At last minute, I needed to purchase a twin XL mattress for my wifes hospital bed. I went to my closest mattress firm store and Matt helped me to select a mattress and arrange for delivery within a day or two. I needed a new box spring for my son’s bed. He is moving into a high-rise apartment building that has strict rules for deliveries and the use of the freight elevator. Because of the logistics issues, Wayne suggested an alternative to the standard box spring that won’t require special delivery and was a little less expensive! Perfect!

1 salesman was very helpful, the other tried steering me to the opposite of what I was looking for even after I told him what I wanted/needed. Delivery was fast.

I dont even know where to begin. I came in looking for a box spring for my mattress. Wayne recommended a platform frame instead of a traditional box spring. Let me tell you, his recommendation was spot on. Not only was the product on back order because of all the Covid stuff going on but the closet one he found was almost a hour away. Wayne jumps on the phone and starts calling other stores and seeing what he can dig up. 3 hours later he had a store manager from another store drop it off in Huntley!!! Do not purchase from this location! Sales associate Paul Handzel has lied and sold faulty mattresses advertising them as new. We received a mattress that was off 1 1/2 inches off and were later informed was a floor model. Even though we were advised we were purchasing a new mattress. Even on our receipt it specifies receiving a new mattress not used. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Warranty supervisor Alli is absolutely horrible. She does not up hold any standard of customer service or is at all qualified to be in a supervisor role. She refused to provide her boss contact information or number. She was extremely unprofessional and refuses to listen to any customer. Shop elsewhere people! Its not worth it here.

Was there on July 5th, met Chris the manager. He is awesome, he helped educate on the mattresses and the brands. I highly recommend purchasing a mattress from him.

Paid a lot of money for a king size mattress. Delivered as promised during a snowstorm, so points for that. However, sales person did not follow up and thank us for our business and ask us if we were completely satisfied with our purchase. It would have been nice, not to mention good business, to call a customer to say thank you. We live in Huntley and wanted to keep our business here...I can buy a mattress anywhere.Maybe follow up calls are not the policy at Mattress Firm, but they should be. It doesnt cost anything...except maybe a repeat customer.
