Absolutely stunning, delicious, incredible wedding favors! My husband proposed with a box of chocolate from Bon Bons, so when it came time for our wedding, we absolutely knew that we wanted the same for our favors. The boxes were absolutely beautiful and the packaging was to die for – just gorgeous! We had milk chocolate and dark chocolate salted caramels and my guests were all telling me for days after how delicious the favors were! Bon Bons were so easy to work with and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I love there selection and chocolates but I have to say the staff can be so rude. If I ask a question or ask for an item to be wrapped I am given a huff and puff or a look that I’m putting them out or something. Ive been there many time and see the same few unhappy faces in the front of the store. I would think they would be a bit kinder to the customers especially ones that are frequent flyers. Just a suggestion... put people that actually want to be there working the front since they are the lasting impression left in the consumer.

I didnt buy anything from the shelves..only what was behind their display cases. It was all great!Service was friendly.

This place is a wonderland of chocolate! They make such beautiful pieces ranging from lollipops to 3 foot Santas. Its almost like a work of art. Impeccable.Also sold at the shop are some unique gift items ranging from jams and housewares to socks and small toys.

I used to live on Long Island a few years ago and I was a consistent customer of Bon Bons for years! Their chocolate is truly DECADENT!I had to go back to Ny recently and that was my first stop, I bought all my favorite chocolates to take back home to Florida. I searched high and low and there isnt a chocolate store anywhere in Florida like Bon Bons!YOUR CHOCOLATE IS AMAZING !!!I WISH YOU DELIVERED TO FLORIDA!

The customer service is abysmal. Dont expect to get any kind of greeting or acknowledgement and if you ask for a box for half a pound of chocolate youll likely get the dirtest look from anyone working in a chocolate shop.This place wouldve received regular business from me since I come to Huntington often, but its their loss. I dont think this store will be in operating in the future since the workers already act as though theyll be looking for new jobs soon; I only hope theyll find work that theyll enjoy but then again if you cant find joy working in a chocolate store, where can you find it? Maybe Disney world needs a good kick in the crotch as well.

I just posted a question regarding the gift wrapping policy. It is vague and ambiguous. While the chocolate is yummy the policy about wrapping is crummy and the employees are not happy nor sunny. I know that this review rhymes but read it take your time because this chocolate store will aint worth a dime.Next time wrap my package please.

Im new to Bons Bons....but OMG!! I got to sample their work (in the shape of an airplane) at an event and let me tell you that this CHOCOLATE IS LiKE NO OTHER ANYWHERE! Im gonna pay them a visit in person adleast once a month or two to get my fix. Props to the Chocolatiers!

Excellent chocolate. EXTREMELY slow. No one has any ambition to move customers through. I’ve stopped going in because I came out aggravated in wasting 30-60 minutes when there were only a handful of people in front of me.

Bon Bons recently had a water damage in their basement and are still selling the damaged products. Do not buy from them!!! My neighbor shops there all the time and found out about their water damage and had inquired about the damage and they said nothing was effected so why was Got Flood there??? Not a good sign
