We went to this store on June 30 and the woman who helped us this morning was extremely kind. She knew what she was talking about and was very helpful and efficient. Every time we’ve been to this store we’ve had great people help us with nothing but smiling faces and great experiences.

Extremely friendly and helpful. She suggested days to come when they were having a sale so we could save money. They save the paint colors into the system in case you need to use later. Might be easy to run to a box store like Lowes or home Depot to grab paint but there are advantages to getting paint here :)

My dad managed a S-W store in Bedford, IN, many years ago. It was so long ago that, as a child, I recall him returning from a Chicago meeting very excited about the discovery of water-based paint. My dad knew paint, and I lived with paint awareness for many years. So I believe and tell people, thanks my dad, its the best paint in the world.

The design specialist at the store was wonderful! We picked walpaper in 20 minutes, becasue he knew just which books to show us and understood what style and color palette we were looking for immediately.

You have people that know paint and only work with paint / supplies.

Went in with the intention of inquiring about paint for the exterior of an entire house. Waited patiently while two employees seemed to be hekping the only other customer in the building. Just left and will purchase my paint elsewhere. Poor customer service practiced here.
