When the work was done initially, we experienced some issues with the faulty new motor (not their fault), and some installation, but upon calling for a follow-up visit, Bill, the owner came out promptly and made sure everything was to his (and my) satisfaction. Garage Door Specialist was very friendly, courteous and professional, and I would call them again if I ever needed service.

Great experience just this morning. Garage Door Specialist was awesome! They came in and fixed the issue in about 12 seconds. Then they suggested some maintenance which was necessary and that only took about 15 mins. Garage Door Specialist was amazingly prompt and the company responded very quickly as well. Awesome service Garage Door Specialist - if I could, then I would give 6 stars. I have an old garage and one of the springs broke. I called Garage Door Specialist and made an appointment. Garage Door Specialist workers came by Sunday (within the first 15 mins of the estimated window) and replaced the springs within 30 mins. I have a wooden garage door and some of the wooden panels were lose, which they fixed at no additional cost. In addition, the entire system got lubricated (now there is no annoying noise anymore).They are very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest.I would highly recommended and would use Garage Door Specialist again.

One of our garage door springs broke Saturday afternoon, Jan 12 2019, with one of our cars stuck inside. We found Garage Door Specialist, which advertises 24/7 Emergency Service, via Google. We read the reviews, and decided to give the company a call. From that moment on, it was all good. The Office Manager returned our call promptly, and stayed in touch with us all evening as she communicated with the workers (who were out on a job) as to their availability this weekend. By mid-evening Saturday we knew to expect a call Sunday afternoon (Jan 13) telling us they were on their way. Got the call just before 1 p.m. Sunday. Shawn (the company owner) arrived within minutes. Pleasant & professional, he got to work. 1 hour later, both springs were replaced, and he had showed me how to lubricate the springs and door tracks. Shawn did a great job, and answered every question I had. And the price? Perfectly reasonable. We are very happy customers, and would highly recommend Garage Door Specialist to anyone having trouble with a garage door that needs to be dealt with quickly. If your garage door goes on the fritz and you need it fixed in a hurry, give Shawn a call. You wont be disappointed!

Have used this company two times. The first time the springs broke and I could not get door open. Looked up garage door repair and called. They came right away, replaced the springs at a very reasonable charge.Wednesday the garage door got damaged (hit by a car) and I could not get it to close. After taking a lot of hardware off I got it closed. I called after hours, told them my problem and Shawn was there first thing next day. He had a door in stock I liked,. He removed the damaged one replaced it that morning. Not only did he replace the door, but also the rails. I cant say enough about this company. Great service and prices. . My garage door spring broke on a Tuesday. I regretfully called a local garage door repair service to repair the door. After three days of getting the run around and no call backs unless I called them, I had to cancel the service call.I called Garage Door Specialist and spoke to a very nice lady. I explained to her my situation with my garage door and the experience I had with the local Garage door Service. She advised that she would have a service guy at my house at 3:30 and that she would call when they were en-route to my home. I received a call from her at 3:00 advising me the service guy will be at my home at 3:30 or 3:35. The service guy arrived at the stated time and had the garage door fixed in no time. The service guy was very friendly and courteous.From now on when I have garage door problems I will have no hesitation in calling Garage Door Specialist.

Found spring broke on garage door, and started calling places. One said next Tuesday was soonest they could get to me due to Thanksgiving holiday. Called 2 others, and they didn’t return my call. Called Garage Door Specialist, and they came the same day. Came within timeline, and repaired in timely manner. Would highly recommend. I called early on a monday i had broken springs n could not get my car out.... she sent installer in a 2 hr time frame.... called when on their way which i really liked n in a short time job was done n very reasonable with a flat fee installed n doesnt charge by minutes like some do...... if u need repairs call these people!!u will b glad u did👍

They came to my house within 3 hours of me calling. They fixed the problem. The door now works great again.By the way, they also discovered that the people who originally installed the hardware for my garage door did so incorrectly. They fixed those problems, too. The door now works better than it ever did.Getting someone to come out on the same day is fantastic. These folks were at my house within 3 hours. Ive never seen anyone do better.Ill definitely recommend them to anyone who has a garage door issue.
