Ive had to use Huntley collision for a few different things over the years. Never once have they delivered anything but perfectly repaired vehicles. The process was completely painless and the Man in the shop that takes care of doing is absolutely.they even take time to negotiate with your insurance company to make sure that they are using quality OEM factory parts rather than cheap knockoffs. I would highly suggest them for all of your collision repair needs

Needed a bumper cover painted and installed after removing the damaged one on my Civic. I had already purchased the part and had it on hand. Checked with 3 shops in the area, who each quoted. Huntley Collision was in the middle of the 3 quotes, but they were the only one to accommodate my part-time work schedule. I was able to drop off the part on Friday, they painted it on Monday, they installed it Tuesday afternoon after I got home from work and got it back to me in a few hours. No time lost at all, and their work was excellent.

Absolutely fantastic place to go get your car fixed, especially if you are paying for the repairs out of pocket. They worked with me when I told them I just needed the necessary parts fixed and they actually came in under the estimate which was a very pleasant surprise. All of the staff was extremely friendly. I could not recommend this place more, if you need any work done, go here first!

From my experience getting an estimate, I would say this place is fantastic.I was rear-ended and I brought in for an estimate, to get an independent opinion and option for repair, before going over to the insurance company who claimed liability. Not only did I get great detailed information about the damage and repair details... but also a lot of insight on the overall process and how to handle this scenario.I will definitely be using this body shop for any repairs in this scenario... and I will be back in the future.

Worst body shop ever. Took my car in to have some damage from replacing the windshield. They did a terrible job, even KC admitted that his people did a bad job and the didnt even fix the part that I brought it in for. So I had to bring it back again. All in all I HAD TO BRING MY CAR BACK 6 TIMES to get it done right. My advice is to stay away from this place.

They got the job done... took them 2 times to finish all the repairs correctly, but they stayed kind & tried to be helpful during such a frustrating time for me. They booked me another rental car and took care of the repairs they missed the first time.

I did not have a good experience here. I was referred by my insurance agency after being rear ended. They kept my car for 4 days and said they would leave my key in my car in order for me to pick it up, which is dangerous but since their hours are during the normal working hours it was the only option I had. I returned my rental but upon seeing the repair, I noticed it was not fully repaired and the concern i addressed initially was not resolved. Since no one was there to help I left my car and took back the rental - a huge hassle considering this is 20 minutes from my home and 30 minutes from my work. No apology, or immediate call back the next day, just a we will fix it and leave the key in your car again - making another inconvenient trip. I had another repair i had planned through them for out of pocket work but i wanted to see how this went, however Im glad i planned it separately because with the amount of driving, time, and hassle it was, i would not go back especially not for anything out of pocket.
