you!!

Bill was excellent to work with! I would highly recommend speaking with him, if you are interested in purchasing a new mattress. He knows all of the products very well, and - best of all - he is never pushy and is more interested in making the customer happy than making a sale. Great store and great customer service.

It was an overall great experience. Sales Associate/Dario Altamirano went above and beyond his call of duty. His patience and knowledge exceeded most SAs that Ive come across. He demonstrated awesome customer service abilities, he was very friendly, good humored and he paid attention to our needs. Mattress Firm is budget friendly with excellent mattresses unlike other stores that try to sell junk at high prices. I definitely recommend this store.

We originally went to another location in Levittown but found the sales reps to be aggressive and borderline insulting. When we arrived at Dix Hills, store manager Mike S. and sales rep Steve were immediately helpful and responsive to our wants and the reality of our budget. No tacky sales tactics- just a genuine desire to help us find what we wanted without pressure to purchase beyond our means.

I had gone to the other Mattress Firm by the Walt Whitman mall. The man was rude and awful. I was hesitant to go back to another one but the store manager Bill was very friendly at the dix hills location . He let me take my time and explained stuff but was not overbearing at all. It was a great experience I defiantly recommend going to this store!
