We rented a truck, which was supposed to be waiting for us through the UHAUL remote pickup APP. Never were able to pick up the keys or the truck. Terrible just terrible.

The whole process was really easy, great customer service and person that served me, explained everything fully and also the special that was available. The storage unit is well clean and in fact the whole are is clean and very spacious. And it is in a great location and I just love it.

Customer service is fantastic. I was offered a better location for what I needed because the manager put some thought into selection while I was filing out the paperwork. I feel that all Customer service places could learn how to treat people.

The staff here has been very helpful and willing to help in any way possible. Very clean facility and an excellent place for all storage needs. I use for business however would recommend even for use of personal items.

Poor communication from office staff. Theyll quote you cheaper pricings for a storage and have you thinking youll be paying that price for the storage when youll really end up paying something higher and theyll blame it all on a computer problem.

I was just walking by and picking up some trash in the road. I have to try and keep people from getting nails or screws in their tires. Picked up a lot of aluminum cans on the road side.
