Don’t come here to get a notary. It’s never available. Even if you call to confirm availability, it’s still pointless. They can leave early. Twice I have been turned down. There is no compassion. I work in customer service my whole life and I wouldn’t treat my clients this way.

Stopped in on my way to a job interview, flustered because Id forgotten to bring printed copies of my resume. They not only printed my resume immediately, but kindly and calmly walked me through a tech issue with my phone and wished me good luck on the way out the door. Great customer service!

Friendly staff! Very easy to work with and always make you feel valued. They have been having trouble with one of their computers which makes the wait time longer. I hope that computer gets fixed soon. Many people were walking out because of this. I hope people understand they can only go so fast.

Went to send off a return today and received excellent help from Eli. Only employee managing the store, dealing with my printing issue, all the while juggling between customers. And still with a great attitude and superb customer service!

Generally would rate this location 5 stars, but after checking store hours for today Sunday, (11-4), I got up here at 11:45 and its closed. Signs on the door also indicate they should be open. Inconvenient, stuff happens, hope everyone is ok.

I came to make a Amazon return. The store closes at 7pm. I arrived at 6:50. The door was locked. Store associate mouthed “sorry we’re closed”. I sat in my car and to my surprise just moments later she unlocked the door for another customer and allowed him to enter with his package.

Just dropped off an Amazon package that I couldnt disassemble and two young men at The UPS store were nice enough to figure out a way to get it in the box without me having to pay anything extra. Highly recommend!

Google and sign on door has the store hours as closing at 7pm, its 6:30 and store is closed.

When the price went up as we were finalizing everything I was surprised. It was determined that I was originally quoted for a different (lesser quality) paper.Stephanie knew that I didnt have a good feeling about this situation that I and felt like I was being taken (which I wasnt - it was just a miscommunication). She contacted me and immediately honored the lower price out of courtesy. It was significantly lower!That was the best customer focused move I have ever been a recipient of and we will be return clients because of this service.The prints we had made came out beautifully as well. Excellent color and clarity on 3 x 4 prints. Thanks to all of you.

I sent a package guaranteed next day air for Carol Stream. I received it back undeliverable 40 days later. All the details of the return of the package to the store said it was received back 8 days before they ever notified me. They did not deny this fact and Stephanie, the manager on duty, did not have a reason or any legitimate cause for this delay. This has caused penalties, fees, additional overnight services, and they still refused to refund me my original overnight purchase that never made it to the address I have sent several packages to before. I will stick to USPS from now on.

Allowed a friend to rant without a mask for over an hour while people (all older) had to wait outside. USPS or FED EX for me.

I went in for a simple drop off and to send out 3 packages. The gentleman behind the counter, Ed, was very friendly and inviting. There was also a UPS driver picking up packages and kindly waited till Ed was finished with my shipment to make sure it got on his truck before he left.For such a quick and easy visit this guy had a good impact on me. Its nice to see people are still friendly during the holiday season.

Horrible experience!!!! THEY LIE ABOUT WHEN PACKAGES WILL ARRIVE TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY THEN HAVE PACKAGES SENT THROUGH THE LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR DIFFERENT DAYS THEY SAY WILL ARRIVE...CUSTOMER BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE.

Unbelievably great. Had a problem at another UPS store, so I came to the Huntley location. They got me in and out quicker than the other store could tell me Im not sure we can help you. Was seriously out in 2 mins. Great service.

I consistently have a great experience at this UPS store, they are fast, helpful and always pleasant! I come here often to use all of their services.

People are friendly, prices are not. I don’t know why the prices in the store cost 20% more than the app says. Not sure why they charge 400% more than USPS. Shop around before accepting their price. I tried to ship something international, the “cheapest” was $210 to ship a $30 item. USPS charged $55, insured it, tracked it, the only difference was USPS arrived to its destination on Monday instead of the previous Friday. $150 for 1 business day’s difference? No thanks.
