Took my 25 year old Bernina sewing machine in for repair and service and VIOLA it works so beautifully now! Had the proper walking foot for this machine and even showed to how to assemble and put it on the machine, so much more than just selling fabric and machines! Full service by Doris and her husband. They even made sure my machine got back in record time so I could finish my Christmas sewing projects!

Fabric Carousel is a wonderful place! Ive attended Tall Pines Guild bee groups (Cut Ups) here and really enjoy the people. After wanting to replace my Janome with a Bernina for several years, I finally chose a Bernina 770. Doris provided all the details that made me confident in my decision, and Im so happy I bought this machine from her! Doris and Kristie have both been so helpful with information, suggestions and expertise! I always enjoy the day when I go to this shop. I look forward to getting a couple more of the lower model Berninas for my granddaughters -- and when I do Ill buy from Fabric Carousel! Trustworthy, kind people!

I purchased my first Bernina yesterday with the help of Doris, the store owner.She was so patient to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable of all her products.She spent time explaining the different features between each machine as well as showing me their capabilities with a sewing demonstration.It was evident that her main goal was for me to purchase the machine that would best meet my needs, skill level, and was in my budget.Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision.If you are going to purchase a Bernina(which I have been told by several accomplished seamstress are the cream of the crop machines) dont miss the opportunity to visit with Doris.
