Currently working with Mccarty on my new construction home. Extremely easy to deal with! My favorite contractor on my list. Anytime I call with a change or addition, they jump right on it and don’t try to nickel and dime you. They understand it’ll all come together in the end. Annie is very thorough and helpful with scheduling. Customer based company! Definitely recommend!Im attaching some pictures of the rough in they did on our fireplace. They ran conduits for tv power, data, electric insert in master, and mantle plugs. Easy to service wiring after the brick is finished👍

Looking at the bad reviews you can see by McCarty Electrics response that the do not accept accountability and responsibility for their poor service. I had a horrible experience with them but why bother to write about it as they will just deny everything.

McCarty installed our Generac generator two months ago. Their technicians were Very Knowledgeable about Generac and the servicing of the unit. We were never without heat during the 2021 Ice & Snow storm. Our family is very grateful. The Harughtys

Waiting on quote They never call back!!

Had a burned bus bar on my main A/C breaker. Called McCarty 5 minutes after they opened sent a picture of the breaker box long story short James was at my house in less than an hour and by 3:00 new breaker box was installed. Second time I have used Keith and his crews. First time was for major renovation. Could not be more pleased this company is first class highly recommend them.

First off, they lack knowledge of Generac products to the point that they will sell you the wrong equipment, make you buy excess materials to do the job, forget key pieces of equipment but still charge you for it, and dont show up ready to do the job. Stay away from these scam artists. Their word is garbage and their work ethic is pathetic. We fired them and are pursuing litigation. Weve reported them to Generac and our counsel is in contact with the Attorney Generals office.

After McCafferty electric didnt get back to me I tried McCarty. The same thing happened with them. They came out to look at a job where I needed a circuit breaker installed. Told me they would give an estimate. Never got the estimate, even after calling the office several times. If you cant do the job, then just tell me, so I can look elsewhere. I cant evaluate their work because we never got that far. I finally called BT electric who had it done a week after coming out. Took them 3 hours. That is who I would recommend.

They were so quick to get to our office and changed the transfer switch to our Generac so that power can be restored quickly.
