I really cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Blue Box Packaging and Chris Beck in particular. Every single request we had for our packaging (which were many and very specific) they met with ease. The final product came out better than we could have even imagined and the entire process with this company was next level. i feel like this review will be overlooked because it is nothing but positive, but this is genuinely how i feel. Absolutely recommend and will personally be using them for our next project as well.

The last thing I wanted was to right a bad review but no one should have to deal with horrendous customer service experience that I have. I returned a package to them September 2, 2020 it is now February 23, 2021 and I have yet to receive a refund. I have been given the runaround since the beginning of February, I’ve had to call every day at least once and gotten the same excuse. Each time it’s another lie. The complete disregard and unprofessionalism that has been shown by blue box is beyond disappointing. I urge anyone that is thinking of dealing with this company to research, write everything down, get everything in writing from them like I did so you will have options if they do not come through on their part.Terrible way to conduct business
