I went to buy a hat for my nephew. The lady working, Sharon D., didn’t bother to acknowledge us when we came in. There was no one else in the store. Just ignored us. We looked around for my nephew’s team hat, found one that we liked. Another male customer came in and she went to help him and we waited to pay for our item. After she helped the other customer, he left and she went to the embroidery area and worked on something. We stood there for a few minutes then I said nicely that we were ready to check out. She looked annoyed and told me to just wait. No one else in the store. She finally scanned our item and never bothered to say anything to us. If there was another place nearby to get the hat that we needed we would’ve just went there. Clearly they didn’t want our business and they’re too busy. Moving forward I’ll order from another company online instead of supporting a business that clearly doesn’t care about their customers.

Won’t answer the phone during business hours.

Poor guys girl must have just left him, because he didnt want to talk to anyone. I tried asking about a hat I saw advertised and he said no, its trademarked.Yes I know, thats why I came to LIDS... Didnt want you to make it, wondering if you could get it. Oh well, ebay it is. Besides $50 for a hat?

Went inside store gentleman working there told me to wear a mask there was 3 other people in store without a mask I usually spend money every time I go but not any more last visit there or any lids store. It’s not the fact of a mask it’s the fact that there buddies can come in without them

Worse Embroidery Place in Huntsville, Customer Service at All Time Low, the employee just kept making excuses she was there by herself
